I got my hair done by Emily and she did an amazing job. I loved everything about the services I received . Everyone at the salon was welcoming. I got an ash balayage on my dark brunette hair . Not many people can get it right but she knew exactly what to do . I also got a Botox hair treatment and my hair feels and looks amazing ! My tween daughter hasn’t stopped complementing me !

Kira earned her title as master stylist. She even won a top Stylist in Tampa award and was in a magazine. She is an amazing colorist. She’s done balayage on my long dark hair for the last few years and it’s always comes out beautiful. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to color their hair. Unfortunately, we moved to another state and it’s been hard to find another great stylist like her.

I’ve been coming here for almost two years for most of my hair needs. I’ve always been very happy with the haircuts and coloring services—they’ve been consistently great. I’ve also had a few brow waxes done here, which were okay, nothing extraordinary. Unfortunately, during my last visit, the brow wax left a burn on my skin, which resulted in a mark. I do appreciate that the team reached out after my feedback and offered to make it right by providing my next brow service free of charge, which I accepted. However, every time I see the burn mark on my face, I feel frustrated and have ultimately decided that I won’t be returning for any services.

The salon was easy to book and reschedule with (via text). They were always happy to accommodate my last minute appointment requests. Lauralee was wonderful - she matched my color exactly and her cut was always precise. Would highly recommend her and the salon.

Ever since I started seeing LauraLee, my confidence in my hair has skyrocketed. I actually drive an hour just to have her work her magic, and trust me, it’s worth every mile! My hair has never been healthier, and I can honestly say it’s in the best shape it's ever been since coming to Salon Norrell. I can’t recommend this place enough – I love it here with all my heart! This is an update to my initial review back in 2022 and the Salon is not what it used to be. I booked a root color to cover grays, color change and a haircut service with a Level 3 stylist, assuming the higher the level, the better the service. Unfortunately, that was not the case and I had to return a couple days later since the stylist was unable to get the color I was trying to achieve. She eventually got closer to the red-violet I had shown her, but about 2 weeks later my gray roots were already visible. I explained to the stylist that my grays were stubborn and to please make sure they were covered. She was really nice, which is why I don't want to say anything bad about her, but when you visit an AVEDA salon and pay a Level 3 Stylist/Colorist to do a job, you expect a certain level of quality service. I had already gone back twice and wasn't prepared to have my hair go through a round of hair dye. It's unfortunate that after 4 years living in South Tampa, I can't find a decent colorist.

I moved back to the area recently and was looking for a stylist to do grey blending because I want to grow out my natural grey hair. I had the pleasure of visiting Kira at Salon Norrell Aveda and I couldn't be happier with the results! Kira’s attention to detail was amazing. She meticulously followed my natural grey pattern when adding highlights and toned my hair to blend naturally with my regrowth. The result is stunning and lets me grow out my grey hair while still looking great. I have very fine, thin hair that breaks easily. Not only did she achieve a beautiful, natural look, but my hair also feels incredibly healthy. Highly recommend! The first 2 pictures are before, the next 3 are immediately after, the last 4 are almost 8 weeks later (natural light vs indoor light) without any touch ups yet. My next appointment is tomorrow.

I just sat on Laceys chair. This girly knows hers her stuff. I got a retouch and a blowout. Not only is the color perfect, but my blowout is beautiful.

Kira is my GIRL. She’s so talented with cuts and color and always try’s to accommodate my crazy schedule. The salon itself is such a spa experience and once I tried it I knew I wasn’t gonna be going anywhere else. In my opinion, the best salon in tampa🧡

My hairstylist was Bailey and she did an AMAZING job. She did everything spot on and it looks exactly like the picture i showed. She was really nice and very welcoming. My hair has honestly never looked better. If you come to this location i recommended bailey as your stylist

My full highlights were great put of the salon but in just a few weeks it turned brassy and also I was told it would be $110 for partial highlights over the phone then they added $80 for toner (which I’m out sure why it wouldn’t be included given I’m doing highlights) so ended up paying $200+ for hair that turned brassy. The customer service was great but very disappointed with how my hair turned out.

Yesterday I went in for a full highlight by Bri and she did absolutely amazing! I’ve never been happier or blonder leaving the salon before! Everyone was very professional and lovely to talk to!
