I got a facial with Mira and it was so relaxing. She is so sweet and I love my glowing results. I also received Botox with Samantha and she has such a gentle touch. You can truly tell the ladies are a master of their craft and genuinely care.

I suffer from peripheral neuropathy and was recommended to try botox in my feet for the pain. Walking in to Aurora, Chelsea greeted me with a smile. My Nurse Sammantha was knowledgeable and welcoming. I am hopeful this treatment will provide me with some pain relief. Thank you , ladies!

Morgan checked me in, offered me something to drink; making me feel welcome and leaving a fantastic first impression. Mira performed my facial, she not only took the time to explain what she was doing and the products she was using but also kept the conversation going and made the experience personal! Samantha was amazing! I started with Aurora Medical Spa over 10yrs ago while living in St. Louis. When I heard they were coming to Colorado I had to sign up for the skin care club! Wow! The second I walked into the door I was greeted by three beautiful women who were all in a good mood. I was seen by Samantha today and she showed me around the place. Everything was so clean and neat. I got the diamond glow facial and it was super relaxing, my skin is looking fresh and glowing. I definitely recommend this place! Finally we have a place in the springs that offers so many services!

I've been going to Aurora since April and my skin has never looked so good! They're a one stop shop for everything on my skincare to do list plus more. From Botox, Sculptra, microneedling with SkinPen, and I've just started incorporating LaseMD into the mix, my complexion has never been so clear (and wrinkle free) before. They introduced me to the plentiful skincare lines they carry and between the treatments and upgrade in my morning/night routine, has not only started clearing my pigmentation, but given me a healthy glow! The ladies that work at Aurora answer all of my detailed questions and are so knowledgeable in every aspect - and also have the touch of an angel! The med spa is also so beautiful inside and their signature smell is so good! I ALWAYS look forward to my Aurora appointments!

The team is super friendly, open, and knowledgeable. Had my first injection today and was pretty nervous, but their obvious care and extensive education/expertise made me feel at ease. I’m super pleased with my results already, and would recommend Aurora Med Spa to anyone looking to feel and look better!

10 out 10!!! Go see them ! I see Mira for my facials and let me tell you her hands and skin knowledge are amazing. She has made my skin glow. She goes above and beyond and makes sure that i understand everything with my skin and gives me a great skin care plan that fits into my lifestyle. Injections- let’s talk about the magic of Samm. She is fantastic. Samm listens to what I’m seeing on my face and gives me facts, knowledge and a great treatment plan. I love that her main goal is making me feel beautiful in my own skin. Go now! I went to Aurora Med Spa today to see Sammantha for a laser facial and Dysport! She is amazing (never a bruise and I can kiss the brown spots good bye)! My son went with me and when we walked in, Chelsea welcomed us with a beautiful smile and gourmet coffees of which she made (service at its best)! Fortunately, Mira had an opening and my teenage son was open to a DiamondGlow facial! He loved it, loved the results and his skin looks amazing (glowing, baby-like)! The spa is gorgeous, the women are even more so but what they do and did best is deliver the best professional services. Sammantha is knowledgeable and a master of her craft! My son had nothing but wonderful things to say about Mira! Thank you ladies and Aurora! See you again as soon as possible!

This med spa and every person that works there is amazing. Since moving to Colorado, the lack of humidity and changing temperatures have wreaked havoc on my skin, but after a few recommended treatments here, I feel like myself again. Also, I know this isn't important, but it smells SO GOOD here. I wish they sold an oil so I could bring the scent home!

Amazing experience with Mira! She was such a pro, and took the time to explain the process to me (this was my first facial ever!) so I felt super at ease and my skin was glowing afterwards! My skin is usually really sensitive but there was no redness or swelling or anything, and for the rest of the day I got ton of compliments from my friends. Would 100% go back, thank you Mira!

I just had to go to Castle Rock to see my favorite nurse, Amy! I have been seeing Amy for almost a year and absolutely love my results. Amy takes the time to understand her clients needs and concerns. We also set a schedule for the goals I’d like to get done in the future. The ambiance was inviting and comfortable. This place is wonderful! I went in for a facial treatment with Mira and she was very professional and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable at every step and was clearly very knowledgeable about the whole process. Afterwards my skin felt amazing and overall the whole experience was great from start to end. I want to share the amazing experience I recently had at Aurora Med Spa. I went in for the LaseMD Treatment and it was a very thorough, comfortable, and seamless experience. From the time I walked through the front door I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk personnel (Chelsea and Morgan) and asked if I wanted a water. Next, I was welcomed by Sam, the Nurse Practitioner and Mira my Esthetician who walked me back to the treatment room. They were so welcoming and friendly and took the time to explain the process, make sure I was comfortable and then took photos so I could see the results for my before and after treatment. Throughout the treatment they collaborated and discussed the best approach to treat and address my more prevalent sunspots and completed the treatment for both my face and neck area. I left with a feeling of a slight sunburn…you know, like one of those crazy early morning Colorado hiking days when you totally forgot to take your sunscreen…along with an adorable ice pack for my face/neck and a wealth of knowledge regarding my aftercare. Astonishing, four weeks later and in just one treatment I saw an incredible difference in my sun damage and wrinkles. Even if you’re not interested in one of their services, make sure you stop in and check out their fantastic line of products….I will most certainly be more diligent in using their sunscreen now! What a great group of amazing, confident, and professional ladies I had the joy of meeting during my experience. I highly recommend this place and want to offer a “Shout Out” to the amazing Team at Aurora who took such great care of my skincare needs.

By far THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER at a Medi Spa! First walking in, the staff is so friendly and inviting. The space is stunning and so clean. Sammantha did my lip filler and Botox. She made me feel super confident and comfortable while doing the injections and she was so gentle and informative throughout the process. She really listens and cares about your goals. This was my second time getting lip filler after a two year gap and by far the best experience overall. Will be sending all my friends!!
