This was my first time having this service done so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it! Definitely going back. My scalp has never gotten so much care. It’s really a total body experience because I was completely relaxed in the zen environment. This would be a great gift idea or a girls day with friends. And yes there were also men clients. 🙌🏽 I rate them five stars out of 5

Had an appointment while I was in town over the weekend. Fantastic experience from the moment you walk on the door. They have thought of everything to ensure you are relaxed and taken care of before, during, and after your session. I had the Signature service and will 100% be booking again next time I am back in town!

Might not be for Natural African Hair. I found the process very relaxing, and enjoyed it. I got the unlimited package. But once we were done, I noticed my hair was very dry, almost brittle. It was completely striped. I don’t know if the shampoo contained sulphate or if it was a moisturizing shampoo but at the very least I expected a quality moisture intensive conditioning treatment to restore some moisture back to the hair. But that was lacking, it seems more emphasis is placed on shampooing than conditioning. It took me a week of deep conditioning treatment to restore a semblance of moisture to my hair. Also the initial consultation where the scalp is checked took all of 30 seconds and I wasn’t told what they found until I asked. I believe she said I had crows feet but when I googled, it’s not a condition for hair. I might have heard wrong. They were Asians and maybe the accent tripped me up. But I wish the consultation was done properly and they took their time to tell me the condition of my scalp.

Aura Head Massage Spa in Columbia, SC, gave me the BEST service I’ve ever experienced! The atmosphere was so calming and zen—it truly felt like an escape from everyday life. I chose the Unlimited Package, and it exceeded all expectations. The head massage was incredible, and the lymphatic drainage, acupuncture, and face massage were next level. Worth every penny. For 90 minutes it’s all about you! Aura Unlimited includes a head massage, facial, upper body massage, hair wash and blow dry. It’s so relaxing and the staff are great and super sweet. Highly recommend 100%!

This was my first head spa experience and saying that it was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL would still not do it justice!! The moment you walk in you feel relaxed, the facility is immaculate and the ladies that tend to you are outstanding and so incredibly sweet! I cannot get over how wonderful my scalp and hair feel!! I will definitely be back time and time again!

Counting down the days until I come back! This place is TOP NOTCH. The atmosphere was so calming, clean and welcoming. The robes in the changing area were very nice and offered a lot of coverage, the beds were so comfortable and the actual massage and head spa were absolutely amazing. Lyn did my treatment and was so sweet, she did a wonderful job and I can’t wait to come back! I did the Aura Experience and it was worth every penny!

Head spa is very common and a popular service in Vietnam. Whenever I travel to Vietnam, I routinely visit the massage and head spa parlors. I am so glad that they open a location right here in the Northeast side of Columbia. I went there yesterday and received a head spa massage, including the neck and shoulder rub. I can truly say that it was a relaxing experience for body and mind. You got to go choose service that lasts at least 75 minutes to really feel it. It's a whole new level of luxurious treatment for body and mind ! I will be back to try every hands.

I have been seeing head spas on social media for a couple years now, but most of them have been in other countries. I have been waiting for want to open up in the Columbia area. I was so excited to go to Aura, and they did not disappoint! Everything was so clean and state of the art. The customer service was exceptional and they even blow dry your hair after it, which was a nice touch. I did the hour and a half package which included extensive scalp massage, back massage and a facial! I wish I could go back every week lol it was fantastic.

I visited Aura Head Spa earlier today. I chose the Aura Unlimited special. When I tell you it was divine, believe me. From the moment you step into the front door, the atmosphere changes immediately from the aroma to the soft relaxing music. You are waited on hand and foot. You don’t have to do a thing. Emily made sure I was happy and she and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and inviting. This was my first time with such a service and hopefully not my last. So relaxing. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment now. Spring for the “big” package, the Unlimited. You won’t be disappointed.

Such an amazing experience! My mother and my daughter, and my best friend all went together and had the most epic and luxurious heads spa treatment. This was one of the most relaxing and luxurious treatments I’ve ever had. Massage was awesome and my hair looks shiny and healthy. We all can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful experience! Very Relaxing atmosphere from the moment you entered the spa. Nice robes! My hair feels and looks amazing. They did scalp analysis when we got there and again when we finished. You could definitely tell a difference! I did the Aura unlimited and it was amazing. Loved the facial.. almost fell asleep. 🌺

Wow. Just wow. That was such an amazing experience. I had Emily and let me tell you I left out of there super relaxed and clean! I work at the front desk all day and she broke all my knots and I feel ten times lighter. The facial was fantastic. I had the aura unlimited and it's worth every penny
