I went to get balayage and left extremely happy with the result! Kosmos clearly is very knowledgeable and experienced. I love the colors and transitions. The hair look amazing and colors are light but balanced. Definitely highly recommend 🙌

I've been a client of hairdresser Kosmos since 2018. My good friend recommended him as one of the best professionals. He helped to make my hair much healthier and stronger, as well as helped me to find a perfect time period in between haircuts. He has a great sense of fashion and can help you find the style of haircut best suited for you. He doesn't just cut hair. He has great taste and is one of the best hair stylists I've met.

I can’t recommend this place enough! Perfect for hair coloring, styling, hair cuts and keratin treatments. Kosmos has been doing my hair for more than 5 years and couldn’t be more happier with what I see in a mirror!!! 🥰 He uses expensive products to color and I never had dried hair after my coloring. His “dry-brush” technique for highlighting allow to have my hair color without touch ups for months!!!

Cosmo is super professional and really knows about hair! He truly cares about my hair and how it turns out and work with me for it to meet my expectation. I have been to several hair salons before for balayage and he is hands down the SCIENTIST in the field. His assistance is super gentle and sweet. They have a really calming playlist; I love the modern / minimalism decor I can tell all the appliances are top quality! Will definitely come back in the future! Thanks AtHair Salon!

I dyed my hair with box dye and ruined it. So happy I found Cosmo because he was able to use my natural colors to create the look I wanted. He really knows his stuff and I 100% recommend him.

The salon was beautiful, the girl who washed my hair was so gentle and nice, and Kosmos was great! He discussed what would look good on me and worked with me to make sure I was happy. He also helped correct my attempt at cutting my own bangs during the pandemic (I know, a big no-no) with beautiful curtain bangs. Overall—would come again and recommend a friend!

Very unprofessional salon. I attempted to make an appointment a while back when they first opened back up after the lockdown. I was really excited, they seemed like an incredible salon from the outside. I called, spoke to who I think was the OWNER on the phone, conversation was going great until he asked if I could come in like the next day and when I told him I was not available that day, there was silence and he hung up. I thought the call simply got disconnected, so I tried calling back TWICE. No answer. I left voicemails. Never got a call back. Not only was this extremely bizarre and unprofessional, it was straight up RUDE. I don’t care that this salon is in a convenient location, I will never give them another chance and I gladly travel to a salon in Bed-Stuy that not only does an INCREDIBLE job with my hair but they’re actually professional and NICE to their clients and don’t HANG UP on them when trying to schedule an appointment. update: while I appreciate the apology, I don’t appreciate the lie about no voicemails. I most definitely left voicemails and received no call back. This was last June. I forget the exact day but I am not an idiot, I have a great memory and I know for a fact I tried calling again and left messages so don’t try to call me a liar. This experience was very off putting and caused me a great deal of anxiety. You guys need to do better. Treat people with respect and don’t hang up on them and not return their calls. That’s not very good for business. At all. It also shouldn’t have taken almost a year to respond to me and attempt to apologize. .

Went to AtHair to get my first haircut after the covid locked down, and got the worse haircut ever, very unprofessional and my hair was super long so he could've play with it and do something nice but I guess I was an experiment or he didn't like me? The picture of the haircut I wanted he barely looked at it. It hurts that I wanted to support local businesses and tried going there for the first time and ended up with an unpleasant haircut, paid way too much money for getting my hair ruined. I used to live in another state and my hair was in real professional hands so I know the difference. He's lucky he can get away being so unprofessional, because most people don't know better. My friend made fun of me because she got her haircut in Chinatown for 22 dollars and it looked amazing, so much better than my expensive mess. It's a real shame!

Absolutely THE BEST experience every time, hands down. Kosmos have been taking care of my entire family for years. He has excellent view and taste. I am very picky but I have never left disappointed.
