I found Avail through a pop up event they had with a local small business and couldn’t be happier with the results or the service provided. Holly, a nurse practitioner, did my injectables and it was clear from the start she has a passion to serve and takes pride in her work. She has a ton of knowledge in her field of expertise and will candidly share her thoughts while also providing anatomical context and any potential risks associated with the treatment. She is a natural relationship builder and easy to talk to. The facility is also equally immaculate and I love the masculine vibes and attention to detail in the spa. I have consistently seen the same injector for several years, but after being in Holly’s care, I can’t fathom seeing anyone else for future treatments! You rock, Holly!

The most best and most beautiful medical spa in all of NC! An amazing selection of treatments and services along with the incredibly kind and experienced providers, I'm hooked. Great experience with Holly every time. Met her at a Botox party where she took the time to listen to me (Botox parties don’t have tons of time for consults) and I loved my results so I went to see her at avail. I walked in with a treatment in mind but after listening to my concerns and long term plans/goals we pivoted and the results are amazing. She spent a ton of time with me that day just listening to me and educating me. Feeling so good in my skin thanks to Holly and a few PRP biogel treatments. As a clinician Holly has the technical skills, knowledge, and personality to make any skeptic comfortable in her chair. She is current on research and industry standards and she’s easy to be around. Let her poke you and recommend targetted skincare that works wonders- you will feel bonita.

I had Holly as my injector and I absolutely love my lip filler! She was incredibly informative and professional throughout the entire process. Being a bit sensitive to needles, I appreciated how Holly ensured I was comfortable and patiently answered all my questions. The procedure was smooth, and the results are amazing. Been a client with Avail since 2021 for tattoo removal. Stephen is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and makes sure you’re comfortable during the process. The office is always clean and the front desk staff is helpful, kind, and attentive to customers as they arrive. This business values their clients, provides a superb customer experience, and delivers a clean and relaxed office environment. Would highly recommend.

I scheduled a consult with Bethany to discuss treatment options for my undereye circles and loss of volume on my face. I was impressed with her knowledge and candor on what would work best to achieve the results I desired. I decided to receive my first EZ Gel treatment and I am blown away by my results. Ashley Harper has been my NP, and Botox and filler injector for a while now! I have loyally and happily followed her to this location! Not only is this business located in a prime location (right off the five points intersection,) but it is hands down the most charming, intimate boutique style med-spa! The interior colors and ambiance are luxurious, but deeply relaxing. The space itself is smaller, and more intimate. I’m not sure about you, but sometimes these med-spas can be a bit intimidating walking into. There’s no room for that nonsense here. Grant was at the front desk, and he was an absolute JOY! Super welcoming, personable, and made sure I took advantage of the promotional discounts for my treatment that day. He is exactly the person you want to greet you, as he makes you feel so welcome. Ashley Harper, my injectable NP is the BEST. Not only is she so kind and personable, but she has been so patient with me and my quirks. She uses the most gentle approach to her services, and I have never walked out with anything but total and complete satisfaction. She’s an artist in the natural look, and has a patient archive of her results I highly encourage you to look through. I can’t thank you enough, Ashley, for being so wonderful to me, my skin, and giving me nothing but honest and careful advice in my injection journey. Avail Aesthetics - 10/10!

I went to Avail and Madison for a few treatments and I'll never go anywhere else!! She is so patient and tells me exactly what I need and what I can skip . The office is calm and relaxing and everyone is super friendly. I've worked with Madison for years and she's the only person I trust with my skin!! Love this office! The lasers are completely different than the regular snapping laser feel. My hair removal and skin rejuvenation with Moveo were unbelievably comfortable. Grant at the front is lovely to chat with while waiting. Stephen and Sam know so much about the lasers, Holly and Ashley are very experienced injectors and do such good looking work. LOVE AVAIL!!

I’ve been coming here for a while to get Botox. Today, I decided to have a consult so i could get on the right routine for morning and night face care. Kelly took the time to explain while always making me feel like I have great skin. I felt relaxed and comfortable. She didn’t even try talking me into a laser treatment or facial, even though I came in determined I needed “work” (I’m 41 and starting to see many changes). I would highly recommended this place for so many reasons.

Worst experience in making an appointment. Got charged $50 for rescheduling 45 minutes short of 48 hours before the appointment! I rescheduled to make sure my COVID test is negative! This is what you get if you want to be mindful of other peoples' health. Totally disappointing!
