I had an amazing experience at the salt cave—so relaxing! I loved the calming music and peaceful atmosphere. They also have a fantastic selection of gift items! Mallory was incredibly helpful and sweet, making sure we were all set up. Highly recommend! ✨

Cancelled the class last minute (30 min prior!) and never issued a refund despite multiple outreaches, even after almost two months!

They canceled the event on short notice. After requesting a refund over email and reaching out over the phone, I got nothing. It's been more than a month now, and they still haven't refunded me! Update: I submitted a claim with my credit card, and Austin Salt Cave had the audacity to respond with a copy of my payment as proof of attendance.

**5 Stars!** I recently visited Austin Salt Cave and had an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The salt cave itself is beautifully designed, creating a serene and tranquil environment perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. After just one session, I felt a noticeable improvement in my breathing and overall sense of well-being. I highly recommend Austin Salt Cave to anyone looking to unwind, de-stress, and experience the therapeutic benefits of salt therapy. I can’t wait to go back!

I really wanted to enjoy the Austin Salt Cave, but my experience was underwhelming. The ambiance was lacking, and it felt more like a gimmick than a true wellness experience. The staff didn't seem engaged or interested in making the visit enjoyable. Unfortunately, I didn't leave feeling relaxed or refreshed, just disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you're looking for a genuine salt therapy experience.

I was very disappointed with my experience at the Austin Salt Cave. The atmosphere was far from relaxing, and the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. The salt cave itself felt poorly maintained, and I didn't notice any of the benefits they advertise. Overall, it was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place.

When I first heard about halotherapy, I was skeptical - but I love the Austin salt cave. I go there regularly to keep my allergies and migraines at bay- and the staff is amazing. After going to other Halotherapy Spas in the area, I find this specific Salt Cave to be the best value and experience. In addition to their elevated experiences, they also make their own Halotherapy Products and sell genuine Himalayan pink salt lamps - and everything is so affordable. I just wish they were open later so it would be easier to get a session in after work.

I purchased a 45 minute session for 2 on Groupon & added the foot salt detox upon arrival. My appointment was the last one of the day & we had the salt room to ourselves. Mallory was EXTREMELY helpful, kind & sweet. She went above & beyond to serve us. She let us pick out what tea we wanted, gave us a sample of lotion & an eye mask. The room itself is beautiful & so relaxing. I highly recommend the added on foot detox. Money well spent! I also purchased the peppermint essential oil spray, Himalayan salt bar & a couple of flavored cooking salts. Mallory was patient & informative. I live in Houston but if I did live in Austin, I would be visiting weekly! I highly recommend Austin Salt Cave!

I’ve become a regular. This place has become essential part of my monthly self care routine. The salt cave is great for my asthma, the sound baths help calm my soul, and the past life regression meditation is transformative.

This was our second visit to Austin Salt Cave. I was in town visiting my son for his birthday and we enjoyed it both times. From the yummy tea to the super cozy warm massage mats to the soft music, the salt cave has the perfect ambiance to deeply relax and enjoy the full experience. Your staff is friendly and knowledgeable and we always feel welcome. I can’t wait to return next time I’m visiting.

Healing vibes abound. Wonderful experience and staff. Everyone there was professional and very caring. Salt room was done so beautifully, calm music and atmosphere. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend you visit and experience this salt cave.

OMG! I have had this ridiculous chronic cough for about 6 months. Cannot get rid of it! My husband and I signed up for the Gong Bath. Sat in the cave, did the pranayama along with Jules, and now I am cough free!!!! Yay! I have been to "traditional" doctors and they just basically said I have allergies (which I don't). This was total imbalance of kapha, and the pranamyama and salt cave along with the Gong Bath gave my body the balancing that it needed. Blessings! Wish I lived closer than the 1500 miles!!

The inside is well-themed and clean with a nice little gift area at the front and the comfiest couches where you can relax and wait for your session to start. The staff was incredibly warm, understanding, and accommodating. They provided a pleasant, soothing presence from start to finish. The salt room itself was quiet and spacious with the temperature and lighting set to be just right. We had a lovely session and highly recommend this experience if you are in need of some healing and good vibes!

I love coming here! They have neat events and yoga in the salt cave every weekend. The staff is really sweet and friendly. I have also noticed a difference in my allergies and respiratory issues since coming on a more frequent basis.

