I went in for my first tattoo removal session today with Regan. I won’t lie, it does hurt, BUT Regan made sure I knew what to expect and it was really quick (note - I have a fairly small tattoo on my neck). 10/10 would recommend Avail and Regan for your tattoo removal needs!

Lisa is amazing!! The best aesthetician I’ve ever seen. She was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly informative. It was so relaxing and has made such an impact on my skin. The best facial I’ve ever had!

Edit rating*long story short, had a procedure done that didn't end up going so great, by a PREVIOUS nurse, Grant and Holly were both absolutely amazing in getting my issue addressed and Holly getting amazing results. Girls&guys 😀 definitely read the reviews, they are important. And if you think your nurse injector isn't listening to you or you're not getting the results you want, speak up. If you think they are just digging deeper into your pocket (which some will) say something, write a review, go somewhere else. But again Grant is what an office manager should be! Holly is what an NP should be and is all about, so thank you both so much! An edit will be coming in the near future!! EDIT*** Let me be clear, Holly was very helpful and fixed the majority of the previous injectors mistakes! She helped with what she could with what she had. I spoke w her about a week about this ongoing issue!! Did what she said. But too no surprise Holly is no longer there. Avail for whatever reason can't seem to keep a good nurse/injector! That should say something! And never was I given any information about a previous provider! This is your company, your the doctor, these are your employess. You are responsible for them and what they do and don't do! Never was any name calling said either, if you call "incompetent" name calling, then so be it. Shame on you for making this post instead of picking up the phone! I'm also still waiting for my records and pictures!! I have emails, so before you come on here and state things that aren't true, get your facts straight! Good luck in the future. Avail is greedy! Please send my recorss and all of my pictures again please!!

I had my appointment with Holly, and she was phenomenal. I love her understanding and love of the science behind what she does. I felt incredibly safe and comfortable and the results are amazing. I would highly recommend Avail Aesthetics and Holly to anyone and everyone.

I recently went for an appointment with Holly, the NP. She is fantastic. She took a lot of time to understand what I wanted and explain the process and was impeccable in her work. She is focused on restoring rather than just bandaiding. I have said the same about Dr Davis-they truly blend science and art at Avail to give you the skincare results you hope for. Thank you!

Avail aesthetics changed my life (particularly Holly and Stephen). I’m 42 and had never done any skin care treatments beyond washing my face and moisturizing. I initially came in for a toxin consultation with Holly and she was so knowledgeable, listened and did not push me into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. I told her about insecurities I had with my melasma and she immediately brought Stephen in so he could talk about options they had for laser treatments that would help. I decided to go all in because I wanted a complete transformation. Over the last 3 months I’ve had full face toxin, 2 laser treatments, lip filler and upgraded my skin care to medical grade products. The end result? They have aged me backwards by at least 10 years. My skin is glowing and vibrant, my melasma is nonexistent (thank you Stephen!) and I’ve gained a level of confidence I haven’t had in years. I want to stress that they do NOT pressure you into unnecessary treatments or products. They simply guide you based on where you are in your skin journey. So whether you’re ready to jump in the deep end (like me) or start a slower journey to better skincare the ONLY place to go is Avail Aesthetics. (Side note: I’ve had treatments at the Cary and Raleigh office)

Being that I am a new resident of NC and have a history of acne and eczema along with very sensitive skin; I was very apprehensive about trying a new spa. I chose Avail Aesthetics because of their stellar reviews and I have been extremely pleased ever since. The staff at Avail is very friendly and helpful. The spa is very clean and well designed. The estheticians and staff are wonderful and very informed about skincare. I've received laser hair removal, facials and microdermabrasion treatments and have been very satisfied with the results. They keep my skin looking great! I am so happy I found them. I encourage anyone with problematic skin or anyone that just wants a refresh to definitely go to Avail Aesthetics.
