How is this place still in business?? My wife received a massage gift certificate from a friend for her birthday. When she went, she was assigned a man who used baby oil (wtf?), a whole lot of elbows, and left the room multiple times to "get more supplies" for several minutes at a time. She is literally bruised, was creeped out the entire time, and she said she's pretty sure none of these people are even licensed (didn't see a single certificate in the business). This is the type of place that would be in a low-brow comedy to make fun of massage parlors. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at this spa! We booked a couples' deep tissue massage, and it was pure bliss. The therapists were incredibly skilled, focusing on our specific areas of tension and providing the perfect amount of pressure. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, making it the ideal setting for relaxation. We both left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend!

It’s on Groupon for a reason. Decent couples massage, but you get what you pay for. The therapist kept leaving the room to get supplies (towels, oils, stones). The walls are paper thin and the employees outside the room were very loud and disruptive. I kept asking my therapist to adjust and lessen the pressure but he kept going back to firm pressure and quick movements. My boyfriend and I were both sore and regretted getting this massage.

Brought my wife for her birthday. Massage was great. Massage Rooms need an upgrading and oil massager used was cold. But we would come back.

I didn’t enjoy my massage at all. The masseuse went in and out of the room several times during my massage and that made me uncomfortable. I couldn’t relax because I had to keep making sure it wasn’t a random person coming in. The massage itself was okay, but again it wasn’t relaxing. He was moving so fast, oils were cold, and he did weird stuff like thump each of my fingers . Like why…..

Incredible. We received the bundle that came with a 60min massage, sea salt foot scrub and aromatherapy. It was amazing! It was like they felt the tension and just got rid of it. Plus all of the walking from the strip. It was well worth the $150 spent. Absolutely gave them a beautiful tip and will return! Thank you.!!!

Great experience! Kind staff, really know what they’re doing. My masseuse’s name was “ Z “ she was able to work on some tough areas. I had the Swedish with hot stone and salt foot rub. Probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Call them first directly before booking through another website!

Disappointed! I had a couples massage booked and the massage was awful. My female partner got a male masseur who was too hard, used elbows alot and barely understood any English. She was asked to turn over (face up) while he was holding the sheets. She did not feel comfortable at all doing that. Both of our massage was disappointing and left us more sore. On top of it, the customer service was not great. They didn't do anything to repair our experience and charged us in full. I'll never recommended this place to anyone.

The worst massage ever. We booked for a couples massage service. Being a woman, I was never asked a preference and was assigned a male masseur who was doing massage woth his elbows despite asking him not to do so. Worst customer service

My husband and I went in for the couple massage special. Other than a few movements they practiced on us that we’ve never had in a professional massage before that made no sense, the rest of the massage was very pleasurable and relieved a lot of tension. I will say the main reason why they’re not getting five stars is both therapists left the room for about five minutes And took away from our time to go get hot stones and other supplies. They also left a few other times other than that to get hot towels, etc. This definitely messes up the Zen and relaxation of the massage and I don’t really appreciate them opening the door so many times while I am indecent additionally taking away from the massage time to go get supplies isn’t ideal. They should have all the supplies ready in the room.

The atmosphere was good, however the massage was not properly done. The therapist used so much of elbow for the massage with inconsistent pressures causing pains and damages in several areas on my body. Overall for the premium price we paid, this was not a good experience. Upon completion of massage we asked for drinking water which they did not have!

Don't think it twice, I believe that taking a day off your vacation to pamper yourself with a massage is part of the deal to unwind and relax. The team at Avalan Day Spa were awesome, clean facilities, professional people, very corteuous, and accommodation, so you can't really ask for more. Excellent value for the price, we would definitely come back whenever in Las Vegas again.

Great service. We were driving in from LA and kept hitting traffic and they were very accommodating about moving our appt. Very affordable (with groupon), but make sure you call ahead to reserve time and tell them you are using a groupon!

I loved it here if I come back to Vegas. I will have to take male massager home. He was excellent did couples massage with hot rocks. I had knots in my neck and lower back pain. They got me together I feel wonderful. Thanks in advance

Not satisfied with the person who did my mani / pedi she does not know how to do nails,i have to take out the dead skin myself coz she js not taking it out like she's so scared to do nails , it feels like my nails have not been cleaned .
