Kristen Woodard has been my favorite for all of my injectable and non injectable needs and has been for almost 5 years! She is extremely knowledgeable and stays up to date with the latest and greatest techniques and treatments. One thing I also love is she is not afraid to tell you “no” if the placement of products (for example, fillers) can potentially cause complications in the present/future or if a procedure might not be right for you and your skin goals. I believe this shows her integrity and transparency which is exactly what I am looking for in a medspa provider!

I have had several sessions with Lara Montfort at the Med Spa. I had laser treatments for facial pigment coloration. I am extremely happy with the outcome! I will continue to schedule treatments with Lara! I felt confident and safe under her care. Her professional and caring personality is a plus!

I had the BEST experience w Lara. She is down to earth, knowledgeable and knows her stuff. I had both filler and Botox from Lara, and I feel like the results are natural looking but definitely made a difference. I will be back!

I had the best experience with Kristen Woodard! I went in to see her for the first time for Botox and Juvederm Fillers. She was so kind and made me feel really comfortable. She was also very thorough and explained each area she was treating. She even followed up via phone after my treatment to make sure I was doing okay which is so thoughtful! My results are looking great so far. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Kristen!

She really took the time to address my skin care needs and education me as well. Lara is amazing at what she does! She listened to me about my areas of concern and guided me in the right direction for both immediate results and long term results as well as helping to curate a skin care plan. Don’t just walk, but run to see Rachel Davis for your skin care needs. Rachel knows skin for all skin types; but to have someone who knows black skin, walk me through product recommendations and daily care, I left with so much knowledge. The location is beautiful (with convenient parking) and the entire staff is top tier. I will definitely return!

Katie Bertling, RN, LE she’s awesome, and a great listener; between her listening to me, her guidance, her knowledge, skill set, and her excellent injections I am definitely more than happy and satisfied! Rachael is amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable and really walks you step by step on getting you closer to your goals. Facial feels so good and relaxing but also I can tell it’s actually effective. My skin has never looked so good! As a black woman it’s so comforting to see someone who looks like me and actually understand my skin and help give me solutions. Her aura fills the room, if you’re looking for an esthetician/ medspa home look no further!!

Africa gave me so much peace of mind from the very first time I met her during my consultation. She was very thorough in explaining what permanent eyeliner/permanent makeup was all about, and was very compassionate to me about my worries regarding pain, healing, etc. I felt so reassured and worry free when I left the office after making an appointment to get the procedure done. The morning of the procedure I got a little bit nervous, but as soon as I sat down in the room with Africa, all of the anxiety went away. She once again gave me reassurance that everything would be okay. When she started, and as she progressed through the process, she continually walked me through what she was about to do, step by step. There were no surprises or unexpected movements or actions. The one and a half hour went by so quickly and I truly felt like it was walk in the park, no pain or discomfort, all thanks to Africa. I went in nervous and left with terrific eyeliner! If you’re looking to get any kind of permanent makeup done, I highly recommend Africa without any reservation. You won’t regret it, she’s the best!

Sandy is the best injector ever! She never lets me go crazy and keeps things very natural. She also has a way of helping you forget what she is doing, as she explains everything in detail and in way where you feel comfortable knowing that she is extremely knowledgeable. Austin Cosmetic MedSpa is a beautiful office. I was there to get permanent makeup by Jeanine McTasney and everything from check in to check out was very professional. I liked that they take before and after pictures, which I was not expecting, but thought, how professional. The permanent makeup artist Jeanine McTasney was so professional, knowledgeable and very personable! I got my eyebrows tattooed and they are so natural looking. Over all experience was an A+ in my book.
