My appointment was at 10am. I drove all the way from Smyrna, just for Koach Key to say she wouldn’t be here until 10:30! I am going out of town and purposely booked all of my appointments at certain times. She texted me to confirm for 10am, when she should have just canceled! It is 10:40 and I am panicking, calling other salons and trying to get my hair washed and blown out because she never showed up! DO NOT BOOK! I am so upset. I literally could cry. She set my entire day back. Very unprofessional and selfish.
