She did a great job focusing on the areas I requested, checked on how the pressure level was, and took the time to explain how deep tissue massages work before my massage started. The treatments I've received from Cara and Corey at Austin Deep have been nothing short of life-changing. Before starting with them, I was struggling with significant immobility due to a severe chronic illness. This left me with very limited movement – I could barely walk a block without experiencing intense pain – and my stamina was incredibly low. I often required a cane or wheelchair for longer distances. Even simple daily tasks were a massive challenge. The sporadic pain was often unmanageable, negatively impacting my overall quality of life. Traditional western medicine had done what it could, but I was resigned to the idea that my mobility would be minimal for the rest of my life. However, after just one visit with Cara, I noticed a dramatic shift. The pain lessened significantly, and I felt a newfound ease of movement. With each subsequent visit, the improvements continued, allowing me to gradually increase my activity levels. When I transitioned to Corey, my progress accelerated even further. I was recently able to walk a 3 miles to achieve a bucket list item. I never could have achieved that goal prior to these treatments. I am forever grateful for the incredible care I received from both Cara and Corey at Austin Deep. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone seeking to improve their mobility and overall well-being.

this is the most unique massage i've ever had. i literally feel like i have a new back. the technique here is well worth the spend. a bit intense but feels sooooo good. my only critique is that the room was a little cold. other than that, flawless experience. 9/10!

If you want a place to get scammed offering you a service that is not even close to the real experience this is the place. As a Dr in physiotherapy with several years of experience and with a specialty in manual therapy I can describe my experience as MEDIOCRE and LOUSY. The massage therapist Ignacio didn’t knew what he was doing , after explicitly explained to him what I needed and how he had to take care of them, but he decide to do whatever he wanted. He rubbed my skin like if it was a wet rag on a table , the pressure for the release of the trigger points was off, not even close to a deep tissue technique and he didn’t even pay attention to my problem areas. He is INCOMPETENT. And he decided to finish the sesión just leaving the room. After I complained to the receptionist she gave me an arrogant look and told me just Bye. If they want to make people upset they already achieve it with me and am going to fight for this until someone answers for this mistreatment.

As someone living with chronic pain and who has a desk job, the increase in mobility in my scapula, reduced tension in my neck and traps, and improved ability to tap into my lats after a 60m deep tissue massage has such a positive effect on my quality of life, especially in that first week following a session. I've been to DEEP twice so far, each appointment with a different therapist, and service has been great both times. If you're open to working with a new therapist, Brittany D. did a great job really getting into my shoulder blades and loosening up my knots/tense areas in my upper back and neck. Massage is her passion / happy place, and she gets how transformative it can be for someone living with chronic medical challenges!

Been here three times and gotten three different masseuses. Each has been very well-trained, professional and highly skilled. I've found their work deeply therapeutic on old injuries. All other massages I have had in the past 35 years do not compare. 10* experience.

Everyone was super nice and accommodating, they squeezed us in with only 1 evening in advance, and my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our first couples massage. Both massage therapists that worked on us made our massages personalized to our needs and targeted areas we needed targeting, and we totally felt that good “massage drunk” feeling when getting up from the massage. If you want a REAL deep tissue massage with great pressure and accommodating therapists come here! Can’t wait til I’m back in Austin and can visit again!

Had a couples massage, last week. 100/100 stars. Hands down the best massage ever. When the therapist asked if the pressure was okay, both of our responses was PERFECT!! majority of the time at other massages we can never get enough pressure, yet this one was perfect!!!

I came in nervous about deep tissue (I'm more of a lymphatic massage person) and left feeling GREAT! Ben was a talented massage therapist and seemed really knowledgeable about his craft. At no time was I in pain and in fact he released some of the pain I had in my shoulders, arms and hand. Great job, I'll be back!
