The testosterone they gave me didn’t work, they were charging me $189 a month for it, I switched over to getting it from a different source for $85 for a 4 month supply. This company will take your money and give you crap to inject yourself with

After first appt it went down hill. Was told a lie when i signed for the program. Prices change weekly or maybe daily. No structure. You can get many of the hrt from your general doctor for 30% -50% less. The customer service has no idea what they do there. This review is for last March 2023.

I have been shocked by the lack of customer service. Unfortunately, I think whoever is answering phones and emails just has no sense of how to deal with customers at all. I shouldn't have to practically beg for them to take down my info and get back with me or to send me information about their services (I was sent a QR code image to my email that I check via my phone - when I mentioned that i can't take a picture of the qr code that's on my phone screen in a pdf, I was told to just open my email from a different computer and scan it that way). A little beyond unbelievable as there used to be really good people here. I just can't exert any more energy to try to get them to take my money for services when so many others do the same things but actually want me to be a customer! I suggest to the owner that they try calling their own business and see how it goes. Also-taking the time to reply to an email saying to open your email from a different computer to take a picture of the QR code vs just giving the link is ridiculous. You have the right to disagree. I really wanted to use your services again - unfortunately you guys just made it impossibly difficult.

I could not speak more highly of ATL Live Well! They have helped me break out of my rut and lose almost 25lbs in the last year. Worked on balancing my hormones and got onto a semaglutide regiment. I’ve been receiving my HRT through them for two months and it’s really changed my life. I finally have energy and motivation to do things and they say it’s still too early to feel the full effects. I can’t wait to see how I feel as more time goes by. They check my labs regularly to make sure everything looks good and the treatments are delivered right to my door. Whenever I have a question the staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely worth it.

I went in for hormone balance/hormone replacement therapy. I highly recommend coming here for that and many more services they offer. I didn’t realize how important hormone replacement therapy is and how it’s helped me tremendously! ;) I really like the service how easy they’re easy to work with, they do what they say they’re gonna do!!! ;)

Who said fast service? More like NO service. You can not reach a Live person how is that good customer support or service? I had a consultation for a cannabis card a month ago and can't get any updates what so ever. I have NO clue what stage this is in. The doctor said I'd receive my card and would be getting calls to find out about pharmacy where I could pick up. NOTHING OF SORT HAS OCCURED! Update... Someone actually reached out to me after seeing this post and explained the situation. I give them 5 stars for the courtesy expected and 7 stars for going above and beyond to try and resolve the issue that that does not fall upon them solely.

Atl live well has helped me out tremendously throughout my professional athletic career. The staff is very kind, and professional. I once had a rib injury which took me out of work for a while. I would come in to get S wave therapy. It helped the injury heal a-lot quicker than normal! I definitely recommend Atl Live Well.
