Today, my husband and I both received couples massages, and I have to say, it felt like a complete body and spiritual cleanse. My body no longer hurts, and the therapist seemed to know exactly where I needed help without me saying a word. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, we understood each other perfectly. It felt like she was truly sent from above.

I read the reviews, but I still went. I wish I didn't. My nails do not look like they were done by a professional. I wish there were options on the strip. However, the massage was great.

Spent 50$ on foot massage only! They tried massaging my legs , the foot massage was terrible, ended up making my feet hurt more! They do not know how to massage here at all!

This is the worst nail spa I’ve ever been to. No one spoke any English when we arrived and as soon as she arrived we were still being ignored. I had to get my feet redone twice because they didn’t have the proper implements and products and I asked how long they have been open and they said 20 years. I just don’t think for a business that’s been open for this long should have way better service.

DO NOT COME HERE ! Even for a last resort they will overcharge you like crazy, They pedicures are garbage. I got a back massage and had bruises for days I couldn’t even sleep. I got gel on my toes the gel polish is off and three days. How ?? They are the worst

Just walked out of this place after they completely butchered my hands cut every single finger that I still own luckily, I guess the male that works there doesn't understand what ouch means and will not let go when he's drilling. Just letting everybody know And then when I told him I would not want to proceed any further. He still got me to pay money for nothing. You're welcome. Please stay away.

Spoke no English at all, charged $10 more after a pedicure for regular polish and left me with polish all over my feet. Not to mention the lady doing my pedicure didn’t even know how to remove the polish that was on my toes previously. Would not recommend at all

This place is a joke. By far the worst my nails have ever looked. The man couldn't speak English and put way way too much polish on my toes. Oh but the woman (trainer) she is a professional, bull. My paint on my nails started to chip an hour after I got them done. I am more passed.

Worst decision by far- this was close to our hotel but should have known they were terrible because no one was there. Should have looked at the reviews first. We went in for a full set gels and gel pedicure- they kept hitting my skin and had so much gel it was all over my skin and globs everywhere. I paid for pedicure but not the full set gel- do not waste your money!! She did ask how much tip and I said zero!!!

Worst massage ever! The male "therapist" didn't speak English. His hands were calloused and his nails were too long. It was a wooden bed with no cushioning other than two blankets. No face cradle cover. Just a folded up towel with my chin resting on wood. No music no ambience. NO BUENO! I ENDED THE MASSAGE AFTER 20 MINUTES. I HAD TO PHYSICALLY STAND UP AND WRAP THE towel AROUND ME AND CHASE HIM AND THE MANAGER OUT OF THE ROOM SO I COULD GET DRESSED!!!! Very very AWKWARD! I do have to add that I did not do my research and I did not read any reviews prior to booking the appointment. But after reading everything about the credit card refunds I looked at my bank account and realized they had overcharged me. I just called them and explained that I could contact the authorities, the better Business bureau and get on all the social medias if she didn't want to credit my credit card. She did the right thing and credited my credit card IN FULL!!!!! SHOCKING but she did the RIGHT THING in the end.

these people will take your money from you with no intentions of satisfying you ! i have been getting my nails done for 7 years consistently and been to many different spas and this shocked me! stay away!!!! poorly trained nail techs, IT WAS PAINFUL THE ENTIRE TIME. $70 for a full set with gel ?? gel is $15 alone. and of course they charge for everything, she told me $10 ON TOP OF THE $70 , when i asked for her to push my cuticles back before applying the acrylic. it took 2 1/2 hours and by the time she was done there was dry glue and acrylic all over my skin and hunks of it under my nails. the paint job was chunky and chipped the same day. along with loosing 2 nails before 48 hours of leaving the place. it was a nightmare. the entire time i was thinking “wtf is she doing?!?!?” i felt bad i had to keep asking her to fix every little thing and she would somehow manage to make it look worse. i am not exaggerating, i seriously do not believe these people are licensed to do nails. nobody even came in within the 2 1/2 - 3 hours i was in there. i was in disbelief. oh and to make matters worse, as i was leaving this lady asked me for a tip after i paid full price and was extremely nice but still clearly not satisfied. unfortunately, i caved. and she still looked at me like i was nuts for handing her $5???? my bf eventually convinced me to go back 2 days later and show them my broken-chipped nails, and ask for fix or refund, they said “no refund” but they would fix so i said ok, and then after she took off the polish to repaint them i asked if i could pick a different color and she said “$10”?????!!? i just said i didn’t bring any money with me at that point and she just said ok. she finished, and then asked for a tip as i was leaving .. again ! i just walked out. if i could give less than 1 star i would . i definitely will not be back.

