Loved my experience with Naomi. I went with some color... Naomi mixed up the perfect shade of chocolate brown. I now have experienced why she has the reputation of being a master colorist💕 I normally use box color but decided to go to a professional, and I'm happy I did! I appreciated her knowledge, professionalism, and obvious passion for doing hair, which made me feel special. Looooved the neck and head massage during the wash. OMG, I was in heaven!! I was supposed to only get a hair trim, but I decided to go ahead and get a haircut to get rid of all the dead ends. Naomi avoided losing too much of the length. I am so happy I trusted the process. My hair looks so much better. Thank you so much, Naomi!! It's so hard to find a quality stylist. I will most definitely be back.

Went for my first appointment with Naomi after doing lots of research. Naomi did a wonderful job of cutting my hair! She listens to what you say and makes sure you are satisfied with the cut. And she is just such a sweet person! Next I will be doing grey blending with her. Can’t wait to see the results! I feel confident she will do a tremendous job. Thanks Naomi - you are the best! Here is an update to my original review. Naomi did my gray blending in June. She basically spent the entire day on my hair. I was amazed at the result! While my natural gray was growing out a bit more, I tried to convey to Naomi what I was hoping my hair would look like but I wasn’t sure I did a good job because I was confused about what I really wanted. I don’t know how she figured it out but when she finished the gray blending and blew out my hair I was speechless. It was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. That night I went to Fearrington House for dinner and felt like a million bucks! Naomi is incredible and a joy to spent time with. If you are thinking about gray blending - Naomi is your perfect choice!

Wanted a curly style. I have naturally curly hair, I normally where my hair straight. Naomi took the time to explain my hair type, products that work and don't work, and blow drying techniques for optimum curls. She was attentive and offered me a choice of beverages, which was nice. You can tell she loves what she does, I even got a neck massage during my hair wash. I've never had that before. I will be going back, loved the top-notch service. Thank you, Naomi!!!

Naomi has been cutting my blond pixie for over 6 years. She is meticulous at cutting hair - I swear she has magic scissors! I’ve followed her all over Raleigh because really I don’t trust anyone else to cut my hair. I get compliments on my hair almost every day! I got one of those fancy blow dryers (a Shark - it’s the bomb!) and Naomi had me bring it in so she could help me figure out how to use it. Who does that? Naomi. She is a delight to work with and you will love your hair after she cuts/colors/styles it for you.

Naomi is absolutely amazing and an extremely talented artist! She took my short, badly-cut hair and transformed it. I knew how bad it was and how short it was, so before she started, I mentioned that I was not expecting a miracle – just needed enough to get me through till it grew. But what a surprise! Not only is her technique amazing to watch but the results! When I pass a mirror and catch a glimpse of my hair, I am in awe. It’s just gorgeous! I am seeing the result of the work of a true artist every day. Her work is perfection. Looking forward my next appointment.

Naomi is the most creative and knowledgeable stylist I have ever been to! She is kind, patient and very talented. She gave me practical tips to maintain my cut and color and executed exactly what I wanted! She always goes above and beyond to create something beautiful. After searching for a good hair stylist who knows fine hair, I finally found Naomi. Recently I wanted a whole new look, and she did not disappoint. My hair came out better than what I expected. The color was perfect for my skin tone and the cut made me look and feel beautiful. I will keep going back to her- she is a mastery of hair!

Can't say enough good things about Naomi. You need a hair stylist that is willing to tell you 'No,' who will talk you through your ideas with creativity and patience, and be a friend. Specifically for blondes and balayages too, you won't find better.

Friendly! Clean! Professional! Naomi has been learning how to cut curly hair and did a amazing job on me! Very patient! She of course doesn’t know your hair better than you do but she is super willing to suggest and show you the things she did on your visit! 10/10 I definitely recommend visiting her at her salon!

I can't say enough about Naomi and Atlantis Salon. Naomi is a total pro - insanely talented, thorough, and knowledgeable - and an absolute sweetheart. As her client, I always feel like my desires and vision are front and center; she listens, provides valuable insight, and makes sure I'm comfortable with each step of the process. (Her studio is also super cozy and clean and stocked with goodies ... you won't want to leave!) I've been beyond satisfied with my cuts and can't imagine entrusting my hair to anyone else. I somehow stumbled upon this hair magician while at the gym. I’ve bounced from city to city over the last 15 years but have stayed loyal to my west coast stylist and stylist in Ohio… until I met Naomi. To start, she gives you the time and attention as an individual that every person deserves. From her consultation to her honesty about what will/will not work for your hair type, skin tone, maintenance schedule, Naomi is truly one of a kind. I was arguably the worst blonde client out there. I got my hair done once every six months, had extremely hard water at home AND love high ponytails :) Naomi has slowly but surely provided me with doable tips and tricks to improve the health of my hair. She even encouraged me to embrace my golden blonde instead of trying to ice me out like every other stylist in the world right now. Most recently I was feeling very dark for the summer and she recommended lightening a few spots that would help make me feel brighter. Two words: Scandinavian Hairline. I feel youthful AND my hair feels healthy. I now see Naomi every 3 months. Each time I go in an anxious mess and leave a blonde goddess. I can’t recommend her enough as a stylist or as a friend!

