Destiny did an amazing job with my curly cut and grey blending! I had very damaged ends from years of bleaching my dark hair to platinum blonde. I finally made the decision to go with my natural color and embrace grey. I showed Destiny some cut and color inspiration photos, and she did an excellent job of expectation management for the color and giving me a cut that let me keep as much length as possible while also getting rid of those damaged ends. Destiny is also really thorough and patient while teaching her clients techniques to improve their curly routines and get the best from their curls. At my last appointment she walked me through my wash day styling and this visit she coached me through a better refresh routine. I highly, highly recommend Destiny and Austin Curls.

My daughter had her first professional curl appt with Abrey! She really listened to her concerns and the things she wanted out of a curl cut. It turned out amazing. I love how she walked Harper through all the steps to healthy corks. It was a great experience! We will be back in 5 months for a touch up! ✂️💇🏻‍♀️

I got Abrey and she was incredible!! She listened to what I wanted and had already looked at my inspo photos before I got there. The whole experience was really calming and I feel that the cut I got is a perfect mix of ideas I had and a professional stylist's take on it. My hair is more wavy than curly so it came out looking natural but more defined and curly than I'm used to. Which I like! Definitely come here!!

Abrey has been such a wonderful hair stylist for me for the past two years. I have struggled with my hair for so long, not knowing how to style it, how to maintain it, how to care for it. She took the time to help me learn the proper methods and technics to add to my hair wash routine, and it has done wonders for me! Abrey is always so nice and very responsive if I ever have a question for her. Austin Curls salon itself is such a wonderful space. Everyone there is so kind and happy to help.

Taylor is amazing! After two years of thinking about shaping my afro into a rounded, layered fro with bangs, I finally went for it—and I’m so glad I trusted Taylor to make it happen. She’s so professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process a breeze. This is one of the best curly-hair cuts I have ever had. The salon is pristine. The equipment is top notch and extremely comfortable; my neck doesn’t hurt after getting a shampoo and there is steam that accompanies the conditioner! I get a lot of compliments on my curls after I get my haircut here. With all this talent and high quality, everyone that works here is extremely friendly. It is one of the best salon experiences you will ever have, we are so lucky that this is located in Austin.
