I loved working with Jenny when she was there. Never had a problem with my lashes before. However, since then, I've had issues with the lashes not holding well. Twice I've had to come back within a week. The techs use the same excuse that the hot weather is the issue. This is not acceptable to pay full price after a week of getting a lash fill. My last experience was losing chunks of lashes two days after my appointment. I called to report and see if they would offer me to come in right away to fix them. That was not the case. They booked me out a week and said again I would need to pay the full amount. I requested that the owner call me as they will be losing a client. No call was ever made back to me. With that experience, I am moving on to where I am valued as a loyal customer.

I used to work with jeny .she was so good .but 2 times I had appointments with kayle. She did horrible. All my friends asked what happened for your eyelashes.im so sad .you can't imagine how was horrible. I won't to come anymore however I was their customer more than a year with jeny.

Zoe is the best! Very detail oriented, patient and friendly. The studio is so cozy and comfortable. It was an overall great experience and I’m glad I chose Zoe for my powder brows as she gave me exactly what I was looking for. Looking forward to coming back for my touch up. Thank you!!

I did eyebrow threading there. My eyebrows now looks different then I expected. They changed shape of my eyebrows - obviously not in a good way. I had tweezing Marks on the skin all around eyebrow which was clearly visible and took a week to go.

I got my lash set done by Jeni and had such a great experience! They are very talented and make you feel right at home - and my lashes are very glamorous while still looking natural. Totally recommend!

I made the mistake of going here after growing my brows out for months. I wish people would be honest about their lack of skill. This is my face. I have to present myself everyday and now my brows look horrendous. I would rather have kept walking around with them over grown. But I’m stuck with this and all because you couldn’t just be honest about the fact that you did not have any clue what you were doing. I provided a pic of MY FACE with my natural brows shaped the way I wanted and the way they had been shaped before. I did not ask for something unachievable or designer. I didn’t get anything near what I asked for. I don’t think anyone in their right mind would ask for what I received. My brows were waxed uneven. I was given two half moons when I asked for a squared arch which is pictured on your site. The tech Marissa is nice but she does not know what she’s doing. I hate to even have to leave this review. The way that she waxed my brows tells me she has no idea how to STYLE brow hair as I would have been fine with anything close to what I asked for, but it’s clear all she knows how to do is remove hair from the face using wax. I would stick to lip and chin waxes if I had your level of skill. Go practice or go back to school, because this is beyond upsetting. I will spend a lot of time using brow liner to fake the areas where you took hair you shouldn’t have. You do not have the ability to shape and manipulate the hair you’re waxing into a style. You don’t know what you’re doing. My brows are thick-you had plenty to work with, I could have gone to a nail shop and let them rip my brows off if I wanted this. Now my brows look awful and I have wait another six months to grow them out again. I can’t in good faith recommend this place to others. It’s not worth wasting your money to be left looking a mess. I’m so livid with this experience. Shameful.

Want to give a huge recommendation to the whole team at ATX Volume Lash and Brow. I have been going here for a little over a year now. I have seen technicians from the newest to the most experienced and have had good results every time. The two ladies that I see most often are Ellie and Teresa. Ellie does my lashes and threading for my brows. She is equally amazing at both. Teresa does my lashes and I feel like a million bucks EVERY time I get time on her calendar. All of this greatness, AND the administrative staff are also top-notch and always greet you with a smile and are very helpful. Oh, and if all of that were not enough, they also have a precious boutique always brimming with the cutest fashion, jewelry, and heavenly body products and fragrances. By all means, do yourself a favor and check this little gem out!