I was introduced to Naomi by another client of hers as Naomi broadens her skillset by starting to work with curly clients. Her space is beautiful and her presence puts you immediately at ease. She is kind, thoughtful, exceedingly caring, and approaches her profession as more than a business, but as art. The way Naomi focused on my hair and the care she showed my curls made my first interaction with her a great experience. The cut was fantastic and I got compliments galore. I will be back. I’ve been seeing Naomi for 5.5 years and I’ve seen her grow as a professional expert hair artist. She was amazing when I first started seeing her and just got better and better. She listens to her clients and she takes her time to make sure you are happy. I’m a difficult person to please and for me to stick with someone for that Long means she’s the best! Prior to finding her I bounced around to lots of highly rated salons and never felt satisfied or heard. She truly is an artist, her coloring is amazing! Update: I still continue to see Naomi and she still continues to do awesome hair! I’ve been extremely happy with my haircuts as I have thick hair and she does the layers perfectly. My hair has movement and life. We also play a lot with my color and she’s very honest about what she thinks is the best solution for my hair and skin tone. She never disappoints! The biggest thing is communication, I am extremely comfortable in saying what I like what I don’t like and she’s always on top of it. She’s the best, really, you won’t be disappointed!

Naomi has been my stylist for about 4 years now and I won't trust anyone else with my hair! I have black hair and she does a good job with the blonding process and ensuring that my hair stays healthy throughout the process. She gets the color and tone always right, and I also really love how gentle she is when cutting my hair. Another thing that l really appreciate is you can be open with her about your budget and she'll work something out that would achieve the look you're going for all while staying within your budget!

The Hidden Pearl - Naomi is like a rare gem that makes you feel like you truly struck gold once you meet her. She is the absolute best hairstylist I’ve ever met. Her talent, her awesome personality, her patience & the dedication that she puts into her work is Amazing. I can’t thank her enough for always being such a kind soul and taking care of my hair without any judgment at all. When I met Naomi I was coloring my own hair thinking I was doing a great job. Naomi has been my go-to stylist since I moved to Raleigh 3 years ago. Since then, we've made my hair short and long and everything in between. She's also become my colorist -- something I never thought I'd have because I have thick, highly-pigmented hair and a LOT of it. But Naomi is talented. She's patient and answers all my questions (I like to know how things work). And she's constantly learning. I trust no one else to play with new hairstyles and color. Oh, and she does make-up and updos and awesome creative projects like fairy and dragon photo shoots! Can't recommend her enough, especially if you have Asian hair.

Naomi is an exceptional hair stylist and I have been through many so I think I can fairly judge. She really listens to her clients and takes time to understand exactly what their expectations are, which has resulted in some delightful results for me. Naomi has given me the type of a haircut that I have been wanting for a very long time. I really do not know how she does it exactly but I have never been this satisfied at the end of a haircut appointment before. In addition to her excellent skills in cutting and styling, Naomi is also a wizard in hair coloring. She seems to have an inherent understanding of chemical processes involved in hair coloring and seems to know exactly how to achieve desired results. She did such a fantastic job with my balayage that I have received many compliments on the natural look and pretty color. Naomi was born to be a hair stylist. She has warm approach with her clients that builds trust, and she possesses magical skills when it comes to hair styling and coloring. Highly recommend!

Naomi is the only stylist I will trust with my hair! I have been with her for several years now and she just keeps getting better. I love that she is always learning more about the reasons hair color responds as it does to chemical processes, products, and styling tools with the goal of helping me look my best. Perhaps most importantly, she is honest with me when I want to change my look. If something I suggest will not work for me she will be up front about it. Just yesterday I was thinking of adding highlights and after discussing my vision versus reality, I trusted her to do a face frame highlighting and I simply love it! Wish I could give 6 stars!

Absolutely thrilled!!!! am a 63 year old woman who has been coloring her hair since the age of 20. I have NEVER been as pleased with my color as what Naomi did. She is an artist and a chemist. I have started embracing my gray and she was meticulous in blending my existing color with the new gray! I am beyond happy!!! Her products are fabulous, and she sells a miracle hair healer product that is magic. Her personality is warm and caring and she gives you her full attention while you are in her chair. I could go on, but you need to visit her to see for yourself!!!!!

Love love LOVE Naomi and the magic she does on my hair. Every color she's done for me I have loved and also loved the shade it fades into between sessions. she's taken from brunette, to lavender, mushroom bronde, and now we're transitioning to a warmer copper.
