absolutely not happy with curl service the lady i don’t know her name charge me 45$ for nothing, i came home my hair was the same as before, i needed to go to a very important party but she just lie me and said i am sorry my phone was not good did not send me a text waited all day, she told me that she is going to open the shop that way i can go and fix my hair, she texted me late for i am sorry i am not able to come is this how you trades your customer i am not recommending any one to go there and your service is horrible

I was so lucky to stumble upon this place ... Tom trims my hair that is past my waist - in the summer he thins it out - it's not a big salon that serves me wine but he is unnatural !!! Oops I said he's "A NATURAL". The best! So glad I found him.

Tom RUINED my long beautiful hair by over processing my highlights & ALL of them literally shredded & 14 inches broke off every single highlight when we tried to comb my hair. To make it far worse he acted like nothing was wrong when I asked him what I shpuld do. Further my highlights were from white to orange, had spots on top of my head from him not protecting the hair that wasn't being highlighted! I left in tears & not even an apology, or word of advice like 'go home & soak your hair in olive oil', NOTHING! How do u sleep nights, Tom?

Do NOT get your eyebrows done here. The man was very rude and even when I constantly told him that what he was stabbing me with the scissors and tweezers he didnt apologize or anything. When I complained that the calming cream was burning me and asked for him to wipe it off he didnt do so. As I was paying he tried to double charge me even after the receipt printed and sale was final. When I got in the car and looked at my eyebrows I noticed they were two different levels of thickness and one was a little longer than the other. One had an arch and one was still thick. Now I have to wait for them to grow again to go somewhere else and get them fixed. Will NEVER go here again. Lucky 0 stars is no option.

IF you want to have hair, DONT GO HERE. went in just for a trim. Was $15. As the guy was done, it looked super uneven (I had a long bob cut). Went home to straighten my hair and see, and he just cut uneven random chunks of my hair. My hair on the back ended up even longer than my front ones. Went back for a refund, he said hell fix it. Started randomly chopping pieces of my hair off and said "I dont see an issue it looks perfect". I got up to show him the chunks and everyone in there seen it, I asked him not to touch my hair but he kept coming on to me standing, trying to chop my hair off when I said no. After that he said hes a professional and he doesnt give refunds because its "the policy". I went to a professional right away and had to cut my hair short becuase rhey laughed at how badly he messed up with my hair. Please if you are a lady dont go here and get a cut by the guy.

Tom is The greatest hairstylist in all Sac. I definitely recommend him for every one. Here I need to talk to to Mohammad Amini Mobarez in his language hoping to open his eyes a little bit and make him stop posting negative reviews on a high quality service. مامد گل جان امینی ده او قریه های افغانستان گرگ زده بود تو ره... حالی یک چانسک از کجا خورد که توره آوردن ده کالیفرنیا... he cuts hair like if he cuts sheep ..... ها ها ... صدقه خدا جان شوم . او خدا ها ها ... برو یک دفعه افغانستان ره ببین ... سیاه سرها و طفللک های بی گناه هر روز ده خون تر هستن تو که ازی سال ده دیگه سال سر خوده پشت سینما پامیر جور میکردی حالی یک ستاره میتی و کامنتکای نگتیف پست میکنی .... ها ها... بشرم و امو مبارز دیگه و دیگه ره هم از نامک‌خود کت کو دیگه.... آمریکا کی امدی دیکه یک کمکی تلاش کو که رقم‌ آدمها وری شوی.
