Carol is simply the BEST! I've been seeing her for eyelashes/brows and waxing for a couple years now. She is clean, professional, educated, talented and is also super fun to talk to. I've been to a lot of other places that felt awkward or uncomfortable, or I eventually became unhappy with the service, but that has never been the case with Carol. Carol is just the best. She did such a good job getting rid of some stray hairs that unfortunately now I don't see her anymore because there are no more hairs! She is so nice and will do everything to make sure you are comfortable during your appointment.

Carol is the best at what she does! As a woman coping with PCOS, the facial hairs had become super embarrassing. Electrolysis so far has significantly reduced or eliminated much of those pesky hairs. You can really tell Carol takes pride in her work. She's often just as excited as me in seeing the progress being made. She's also very kind and respectful. It was a relief to find someone like her who could help and where I felt zero embarrassment!

Carol is the best! I have been seeing her now for several months for electrolysis and the results have been amazing. As a Trans Woman I had reached that stage in my transition where I needed electrolysis to look and feel better. The whiskers I had are now practically gone and the hairs that grow back are now few and far between and soft. I look and feel so much better and I owe it all to Carol. Her salon is very hygienic and decorated nicely. I also do Brazilian waxing sessions and these have worked out great. After the waxing Carol applies an enzyme solution over the waxed area to treat the hair follicles so they don't grow back. She gives me a vial of this and for the rest of the day every hour I apply it. I've only had a few sessions but the results are looking good. As I mentioned previously I am a Trans Woman and Carol is definitely a Trans Ally. She is such a sweetie! She is so sympathetic and understanding. I feel validated by her and I am completely at ease talking to her throughout the session like a couple of gal pals. Don't just take my word for it. You don't just want a professional doing this you want a wonderful human being taking care of you and Carol is both!

Carol is the best. Not only are they the best quality lashes I have had, she truly cares about how you feel in them. Anytime I have reached out with a need she answers right away. I came to Auburn electrology and skincare because I was looking for electrolysis treatment of my facial hair. Carol is one of the few people in the entire Puget Sound area doing electrolysis. I was extremely pleased with my care. Carol was kind, knowledgeable, and prices were very reasonable. I was particularly impressed with how knowledgeable she is of the skin of people of color, and so I felt safe getting my treatment with her and not worried it would result in scarring or hyperpigmentation. I had my first treatment and I am one month out. I had no reaction, improvement in my hair growth. She even texted me to make sure my skin was OK and sent me ome with information about the treatment to review and cream to use. She taught me a lot of what to look out for, and I am excited to finally address my hair issue with someone I feel comfortable! Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Carol for 4 months now. It is not only her work but about her clean environment, positive vibe, post treatment recommendations and availability and the list goes on. She is caring about your skin more than you. I did laser treatments for 3years before Looking for electrolysis and that did not worked for me. Hair keep growing back as strong and it was frustrating. I found Carol via google comments and so far I am so happy with my experience. You should know that with electrolysis you have to be patience to see the results. After each treatment you have some redness but Carol gave me cold roller that helps a lot. I would definitely recommend her.

I have been seeing Carol for eyelashes for the better part of 8 years now. My eyelashes always look natural and she makes sure that they are done at a sustainable level that the extensions don't ruin my natural lashes. I highly recommend Carol as she is professional, her room is sanitary, comfortable and accommodating. She is knowledgeable, inclusive and welcoming. I’ve been going to Auburn Electrology and Skincare consistently for over 10 years .Right there it should tell how how happy I am with my services. I mostly get my lashes done but I’ve had some waxing done as well . Carol is Awesome ! I have to say I’m picky about my lashes . I like my lashes to look a certain way . Carol listens and has always taken the time to achieve the look I want . They always look natural but with that pizzazz flair I like lol . I Get lots of compliments! Carol cares about the integrity of my own natural lashes so I’ve never had a problem with Carol using to much glue or lashes glued together or lashes glued to my skin like so many other lash salons do . Carol is very professional and personable. She is excellent at what she does .Carol is busy but I’ve never had a problem scheduling an appointment . She will work with you the best she can to accommodate. The treatment room/ lash room is always clean . She uses a machine to sanitize and disinfect the entire treatment room at night.She cares about her clients and prides herself in keeping her treatment room virus (COVID) free . Don’t hestitate to make an appointment. You won’t be disappointed!! I LOVE my lashes !!

I’ve been going with Carol for like about 3 times I think for a Brazilian wax, first time ever getting one, and I must say I’m so glad I came with her! Last week went to Carol for my first ever electrolysis treatment. I must say she is such a sweetheart. She made me so comfortable during the whole process. I was so scared before I went there but now I can definately recommend this place for good experience and better results. She provided me all the required information before started the procedure. She also gave me tips for pain control and after care of the electrolysis. Overall best experience ever, calm environment. Highly recommended.

Omg, how did I not know how awesome waxing could actually be!? Carol is such a great energy and uses the best products that really are no comparison to those I've experienced so far, all my life. I've tried so many things and can't believe how smooth my skin is after her waxing and how long the removal lasts. I've struggled with rapid regrowth and hair self-consciousness all my life. This is a game/ life changer...I only wish I had known her sooner! P.s... there's no awkwardness with Carol either.. even if she's gotta get all up in your business for a brazillion. No biggie, she's cool. 😎

This is my first time getting a wax done professionally. I was expecting pain, awkwardness and uncomfortable but Carol was great. She was very welcoming, nice and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my concerns before we start the wax. The place was very cleaned, sanitized and organized. Yes, I recommend her and will definitely returned.

She is such a kind person, her office is extremely clean, and she had finished my Brazilian wax in under an hour. I love Carol! She does an exceptional job! I went to Carol to get my first Brazilian wax. She makes you feel so comfortable and gives you a lot of helpful information about what you should do before you come in for your wax and what you should do after getting your wax. After going in for my Brazilian, I immediately went home and scheduled an appointment for armpit wax and eyelash extensions, both being my first time, and all I have to say is I will be back for more! She is amazing!!

Carol was AMAZING! She worked with my schedule to get me in. VERY clean and professional space. She has many distractions and options for pain relief. She's very considerate to her customers when it comes to respect and privacy. This woman has thought of everything for the best waxing experience ever. Definitely spend the extra money for the enzyme that stops hair growth-- it works! Can't wait to go back.

It was my first time going for a Brazilian wax and I was extremely nervous, but Carol made things at ease and I was no longer nervous. Carol is very nice and very good at her job because she knows what she is doing. Also, her place was very comfy too! She put on TV for me and it was good to watch and get some good laughs out of it. Overall, I recommend anyone who is interested in getting a wax, facial or anything that she provides. Because I know she would do a fantastic job. I left the place satisfied. 5/5 10/10 stars!
