***UPDATE*** The owner got back to me and refunded my money only after I finally put up a negative review. She asked if she refunded me if I would take down my review. She was blackmailing me for a refund! After she zelled my refund she wanted to stay on the phone with me while I took the review down. She said small businesses rely on good reviews, but I believe honest reviews are important to potential customers. I hung up as I think it is wrong to only refund me if I don’t warn others of how JESSICA cut off my hair, and you should make sure you get the stylist you booked with before you let them cut your hair. Changing your name to Aura Salon & Blow Dry Bar does not erase your bad management or stylists! You have zero integrity. Booked with a MASTER STYLIST, found out 1/2 way through I got someone else without being told of the change. JESSICA RUINED MY HAIR. Showed the stylist photos of what I wanted, photos of myself with a cut I’ve had before. She gave me a BOB type cut that was longer in the back, very uneven. I can’t even believe she has a license to do hair. I paid and left because I cannot deal with confrontation. I got in the car and broke down crying. Contacted management via email and sent before and after photos along with the photos I showed the stylist. Management said they would look into it. They never got back to me and I’ve tried to follow up every couple of days for 3 weeks and I’m being completely ignored. I would just like my $102 back. The blond photos are the cut I asked for, the others are what she did to me, the last one was my hair before. It’s just awful and I still cry when I look in the mirror. It’ll take me at least a year to grow it out to the length I asked for. Find a professional stylist at a salon that is run by a professional manager. This was, and continues to be a traumatic experience for me.

Washed freshly dyed hair in hot water. It is supposed to be washed in cold water to keep the color longer.

Heads up - this is NOT the same salon that has all the past glowing reviews! I used to be a regular here when it was Cherry and I loved it and my stylist (Kelly). Kelly is incredible, but this salon is engaging in some really questionable behavior since becoming Aura. First they added expiration dates to non expiration packages, and today I found my own images on their Instagram where they drastically edited the color to promote their salon with work that isn’t real. If mine are like that, I’m sure others are fake too. Added the real photo vs their edited version they put up on Instagram. They’ll probably delete it by the time you see this review, but at least you can be warned that this salon IS NOT THE SAME. New management has ruined a previously incredible salon.

Kelly is an absolute magician with hair! Kelly does a Partial Balayage and Toner for me, and the results are beyond amazing, every time. She has an incredible eye for color and always nails it perfectly—I don’t even have to explain much because she just gets it! And let’s not forget her blowouts—they’re phenomenal. I walked out of the salon feeling like a million bucks! The salon itself has such a warm and welcoming vibe. Every stylist there is so sweet and kind, making each visit feel like a treat. The atmosphere is just as great as the service—relaxing, friendly, and professional all at once. Thank you, Kelly, and the entire team for always making my hair dreams come true. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Gigi is the best. She has been styling my hair since summer and whether it's a work day or a special occasion Gigi knows how to style hair. Highly recommend. She is professional, personable and talented stylist.

Absolutely terrible management. Was a loyal customer for 3 years and was told they no longer do men’s haircuts because “women aren’t comfortable having conversations around men”. Not for nothing a men’s haircut priced at 45 dollars was absolutely not the reason I went there. The quality of haircut I got from my stylist Erin was the best I’ve ever had. The shop is clean and the quality of the salon is good it’s just run by management whos extremely disrespectful Edit: Ma’am with all due respect I never once asked her to watch my cats. I asked her to let me know if she left your establishment which is run horribly. Also the price of the haircut is 45 dollars I know that because I paid it for years. I asked her if she would cut my haircut privately because I liked the quality of her work. When Gabriel cut my hair years before she did I got his contact info too because I liked the quality of his work. Not only that you charged me 40 dollars for being late to a haircut when I got called in to aspirate clots out of a persons brain having a stroke. Not for nothing if you would like to call me out make sure you get your facts straight. Regardless you made arbitrary and discriminatory rules with absolutely no facts so before you want to call a person creepy maybe get your facts straight

I had an amazing experience! The team truly went above and beyond. My hair has never felt so silky smooth! The mineral water cleanse they used made such a difference—it felt luxurious and left my hair feeling refreshed and incredibly soft. If there is something difficult to find is a place like this! The service is excellent and the quality of service is very good. Kelly is the best, she changes your hair to spectacular and the best in a very short time. I recommend it!!!

Loved my experience at Cherry Blow Dry Bar!! They glammed me up (makeup + hair) before a family photoshoot and it made me feel so confident and looking my best! So happy with the results. They also gave my 3 year old a mini blowout and she was looking quite adorable 🥰. The hair stylists are experienced, professional and friendly. 5 stars!
