I absolutely enjoy coming here, Every time! I’m blessed to have had Tasha and her magical hands do my hair! I love my hair every time I leave her chair! She’s educated and knows what she’s doing without damaging your hair. Not only is she amazing but the rest of the staff is so sweet and attentive too. I highly recommend booking an appointment and letting Tasha work her magic!

I met Mona yesterday and immediate hit it off. We both enjoy yoga 🧘‍♀️ and being outdoors. She asked me about my hair and made some recommendations. I was very happy with the results . She took her time and the color and cut was exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely refer family and friends to Mona 😀

Denise Mayer and her husband Bruce Mayer own this establishment. They are constantly regulating the parking lot aggressively. There are other businesses that are there too but she bullies nearly everyone who parks in any of the spaces. There's a small coffee hut and people are not allowed to drink their coffee and read a newspaper in their vehicles because she comes out and bullies them. I have heard that most people that go to her Salon are not satisfied with the end product of her messing up their hair. They're inappropriate with their behavior and language as have a tendency to use foul language at people. I don't recommend this shop at all!

I came here on a recommendation from a friend, whose hair was well cut and highlighted, and looked beautiful! Phone appointments are easy to make; I called in, left a message, and Samantha (an independent stylist at Avati) called me back to make my appointment. She made sure to ask me what I wanted so she could fit me into her schedule, and I had an appointment within the week! A simple haircut costs $40+. It includes a wash, cut, and blowdry. I had long hair and wanted a change to a short haircut, right above the shoulders. I brought in some example photos, which Samantha analyzed. She asked some important preemptive questions about layering and length. Since I dance sometimes, I wanted it long enough to tie into a ponytail - which she took into account - and reassured me that my hair would remain long enough for a ponytail She also picked up on my nervousness, since this was my first big change, and was very considerate of that: She asked if I wanted some side bangs like the photo, but recommended that I should just come back next time if I wanted them, since I was so nervous already. She showed me what they would look like, and was helpful throughout the process whenever I had questions. Her calm demeanor definitely eased my anxiety. I ended up with a beautiful cut that I love! Samantha is a very talented and helpful stylist, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process! I recommend Avati Salon for anyone wanting a new style or color!

The review left by Maggie McDaniel was greatly slanted in her favor. She has all her belongings in her car and seems to be homeless and she hangs out in the parking lot with known transients and they leave trash in the parking lot and eat up parking spaces for long periods of time that could be used by customers of the businesses in the center. When we asked them nicely, numerous times to clean up their mess and leave the parking lot the others left and she did not, and she was the one that used inappropriate behavior, called my wife names and used foul language. The post she left here was her retaliation for being asked to clean up her mess and leave the parking lot. If she purchased coffee from the coffee stand and wants to sit in the parking lot, drink her coffee and read her paper, that is fine. If she sits in the parking lot for 6-8 hours and leaves trash behind, that is not fine. Also, we are authorized by the owner of the property to help regulate the activities in the parking lot in the best interest of all the businesses within the center. The review left by Jordan Glickman that references the primary e-mail responder from the web site is rude, he is a salesman and made nasty comments about our website and tried to sell us services to redo the website. I asked him in a few short words, "Lose our e-mail address" this was after receiving a number of e-mails where I informed him I was not interested.