Couples massage My sister and I are on a sister's vacation. We have been having a wonderful until we came here! We arrived at around 8ish and was asked to pay cash . However, my sister said no, so Saleena the owner said that we could pay with a credit card and sign after the massage. We agreed. Saleena said that she had to go home to her kids, so she left us with two experienced, non speaking, non experienced guys. The massage was horrible, we feel worse than when we arrived. No technique, very rough. My sister paid cash for the essential oil that was never used even after asking about it! We were supposed to get the hot stone massage which they did not receive until 15 minutes into the massage and we had to say something tbout that!s Moreover, the one who was giving me the so-called massage was hitting me in the head, started it with going straight to my gluten, and never even did the front of my legs. He stopped early and never asked how was it, nor where did I want him to focus on. Don't go here. When my sister called today, at first Saleena said that she would give us a full refund but that she had to call us back. When she called back she put someone name Olivia on the phone stating that she was the manager. Yeah right! So Olivia says she can give us back $35, we said no, we want a full refund. She tried to get us to come back to give us a free massage. We said no, we left the state. So Saleena gets back on the phone stating that she can only refund $35 and pretended to call the police. She said that they would call us as soon as they got there. We're still waiting on the call three hours later and counting! My sister is going to dispute the charge with her credit card company and no, she did NOT sign the receipt!

Don't waste your money or time. Deep tissue massage means nothing and matter how many times I said "deeper" they had no idea what that meant. It got to the point where they switched people in the middle. Such a waste.

I went there last year for a couples massage and a pedi and it was fine. Came again this year and it was terrible. I asked for a French and it was horrible had to have her take it off and give me a solid color. If you cant do a specific style then just say soo!

Literally on the door and on the website it says walk ins welcome…yet my daughter walked in and they told her they wouldn’t take her unless she made an appointment. Of course my daughter is a teenager and argued with them because it says ON THE DOOR walk ins are welcome. Then as she’s arguing with them about the sign on the door they called her a “stupid American”. So yeah I would suggest if you really want to go there, make an appointment first and I guess try not to be American?

NEVER GO HERE! Worse Massage Ever!! They don’t deserve 1 star. When we walked in Selena Chin the manager/owner wanted us to pay upfront with cash. That was a red flag right there!! Anytime someone does that it means they don’t stand behind their service. The two gentlemen who gave us a massage did not convince us with their massage technique that they were trained and licensed. We felt worse leaving than we did at arrival. I’m absolutely disgusted!! The bed was uncomfortable. There was no adjustable head cradle, just a hole to put your face in and you’re hurting while laying there. No sheets only short towels are used. The two men couldn’t communicate with me. I would ask that a body part be worked such as rhomboid, sciatic, etc. and they had no idea what I was requesting. Any legit massage therapist would. This was a nightmare! I paid for Essential oils and hot stone. They dilute the oil this cheating you. I had to ask them to get the hot stones. They burned our backs. Do not waste your time, energy or money. I spoke with management. They do not want to do the right thing and refund me in full. Why didn’t we leave? We were in complete shock and couldn’t believe what was happening. Let’s work together so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

The only thing that lasted and was worth the money were my eyebrows. Don't waste ur money lashes fell off within minutes of walking and by morning completely off. Gel polish completely off by morning as well. Chipped polish on toes and extra glue piled on my foot in an attempt to glue a rhinestone...needless to say ended up walking out with unfinished feet and 5 hour uncessary horrible experience

This is the WORST place to receive service . I asked for a soak off and had to teach the lady how to soak off nails . Then they don’t even do a correct pedicure . They don’t understand “do not cut my nail too short “ and also they say a pedi is 40 but charge you 15 for gel take off or etc funds for just a regular pedi my best advice is GO SOMEWHERE ELSE . Terrible service . Btw I took my own nails off and I asked the lady does she even know what she’s doing and she saud she forgot how to take nails off . This place is H O R R I B L E !!!!

Today is the second time I came to this place, the guy who massage me it’s just wonderful, he hit the right spots and make me feel so comfortable and relax. Definitely I recommend this place. The guy doesn’t understand the language but he tried to use his google translator for understand whatever I needed. Thanks!

Ummm my experience was definitely weird. I should've listened to reviews cause I wasted money. What type of nail tech doesn't know how to do french tips so I settled for all white which chipped off an hour later I paid for a 90 minute massage that wasn't even 90 minutes more like 75 he kept leaving the room for long periods of time and would come back at one point he picked up my foot and started slapping it like what the door was left open and someone kept coming in the room I had to pay for services in cash upfront and no type of reimbursement granted so please consider other reviews too before coming here this was NOT relaxing at all

Worst pedicure I have ever received. Not sure you can even call it a pedicure, the water was just for show. No gloves used. No scrub or soap used. All she did was file my toes, polish them, light foot file for calluses, and lotion. The longest part of the whole "pedicure" was the polishing. Do not waste your time or money. This place needs to be reported to the bbb.