We heard about this place & wanted to see what the hype was about...so happy we did! The entire family benefited from it. All of our kids 11, 9, & 5 were able to come with us. Definitely will be back, just wish it wasn't far. But worth the visit for sure. Hoping our allergy 🤧 congestion goes away completely, but we are already feeling better after our 1st time visiting.

Got a gift card from my sister to try this place out 10/10 I recommend Location beautiful!!! (If u don’t like heights might be a problem lol) Once u pull in go past the grove down the hill Prices reasonable Parking: lots of parking Inside so zen n clean! Big shot out to William for being awesome and making my experience with my grandma wonderful Definitely will be returning If u need a place to unplug from the world n do some holistic healing this is the place

What a pleasant experience. It was very relaxing. My husband chose to sleep while I was enjoying some Yoga poses to open up my lungs and enhance the experience. You do have the option to sit, walk or lay in the salt vs sitting in the chair the entire time. We enjoyed it and walked out with a new Salt Lamp for the house.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Can't wait to go back and take my daughter and all my friends. It was such a fun place to go on a date night and I felt so relaxed I fell asleep right away in the comfy zero gravity chair with the soft glow of all that amazing salt. Highly recommend.

I don’t know why I didn’t think of it sooner. I was waking up with puffiness under my eyes due to the limited air intake while wearing facial masks all the time during this Covid lockdown. After just one session they aren’t so puffy. Plus without being able to go to yoga now because of Covid as well, it was a quiet relaxing getaway where I could do my own yoga right on the salt with beautiful relaxing music. Just like everywhere else they are taking precautions in common areas. Once in the cave, I felt like I was on vacation for an hour.

I had heard of a salt cave a while back and wanted to check it out for a while now. My family and I decided to check our Austin Salt Cave because it was fairly close to us, we'll priced and the staff was really friendly and helpful on the phone while I asked questions. They took my reservation for three so my family would have the room to ourselves, which I really appreciated during this pandemic! The staff was really knowledgeable about the Halotherapy, accomidating, informative and a pleasure to do business with. I suffer from allergies that get worse during the Mountain Cedar season and I felt that I could breath much better after the first session. I felt the pressure in my ears clear up and the drainage from my sinuses allowed me to smell and taste better also. I recommend this place for the treatment and the quality customer service. *Update* I had to update my rating from 4-5 stars because of their customer service and integrity. I "misplaced" my wedding band after our appointment and didn't even realize that it was missing until later that evening when we got home. After looking around for it at home I called Austin Salt Cave (ASC) and inquired about my ring, Kyle took time to check the salt in the cave and didn't find it, but he took down my info and said that they do a deep clean every Sunday. I called back on Monday and Kyle said "I was just about to call you, we found a ring that matches your description in our locker!" (I was so GRATEFUL) "We're holding it here at the office, come by when you can." It's great to know that there are honest people still and that even in these hard times Kyle and the rest of ASC staff, have integrity!

I have heard about salt rooms for a while and when my allergies became overwhelming this year, my husband looked to see if there was one in Austin. I have visited 3 times and feel so much better. It's like a vacation for your lungs. It is definitely on my list of best things to do for your health! They also offer yoga deep breathing classes, and fun things for kids to do while they are breathing in the healing air. Great place!

This healing 'tool' is amazing! It's so helpful on many levels, unlike other modalities. The process of inhaling the salt assists with healing anything that it comes in contact with, including skin. The atmosphere offers a deep relaxation, quiet, soft music, unassuming employees so you can heal your Spirit as well. I highly recommend this experience to anyone, including children.

This salt cave was so clean and well organized and the owner is so knowledgeable! I visited here when I was in from Toronto in Austin for a long weekend and I’m so glad I did! My allergies were terrible and this helped so much. Highly recommend!

I chose the score, because there was another individual there that was making alot of noise. Example: smacking on candy, deep breathing as if they were exercising. So the relaxing part was not captured during this visit. I know the experience is for multiple people at once, but noise regulation should be noted and respected. I have to say some mucus was breaking up during the therapy which was a quick relief. Also, the young lady at the desk was very limited in speaking to us even though it was our first time at the Salt Cave from Houston. I'm hoping it wasn't because we were people of color.

I would certainly recommend this for anyone who needs relief from allergies or cedar fever. I went to one session and found myself breathing out of my nose again. Jack, the proprietor, is super patient and knowledgeable.

The setting in the room was very peaceful and calming. The healing qualities of the pink salt opened up my sinuses. Tonya's breathing class synergized the whole experience.
