I've been seeing Savanna for about a year now and she is always wonderful and my eyebrows have turned out perfect every single time (wax+tint). Honestly I'm a pretty anxious person, but Savanna is so friendly that I instantly felt welcomed and comfortable. I normally keep to myself during beauty services, but now I almost always talk the entire appointment, and when I'm not in a talking mood she doesn't push conversation (which is so rare) and always has good entertainment on. I get discounted esty services through my job, but I still choose to come to Atropos because of the reliability and overall care that I receive with each visit is unparalleled (also the decor is beautiful).

Holy cow!!!! I had the pleasure of coming in today for a facial, waxing, and dermaplaning from Savanna. She is so compassionate and so supportive. I won’t be going anywhere else for any of my skincare needs EVER AGAIN. I have very high anxiety, and she took the time to walk me though the process and ease my emotions. I left feeling so relaxed, and even went home for a nap afterwards which NEVER happens. She has the softest touch and my skin is legitimately glowing right now!! Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had. Thank you again so much, Savanna. You are a goddess among woman!!!

I embarked on a mission to banish my gorilla-like physique! Okay, not really, but I did come here for some waxing services. And let me tell you, Savannah is a gem. Not only is she super friendly and easy to chat with, but she also knows her way around waxing like nobody's business. Now, my skin is as sensitive as a prima donna, and it has a knack for throwing a post-waxing breakout party. But thanks to Savannah's waxing wizardry and her careful selection of products, my skin feels like a dream. No redness, no itchiness, no negative reactions whatsoever. It's smooth and soft, baby! And let's not forget the pain factor. I'm happy to report that the pain was kept to a minimum. It's like Savannah has a secret superpower that makes waxing a breeze. I was so impressed that I immediately rebooked with her for my next appointment. Oh, and here's a little something that might pique your interest. Savannah won the illustrious Best of Colorado Springs award as a wax expert. Impressive, right? So, if you're still on the fence, take my word for it and give her a try. Trust me, you won't regret it. Say goodbye to unwanted hair and hello to a fabulous waxing experience!

I have been going to Savannah for over a year, and cannot recommend her enough. She creates a very safe, welcoming environment, which is extremely important for Brazilian waxers like myself. Her equipment and waxing room are very clean and kept to the highest standards. The work she does is top notch, leaving my skin hair free with minimal pain. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

I highly recommend Savanna’s services! It was my first time getting waxed. I got full legs, underarms and Brazilian done. She was quick and great at distracting so the wax was over with before you could even think about the anticipation of the wax pull. Her space is so cute and comfortable and she was so sweet and helps you feel comfortable and relaxed and was very encouraging saying she was proud everytime the wax got pulled! She is great and I would highly recommend her for anyone else considering a wax!

Savanna is incredibly kind, funny, and professional. She does an amazing job at waxing and facials. The jelly mask she uses is the next best thing since sliced bread. For real, everyone should try it. She always nails it when waxing my brows! I never worry that she will accidentally rip too much out or not enough. Trust me ya’ll she knows what she’s doing. She always makes you feel like a princess plus her salon is incredibly cute, homey, and clean! I highly recommend! Just got to her. You’re welcome.

Savanna at Atropos Beauty knows how to make you feel gorgeous and comfortable!!! I have never had my eye brows waxed before and was very nervous about how much it would hurt and I worried over nothing! Much less painful than getting them threaded and I will never go back from waxing nor go to anyone else. Her salon is beautiful and she really makes you feel beautiful. 5/5 recommend!!!

Savanna did my microblading which I was very nervous for but she was super nice and communicates with you through the entire process. I felt comfortable and am glad I chose her. The touch up is for anything you want to change/add so you love your eyebrows even more :)

Savanna is the *BEST* aesthetician that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing! Her skills are beyond perfect. She IS YOUR FAVORITE “Bartender” and therapist after a long day. And dude, she totally doesn’t judge you on your size! Squishy, slender, tall, short, green and polka dots- she might send you to the ER for that, but after you get waxed. She is the **BEST**! (My grandma died this Summer. I was a wreck. Totally missed my appointment. My grandma and I played cards. She was cremated and I went to Vegas and grandma was my SUPER lucky charm!! Savanna understands that life tragedy happens. She has been there for me throughout all of it. Every person that I have lost, every horrific thing that has happened to my family in this town, Savanna has been there for me on a professional level for all of it. Lady, I can’t can not thank you or know how to show you more appreciation! Thank you for being there for me. You are the waxing goddess and therapist that every woman and man should experience!!!!! She is beyond willing to accommodate my schedule as a commuting teacher, and she‘a always early for our sessions. 10/10 would recommend to any lovely lady in need of beauty services.

I've been going to Savanna for years, she's the best! She does amazing work. My microblades are ON POINT, and she will put you right at ease for that Brazilian. She's a great person, and will have you laughing through the whole wax, it's over before you even know it. Everything is absolutely spotless and sanitary. 10/10 recommend.

Yeah, no. I definitely do not recommend this place. I scheduled an appointment for 2 pm today and arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Upon arriving there was a sign on the door stating that the doors were locked due to COVID-19 precautions and to call your service provider. I called the one number listed on google, facebook, the confirmation email, and her website. I called 3 times to let her know I was there. I figured she was busy, so I sent her a Facebook message (as I had no other way of contacting her) to let her know I was there and waiting in my car. I waited around until 2:15 until I received a text from her reminding me I "missed" the appointment. Poor communication on her end. This is about as "Karen" as this gets and I am not even sorry.
