I have seen many of the stylists at Avalon. Lexi T is my regular stylist, she is amazing! She listens to what I want and makes sure it is perfect. I have also gone to Heidi multiple times and she does my daughters. She is amazing also! I would recommend this salon and these stylists to anyone! They have people that specialize in curly hair cuts (which my daughters need), as well as color, extensions and anything else you might need. The pictures I posted were after washing and styling my own hair per Lexi’s recommendation. I styled my hair at 9:30am and then work it up in a ponytail until 3:30 at work. These pictures were simple taking it down and finger brushing. She made my style absolutely perfect for wearing up or down, and can easily go from one to the other.

Today I got my hair colored and I am not happy with how long the bleach was left on my hair. At the start of the appointment I clearly stated I only need the bleach on for 10 minutes. It was at least 20, plus heat. My head honestly hurts. The stylist disappeared, and when she re-appeared she wanted to leave the bleach on longer and I straight up told her no. My hair does not need to be blonde, I just needed it orange to go to pink because I've had it done before. I'm just really sad that my hair is damaged from the bleach because it was left too long. The color placement was inconsistent, I will have to get it fixed. I also just discovered she got bleach on my shirt and ruined it, it's a new shirt. It has been months since this appointment and I have needed to get 2 haircuts (went to a different salon) because of how much breakage my hair has. I have not spoken to the owner or stylist, only been playing phone tag. I have not received a full or partial refund, or been offered to replace the shirt they ruined. They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes.

My stylist was awesome!!! The chairs at the salon are HORRIBLE! They lean forward and I had to be careful when I leaned forward to pick up my water bottle to take a drink.

I’ve been going to Avalon for almost 4 years now. Finding my stylist, Jennie, has been a Godsend! I love the creativity in her color and cuts. She seems to always know what will look best. You know you’ve found your “spirit stylist” when strangers approach you just to compliment your hair! Thanks for making look & feel beautiful Avalon!

Jennie H has been my stylist for years and I consistently get compliments on my cut and color. She is an excellent colorist and has fresh ideas on styling. The salon is always clean, people are friendly, and they have a great selection of product!

Jennifer H is the absolute best, she has been my stylist for 20+ years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Love Avalon salon, the atmosphere, the workers. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Avalon for years to see Stacey - she's fantastic and has always taken great care of me I know all the stylists there are great at what they do, but today I was even more impressed with Avalon as a whole. Today we took my almost 3 year old son in for his first haircut. He saw Heidi. She was incredibly patient, accommodating and kind. She let him see the claw clips, feel the trimmer, sit on my lap instead of the chair, and talked to him about what she was doing. I've always known Avalon was where I could get a great haircut, products, etc for my hair but today firmly convinced me that this is the place for anyone with hair.

I “ followed” skilled, knowledgeable, caring Rachel Hansen up to this salon as she can tame my hair so I can focus on living life as a nurse! ( ps she is NOT responsible for my hair on profile pic, use that one as it reminds me of grand hiking in the Bavarian Alps, one of many trips to exotic locales!) Now with the satin pillowcase and extras I’m having hair minimal times again as I race about!

First stylist I’ve ever used more than once, in 40 years & Heidi nailed it! I don’t get my hair done often, and I get nervous every time! I’m going on vacation next week, showed her pictures of what I wanted, full foil, and it’s awesome!! Thank you Heidi!

I absolutely LOVE coming here, my hairstylist Heidi is so amazing. She listens to my wants and needs and looks at my inspiration pictures and gives me exactly what I asked for! I haven’t had a hair stylist I like this much in such a long time. There’s a wonderful atmosphere and you just feel so comfortable when you walk in the door. I just got a haircut but it was the best spa day I’ve had in a while. I already recommend this place to everyone I know and I just can’t rave about it enough, just go here. Trust me!!!

Lexi is great, I’ve seen her several times now for treatments, cut/color. I went through a bit of a hair disaster that left my hair very very damaged previously at a different salon, she was able to touch up my color without frying my hair any further. I get really nervous to do anything to my hair these days as it’s still recovering from damage, but always feel like she listens very intently to my hair needs & helps come up with game plan. Stacy is also great, I remember I saw her years ago & recently scheduled a hair cut for my bf with her and he loved the experience/results. The reception is also very friendly & the salon has a cozy vibe 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
