Avoid at all costs, Which shouldn't be hard given they don't keep appointments, return calls or in the case of the Brooklyn office, appear to even be in business. The most bizarre experience I'VE EVER HAD WITH A DOCTOR'S OFFICE, and with a doctor who otherwise came highly recommended. Dr. Halpern are you reading these? A total disgrace.

Staff were all amazing! Like seriously amazing, especially as I was nervous and not feeling well, so clearly not at my best. The doctor was attentive and ordered tests and prescribed medication in the first visit. The waiting room is lovely and nice to sit in, but both times I was there I didn't have to wait very long. I feel like I lucked out with this one.

I've had great service here before previously. But yesterday I had an appointment, that the office called the day prior to confirm. When I got to the location the doors were locked and I haven't been able to reach anyone at any of the phone numbers provided on the website or on my confirmation email. Now the location says it is temporary closed.

All the doctors I have seen here have been great, but it is incredibly hard to make an appointment or speak with anyone. Have called multiple times per day recently at both the Brooklyn and Manhattan locations due to a clerical error on their part with my prescription, and no one answers the phone. All the voicemail boxes are full. No answer to my email. Online appointment making says they don’t accept my insurance when I know they do. It’s bizarre to the point where I wondered if the practice closed down…

Dr. Halpern and her team are THE BEST! Nervana Neurospa in Brooklyn is a calm, serene office that invokes relaxation. Kendall at the front desk is one of the most patient, organized, and friendly people you’ll meet. Devansh is thorough in his preliminary assessment, asking questions that no other doctor has ever thought to ask. Dr. Halpern spent a lot of time with me, did a deep dive into my migraine history, and considered every possibility. This has to be the most fulfilling doctor’s visit I’ve experienced in a long time.

The practitioners at this office are very good at what they do (shoutout to Dr. Rebecca Summers who is no longer with the practice), but unfortunately the customer service and operations are abysmal. Over the course of my 4-5 appointments at Nervana Neurospa there wasn't a single one that came without some kind of issue with either my appointment time or billing. They are in fact still sending me bills that I do not owe (I've checked in their patient portal and physically in the office). The biggest issue I've had is with scheduling etcetera and customer service. The front desk staff are often rude and untrained (and I have a lot of empathy for the difficulties of office managing and front desk work having done the job myself -- I get that it's hard), and in my most recent experience I was given incorrect information by the front desk regarding the capabilities of the practitioners in the office, had my appointment rescheduled (no big deal), and then cancelled with no notification for a procedure I desperately needed to have completed with no availability for a reschedule for over a week...

It pains me to write this since Dr. Halpern was so wonderful when I started seeing her in 2021. I don't know what has happened since then, but I had a test done with some concerning results. I can't get Dr. Halpern to call me back at all. I understand she will most likely refer me out to a specialist, but as her patient, I hoped for at least a call with a referral name, maybe some kind words, as well as her opinion. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any of that and have been left to navigate this on my own. I do wish this was a different review since Dr. Halpern is a wonderful person, however the practice does seem to have gone downhill.

Dr. Halpern is the best! I had severe migraines for years prior to finding her. She helped find the right treatment for my specific needs. I’ve been well-managed for several years now. The place is nice and clean. The 1st receptionist was very nice but she kept whispering so it was hard to hear her at times. Mr. Chan took me immediately after checking in and was very attentive to my headache concerns. After his examination, he said he will get the doctor. The only issue about my visit is that I had to wait about 45 mins for the doctor. I know it was over 30 mins because I renewed my meter when Mr. Chan walked out and it was done while I was still waiting. That was frustrating because I was the only patient there. I went to the restroom then spoke to the 1st receptionist. She said the doctor will be in shortly. By the time I got back to my room, the 2nd receptionist came to me asking if he can help me with something. I said yes, I've been waiting over 30 mins. He then said the doctor will be in shortly. I waited another 10 mins. Other than that, the doctor was nice and walked me through my next steps. I feel bad because I wasn't as pleasant as I normally am but that's because I was so annoyed with the wait time. I know that I will have more appts with them so I'm hoping I don't have to experience the long wait for the doctor the next time.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Rodriguez. He made me feel very comfortable during the consultation and was willing to answer all questions and explain all options. I appreciated that he did not try to upsell services but really shared what he thought would work best for me. The location is perfect: welcoming, full of light and so close to the subway. There was no waiting time: I got there and after being pleasantly greeted by the front desk, I was sent directly to Carlos Rodriguez’s office. He is wonderful as a human and extremely talented as a doctor. He listened to my needs and addressed my concerns, he never rushed me and took the time to explain me the procedure in details. And when I walked out of there, I was radiant and gorgeous! I will definitely go back!

The office is very inviting and the staff is great. Dr. Kaur has been very thorough on my tests n results. I understand that every patient is different but in my case I have been treated fairly n I would highly recommend .

The office staff is difficult to work with and every appointment would require multiple calls to schedule. They scheduled an appointment for me that I didn't ask for or want and it was difficult to cancel it. Dr Blatt was bad but Dr Summers was really great, but I guess both of them left in the last couple weeks. In general things seem to be a mess there.

Would recommend. The front desk was prompt and my wait was only 10 mins before being seen by the doctor. Dr. Rodriguez was friendly, listened to my concerns and patiently educated me on my options. They also have promotions for cosmetic services. giving you a bang for your buck.
