Great customer service…I went in to buy hot tub filters but knew nothing about them. The two sales reps at the front counter spent some time explaining how hot tubs work and how to fill and get one going. After filling my tub, I had an error message, called to see if they would walk me through troubleshooting. Joe dedicated a lot of time to explaining different ways to get the jets going. A couple weren’t working so we set up a maintenance appointment. He then called me back as he thought of something else which got all the jet working properly. Really happy with the customer service I received and will be going to back for sure.

Melissa and team helped me on an urgent issue with hot tub before rental guests were arriving and worked hard to identify problem, order part quickly and fixed . I am very thankful.

The first time we tried to reach them, they didn’t respond for many weeks and then showed up without making an appointment (completely unannounced); I found the service person poking around in our backyard. I have paid for multiple visits without the problem being addressed. Was told that it’s a labor charge - but I guess I don’t understand what I’m paying for if months later our tub has the same issues it always has after paying hundreds of dollars to the experts. On top of this the person on the phone hung up on me when I was trying to understand what the state of the tub needed to be in in order for them to be able to figure out the problem.

I wanted to take a moment to thank the staff for everything! We have a 45,000 pool and they help with everything from opening, closing, and all services in between. Great local shop I highly recommend using them without reservation.

Don’t go there for repairs! I dropped a motor off for repair somewhere in the neighborhood of 4 months ago. I went in to check on it and they admitted they hadn’t even looked at it. No call, no effort. Taking my business elsewhere. Second star because they did some work for me in the past - and it took a couple months but they were reasonable.

I came in as a new spa owner not knowing what chemicals I need or how much etc, the employees we very helpful showing me what I should use to have my hot tub just where I wanted it. Their advice was perfect, great prices that compete with online pricing, and the staff is continually polite, friendly and helpful.

Mike, the owner, responded to my voice mail very quickly and provided excellent counsel over the phone, which resolved my hot tub problem. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I recommend Mike at Atlantic Pool and Spa.
