Born and raised in Korea, I never get haircut in the US due to the service price and the lack of hairstylists who really understand detailed styling for my hair type. I got my haircut done with Heidi and I can't be any happier. She carefully consulted with me what can be achieved and did exactly what I wanted. She also graciously demonstrated how I can use flatirons to do C-curls. Will be visiting again!

I got my hair cut with Jin and he was AMAZING! I did not expect much going in because I rarely go to the hair salon, but I came out looking like a new woman. I wanted long layers and face framing bangs and he gave me exactly that and even better. He was so kind! Highly recommend!! @Jin_skycow

I have been coming to this salon since 2023, I have gotten my hair color done, hair styling and sometimes even doing my makeup. I got to winter for all my hair appointments. She knows what’s best for me and always accommodates to what my hair needs and how it will suit my skin tone. I have recommended friends to winter too and they like what she does. I always trust her and she makes me feel comfortable and has great humor as well.

She took the time to listen to my preferences and offered expert advice that elevated the final look. Her attention to detail and precision resulted in a flawless cut and beautifully permed hair! I decided to color my hair today was not too sure with the process because i’ve never done it before but Kenny helped me all the way. Choosing the color kotori beige (didn’t know what color to pick). And helping me with understanding my own hair care since I’m not really informed in that matter. Overall a great experience I feel like an idol suddenly.

I got the Mucota Treatment and a cut from Anna Kim. It was amazing. For context, my hair was severely damaged from multiple rounds of bleaching and constantly heat styling. After the mucota treatment, it felt soft and silky for the first time in the last 6 months. I also have naturally wavy hair, and the waves stayed after the treatment which was perfect. Anna also gave me a cut that perfectly suited my face and hair type. Would highly recommend coming 🌸💖

i took my mom for a birthday hair treatment special! i got the scalp treatment with nicole and mom got a conditioning treatment and a perm with coco. the shoulder massage was amazing, and the whole process was attentive and relaxing. we enjoyed some tea and champagne with refreshments. my hair feels super soft and smooth. we both had quite damaged hair. but the treatment helped revive the original sleekness.

No. Just no. I got a haircut by Tiffany. Not only did I have wait 35 minutes despite having had an appointment, Tiffany was juggling between 3 clients during my haircut. Umm, anyway. They said they made a mistake and weren’t aware that I had arrived. Ah, okay. Tiffany asked me what length I wanted, I told her, and she was careful to not cut more than I indicated, which was good. But Tiffany never bothered to ask me what style of cut I wanted and proceeded to layer my hair, pausing in the middle multiple times to speak to her other clients and assistants… Fast forward to today, I went to a real professional stylist who only specializes in haircuts, I finally discovered that my left and right sides were texturized unevenly, and the textures made my hair look more frizzy than needed. Also, my left side “had a hole” which was too big of “a gap” to correct. So now all I can do is to let my hair grow out for 6 months, then get the actual haircut that I had wanted. Woah what a waste of money and time at Atelier by Tiffany. Lesson learned. Never again.

Wow, I’m so impressed with Jungmin’s digital perm and haircut! I had such long hair that hasn’t been cut or permed in a year, and she made me feel like a million bucks. It looks so natural. She even suggested I have a bit more volume on top and long bangs, and I love the result! Great combo of executing on what I asked for, and using her expertise to improve the vision even more. I also so appreciate Yuna’s help with the perm and wash. Wash and massage was incredibly relaxing. Both did an INCREDIBLE job!!!

I don't really like salons but I got recommended this place so I booked with Tiffany. She took my phone and perfectly put it on me. She made it fit my face frame, and I'm in love with it. I highly recommend this place.

I got a hair cut and a root perm. My stylist, Nicole was very meticulous and kept my request to keep my hair long. She gave me many layers and then helped style my hair with an iron. Overall good service, I was even given refreshments. Would recommend anyone that wants a haircut.

I had an appointment for the first time and am very satisfied with my haircut. I had long hair with perm and layers from several months ago and wanted to preserve the style while shortening the length. Jin had a very good understanding and kindly made suggestions beforehand so I would know what to anticipate.

I received a haircut and digital perm from Nicole. The perm turned out awesome and Nicole, as well as all of the other staff, were very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the entire process and will definitely be back the next time I visit LA. Cannot recommend this place enough!

James & Yoona are the best! Got an ash brown balayage done here and came here after six months for a retouch — hair looks like it was freshly done! Only coming to them for all things hair, and would definitely recommend :) Loved the vibe of the salon and the quality of the salon.

Jay at Atelier by Tiffany Salon is incredible! I was nervous about trying a new hairstyle, but Jay immediately put me at ease with expert recommendations tailored to my hair and face shape. I got a wavy perm and a haircut, and it’s honestly the best haircut I’ve ever had. The service was 5 stars from start to finish. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stay away. Booked an appointment, site said $250. As soon as I got there I was quoted $400. Okay. They make you sign a waiver with some strange stuff on it like allowing them to take pictures and post them “for educational purposes”, and basically saying your results are not guaranteed. My root is orange and some bits of my hair are super ashy and different from the rest. They all guaranteed it’ll “fade”. Uh-huh. Sure. Oh. To make matters worse? Unless you are Korean, you have no idea what they are saying like 90% of the time. Everyone speaks poor English except for a guy who I think was the manager. The stylist, James, started cutting my hair after I explicitly said I didn’t want a haircut. They also used Olaplex “for free” which I don’t even like (I’ve used it before and basically not a fan of what bonding treatments do to hair long term). Icing on the cake… when I went to pay they said it was going to be $500. Unless I had complained I would have paid $500 and not $400. Crazy. As I said, stay away. (And by the way in case you’re wondering why they have so many reviews on Google and all positive it’s because they offer 5% off to people who post a review, which is by the way against the law).

The results were absolutely flawless—her hair looks healthier and more vibrant than ever! I also had a haircut, and JungMin made sure my style was perfectly polished. my stylist of 10+ years moved to sf (sad face) so i was looking for someone new who i could trust to cut my hair. i found ivy through reviews online and am so glad i did (happy face). the haircut is *excellent* and we actually talked through what would work and why before deciding on a style. that’s the first time that’s ever happened at a salon — i really liked the care and attention. annnnd, best of all, she educated me on the damage i’ve been doing to my hair by not blow drying my scalp and tying it up in a bun while still damp. i’ve done this my whole adult life and no stylist has ever taught me how terrible this is for hair health. i’m really grateful to have found ivy and her expertise.
