Lauren has really helped me get to a place where my posture is better and flexibility has improved. Has melted a lot of my trouble spots in my neck, shoulders and legs. Has helped reduce sciatica symptoms of stenosis. She is the best!

Lauren was amazing! I highly recommend. I've had many massages before across the country while traveling, and it was my first Ashiatsu massage. She relieved my chronic shoulder and neck pain with one session. It was the best massage I ever had. I wish I stayed longer in Atlanta to get another session.

Lauren is an absolutlely phenomenal therapist. I've just received my second Ashiatsu massage from her and I feel like I'm floating. I feel so much lighter, so much taller, so much better. My usual tight, cranky, and crampy muscles are like jello. I can't wait to see her again. I'll be coming regularly for preventative maintenance and for the sheer joy of receiving Lauren's care. Lauren is an excellent massage therapist who has really helped me alleviate soreness and painful areas in just two treatments. I was eager to schedule the next appointment as I have seen the difference it makes. The Ashiatsu method is new to me and I am grateful for Lauren's intuitive sense for what I need. This was my first time experiencing Ashiatsu Backwalking massage. Luckily I was in the capable feets of Lauren! I was a bit nervous about this treatment but Lauren took the time at the beginning to describe the process and alleviate any concerns. Lauren has been doing my Ashiatsu massages for nearly a year, and they are one of the best parts of my month. No matter what my problem areas are, they are paid extra attention and always feel so much better after a 60 or 90 minute massage. She uses pure coconut oil which is so hydrating and my sensitive skin has never reacted. I always feel comfortable there. Truly the best massage experience I've had. I'm so sad to be moving away! Parking easy behind the building. Just make sure you follow the instructions given to you once you arrive :)

As someone who travels almost exclusively for work, finding a massage parlor, that does its job. Well is absolutely priceless. Lauren gave me of the best massages I have ever had in my life. I left completely relaxed and encouraged. She has an amazing demeanor with her clients, and I only wish I was here for longer so that I could go back!

Lauren provides health-care that makes a real difference. Sometimes at massages I’m counting the seconds until it’s over. Just the opposite here. I was immediately relieved of some extra stiffness and pain. It was such a good experience I booked a second longer session on the spot and will keep coming back every chance I get.

I can't recommend this place enough! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a 90 minute massage with Lauren. She is incredibly talented! I had my first Ashiatsu massage with Jzarvonni and it was wonderful. Not only was my massage relaxing but I learned from her how to sleep and sit differently at work to support my body from holding the stress she saw in my muscles. I look forward to going back for another massage.

Jzarvonni is AMAZING. i've been holding onto some of these knots for almost ten years. She was so good at fixing my back. I look forward to going a couple times a month. I Recently had my first experience at Atlanta Muclscle Melter and was able to book an Ashiastsu massage by Jzärvonni, Everything was perfect, she was timely, very professional, knowledgeable and conciderate if i was in any pain. she even gave suggestions to reduce making any problems worse. I came into town for market, and on the way down I had Injured my neck that I believed, was pushing on a nerve causing pain down my arm. I couldn’t turn my head and was extremely uncomfortable. So thankfully, I googled massage therapist near me and Atlanta muscle melt popped up. It was super easy I went to their website and scheduled and was so thankful that Lauren could get me in today. All I can say is it was the absolute best massage I ever had and I can now move my neck and have very little pain in my arm still. If she had another opening this week, I would 100% without a doubt go back. My pain was excruciating before I went in, and in the last two days, I may have gotten five hours of sleep due to the pain I was in. I do believe tonight I will have zero problem sleeping . So Lauren, thank you thank you thank you for helping me today. You truly saved me!!!

I live in Kansas City but was in Atlanta for work. I had extra time after work and when my flight was leaving . I took advantage of this time and found Atlanta Muscle Melter. I was able to book a deep tissue with Jzärvonni R. She was amazing ! She was professional and utilize the whole time fully ! She gave me so much relief that I needled. Best massage I have had in a long time! She is very knowledgeable about workings of the body and she works incredibly hard to provide relief for you in the areas you need the most relief! Next time I come back to Atlanta I will for sure be making an appointment again !

It's rare for a massage therapist to be highly trained in multiple modalities, and have intuitive capacity to use the right one to address the problem. Lauren put me into a relaxed dream state at the moment when I thought it was impossible, when I was suffering from an acute hip injury that left me unable to walk. After Lauren's magic work, I could walk without pain and after a follow up appointment the following week, was able to hit the gym hard. I will definitely be coming back every month to see her and make sure my body stays healthy.

Such an incredible experience here!!! I've never had ashiatsu before but Lauren made me feel so comfortable and now I can't imagine going anywhere else for a helpful massage. Everything gets better and better with each session. Lauren listens to my concerns and also can pinpoint the problem areas of muscle tightness around my body to make it hurt so good! I felt like I could never find a place that would actually treat my muscle tightness attributed to my ACL surgery and am so so happy to have found this one :).

I have a physical job that has a lot of wear & tear on my body, so my wife surprised me with a deep tissue massage, with Ally, and it was incredible. She found kinks that I wasn't aware of, and worked them out. I came to work the following day, and suggested that a few of my co-workers try this place. My wife bought me a session with Lauren for Christmas. May be the best gift I’ve ever received. I used to think “deep tissue” massages were the only thing that could help my muscles relax, but her techniques were more gentle and the effects lasted longer. By far the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be booking more sessions as part of my self-care strategy for this year!
