I have been for the second time, now, and am still in the parking lot after my second visit. I spent $220 on products after my first amazing facial (Jessica is amazing), and those products were horrible. The serum felt just like water. I was told that they were satisfaction guaranteed. Well, they aren’t. I never opened the mask because I was so disappointed in the serum. The salesman/manager refused to give my money back or to exchange a facial for the cost of the product. He said that I could exchange for a facial minus the amount of the product but only for the mask which was $100 because it wasn’t open. Their less than an hour facial is $250! I left and left my completely unopened and the opened product with the angry manager. Again, I love Jessica, the aesthetician, hate the products they sell and dislike the hateful manager. Do NOT go to this place. Do not buy their products!! If I could rate them lower, I would. I lost a lot of money, today. Aurarius Gold Spa at Penn Square Mall. #aurarius

I just wanted to walk around the mall and look around. I was stopped by Augusto, the employee outside the door. He was friendly at first, but when I asked him what the price for a moisturiser was, he said it was around $200! 🤯 I told him that I decided not to puchase it and that I don't have enough money to purchase it, he told me he would sell it to me for $81 including tax. When I told him no, he acted worried or disappointed which really made me feel uncomfortable. I came back with my dad to talk to the manager or MOD and get a refund, the MOD got confrontational with my dad and told him to leave without giving us a refund. So I basically flushed $81 dollars down the toilet. Just a heads up, this shop does NOT accept refunds. We talked to security and the mall manager to file a complaint against Aurarius. Luckily we were able to get a hold of the owner or corporate of Aurarius, and we explained to him the situation. He was actually willing to give us the refund! Thanks!

Walking by and the guy offered samples. I kindly accepted them for him to then loudly announce that he also had eye cream that could help with my horrible eyes with the dark circles and wrinkles. I’m in my 30s with kids. Yeah I have dark circles. To actually tell this after me to try and get a sell of embarrassing for them as a company and I will never recommend this company.

Went to get a refund on a product that was pushed on me from the beginning, and was informed that all sales are final and that he can only do an exchange for the product. This was never told to me when I purchased the product or otherwise I would not have brought it. DO NOT buy anything from these guys they are not upfront and shouldn’t be allowed to do business in a mall.

The employee Ofer was completely disrespectful and didn't respect our boundaries. When you have to exclaim "No" to someone over ten times and they consistently press on it shows that they have no recognition to social boundaries and situations. When we exclaimed that we were good and didn't want to buy anything, Ofer asked my Fiancé and I "Do you not have money?" Like it's any of your and your businesses concern when we didn't want your assistance in the first place. Thank you sincerely for the horrible experience and wasting my time. For anyone going to this company, don't let them swindle you. Their main intention is to take your money by reselling already purchased products by nearly a 100% surcharge over customer satisfaction. Ofer was trying to sell "Premier Dead Sea Salt Scrub" to my Fiancé and I for $85 when the value is $45 online. We were lucky enough to get it for $35 but my instance doesn't negate the fact they could swindle you for YOUR money. Watch out and be safe from people like this.

I had done facial for years in multiple countries, but this experience was unique! I will recommend this place for anyone who would like to get a good facial, massage and relaxation. It was an amazing experience. My esthetician was very gentle and so welcoming! Thank you for the care and Love!

I just left the spa and I highly recommend the red light treatment! The guy that did my face was so kind and professional and knew exactly what will be the best for my skin. My face never looked so healthy and clean. Definitely going to come back and get some more of those magic masks.

While the place upstairs doing facials may or may not be good the kiosk in the downstairs Penn sq mall is high pressure and then no refunds! BEWARE: Overpriced and I tried to return. No refunds even for unopened merchandise. They also charge you a fee to use your credit card which is not disclosed until you have paid and you see it on your receipt.

BEWARE!!! They do not tell you that they do not accept refunds even if the product was not open. Blake was the sales person that pushed me to buy the products he even lied and said he was the owner of the spa. He said if I did not want to keep the items that there would be no problem getting a refund. That was a lie!!! At the bottom of the receipt they print you it says no refunds!!! I have disputed the charge with my bank and reported them to the Better Business Bureau!!!

While the young lady that did my facial was amazing and my skin looks and feels great….here are a few things they don’t tell you…. 1 - there is a security camera in the treatment room. It is high up in the corner and I did not see it until I was getting dressed after my treatment. 2 - DO NOT arrive early. Get there right on time. 3 - the salesman that runs the front end of the spa is nice to start with, trying to sell you everything under the sun. Acting like he is giving you a great deal, until you tell him NO for the last time. He then becomes a jerk and rushes you out. 4 - in addition to #3 above, make sure as soon as you pay for your treatment that they return your credit card. While he was trying to get me to buy $400 worth of product, after my final NO, he got an attitude and told me not to forget my card. I did not even realize he has not handed it back to me. 5 - he told me at least half a dozen times to “don’t be a Jew”. If the esthetician was someplace else, I would definitely return, but I will never go back to this or any other Aurarius Spa.
