The stretch and massage were what I needed before my Ironman race. Stayzha Was able to remove all my knots from knees legs and neck. I felt great for training after the appointment and I avoided getting injuries.

Stayzha was really great, I told her about my problem areas in my shoulder and in my lower back and she went to work on those areas. There were a lot of knots that she massage through to release the pain, I have been feeling a lot better since the I have seen her and I am looking forward to seeing her again.

My appointment was cancelled twice! First time I booked, they cancelled a week or two later. Drove out for my appointment today, only to arrive and be told it has been cancelled again!!! Thx for the heads up. I don’t live close by either. Took 35 mins to get there, and almost an hour to drive back home.

I had an absolutely excellent experience during my recent massage session. The entire appointment was wonderful and also incredibly informative. I have tried many massage places and today I can say Athletic Spa is the best I have had! Stayzha was absolutely amazing, she listened to my concern and was able to locate the reason of my pain in my neck. I asked for deep tissue and pressure was perfect. Would recommend. Scheduled a 9am appointment for January 19th. Got a confirmation from the business it was confirmed via text and email, and I go to the location and no one is there, and door is locked and tried to call 3 times, but no answer and waited 20 minutes. What a waste of time.

I had the BEST massage with Stasia on my birthday, and it was absolutely incredible. Her approach is unlike any massage I’ve had before. I came to this place with lots of aches in my back after recovering from a bout of pneumonia. I explained my situation to Stayzha who did an amazing job listening to my request to apply medium pressure on my lung/rib area but strong pressure elsewhere. She was so knowledgeable as a massage therapist and even applied a technique to help align my ribs. Using her elbow, she was able to work deeply to release the knots and various tight spots. I went home feeling amazing, breathing better and I slept like a baby.

I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Stayzha. She is extremely knowledgeable and really knows what she is doing! Her technique is amazing and she found all the knots and worked them out with precision. The massage was intense at times, as deep tissue massages can be, but it was exactly what I needed! I felt so much better afterward and more relaxed. Will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend!

I originally went to get a massage because of some sciatic pain to my left leg. I explained to Stayzha what I have been doing and done and have no relief. She helped me understand that the only way to relieve my pain is to massage it out. Honestly, the massage hurt so good, as I am writing this I still feel it. Purchased a 90 min Groupon for a recovery all in one massage with Stayzha. Wow, blown away! My posture was completely turned in and she worked on stretching every inch of my body, working out all the knots and making sure to bring back full range of motion in my neck. I’ll definitely be back again very soon.

How is it that I didn’t discover this place sooner? I’ve been living around the corner and leading an active life that requires intense massage therapy. I don’t think I’ll ever be in search for a place to cater to me because whatever you did last night during my appointment worked like a dream. I enjoyed an incredibly relaxing 90 minute full body massage with Stayzha. I honestly dozed off a few times because I was so relaxed. Full body surprisingly did not include legs, though I did mention wanting to focus on my shoulders, so maybe that was my fault. I would definitely go back!

Exactly what I was hoping for from a deep tissue massage! Stayzha is very knowledgeable about which trigger points she needs to put pressure on to relieve any and all tensions I had. Be warned though, her massage is not for the faint of heart. It will be very intense and borderline hurt in the moment, however the after affect is fully worth it!

I have been struggling with constant pain and frequently getting migraines. I have recently tried physical therapy and the chiropractor. Neither of these gave me the instant relief as when i saw Stayzha. She educated me as she worked and made me feel hopeful for healing. It has been almost a week and I still feel great. The process was painful but I would do it again. Stayzha really is a miracle worker. I have rented and raved about her to all of my friends and family.

I was looking for a new Massuse as I generally get monthly massages due to the physical nature of my job. I booked a deep tissue massage for 90 minutes and it was amazing. I have hand, wrist and elbow issues and have been to the Mayo Clinic for physical therapy. After the massage was complete, my wrists and hands felt as good as a pt session at my doctors. And I also got a full body massage. I have found my new spa. Thank you!

Please let all preconceived notions of massage go and let her guide you to her specialty - reading your body and finding the issues you didn't even know that you had. 30 plus years of disability from multiple back surgeries both lumbar & cervical and this was HANDS DOWN - ONE OF THE BEST MASSAGE ECPERIENCES THAT I'VE EVER HAD.

Stayzha is great! I’ve been to a couple of sessions now and she really works miracles for my back pain and carpal tunnel. I’ve seen great improvement since the first session. Highly recommend! Be ready for her strong hands and elbows to put a lot of pressure on your pressure points. Worth it.
