This was my second time here, and I had a great experience for both. The first visit was the facial and massage duo. Today was a madi/pedi. Each time I visit, I leave with a smile. The staff is very personable and accommodating. I appreciate the self care time in a space that is non judgemental.

As a salon owner myself, these services are excellent and cool vibes all around. This is literally the only place in Philly to get pedicures, waxing, and skin care services. They are a full service Self-Care studio. KT is great as well as the rest of the staff.

Avenue 215 is an exceptional spa that truly exceeded my expectations, especially in preparing me for my beautiful trip to Europe. I had the pleasure of getting a wax done by Chyvonne, whose technique and skill were nothing short of professional and expert. The staff at Avenue 215 are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, adding to the overall relaxing experience. I am already looking forward to returning once I get back from my trip. My Beloved Mother purchased a One Hour massage as my Father's day gift. WOW, what an absolute surprise! I arrived to one of the Sisters that run the Ave. holding the door for ME! Not use to that, but I was assured it was my day. Little did I know that was my masseuse. I was made to feel right at home. Sharne was extremely attentive to all of my needs. I was afforded every amenity at their disposal! I will admit being a little uncomfortable at first, not use to self care. However the ambiance and the gentle touch brought me PEACE! What a fantastic feeling. I am now serious considering building a self care routine and this is my destination. Listen to me, ' Treat yourself don't cheat yourself!' PEACE!

Wish I could give 100 stars this was the BEST pedi I’ve ever had. My feet literally feel like butter! Everyone was so kind the professional products she used were top tier and it was so relaxing. My husband booked this apt for my birthday and it was truly the highlight of my day. I’ll be back!!

I absolutely LOVE 3rd Element and am so mad at myself for not finding them much sooner. I’ve been going to get my nails done there since 2021 and I truly enjoy each experience with Natasha! She’s a beautiful spirit and a lovely person and she can definitely make your nails look dope every time! The atmosphere is amazing & you truly feel like family. Tamika greets me every time I come & today when I visited with my mother treated her with great kindness which warmed my heart. If you’re looking for a classy, serene, peaceful getaway to have me time with a pleasant and amazing spa experience look no further than 3rd Element. I can’t wait to try the other services especially a hot stone massage. You won’t be disappointed. Those ladies know how to treat their clients.

I absolutely felt the good vibes when I walked into this establishment. I decided on a whim to try their massage and boy oh both am I happy I did. I was transported onto the voyage to Atlantis. All my pressure points were addressed and the aromatherapy enhanced the experience even more. I had to slow walk out of the spa because it took a minute to get use to using my feet after that voyage. I highly recommend. What are you waiting for?????

I love this place!!! The team is very welcoming, professional, highly trained, kind and beautiful ‼️ I've had nail services from both Natasha & Tomika. They're both very skilled and care about how your nails look. The conversation is always, great and the music on point! Chyvonne, (my Morgan State Alumni sister) is thee Best Esthetician! Her room is very tranquil and soothing. Guess what??? They do hair too!! This Spa- Salon is a gem in our community! I highly recommend their services‼️ **Black Owned and Operated business 🖤💅🏽💁🏾

1st impressions are everything. As soon as I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting. Ms Tamika welcomed me by name (bonus points). Samirah was amazing and accommodating. She made sure I was comfortable and talked me through all steps. We even had a light, pleasant conversation... and it wasn't forced. That matters! The ladies all were very nice. I got a gel pedicure and what sets them apart and stood out for me..... they WARM THE SCRUB. Whew. That blew me away. I also got a hard gel manicure. Not a lot of salons do this so it made me really happy to know they use hard gel. I made my next appointment while there because knew I would be back.

On Jun 25th @ 2:45, I had an appointment that I cancelled with a pleasant receptionist (don’t remember her name) due to an emergency arising in my schedule. I was told that I would have to pay the late cancellation fee, and that it would be applied to the balance of my next appointment. Which I had no qualms or problems with as I understood protocol and the fact that I cancelled within 24 hours of my appointment. During the phone call, a new appointment was supposed to be made for me on today July 1st at 4 pm. However, when I called just to confirm before leaving my home, I was told by another sweet receptionist named Kerri (not sure if I’m spelling her name right, my apologies) that there was no record of a past appointment (despite the Fresha app showing me otherwise...glitch maybe?), and that my next appointment was July 23 for two pedicures & a Swedish massage (maybe another glitch?). I’m confused and disappointed that I couldn’t try them out before going out of town. Nonetheless, if you’re looking for a black owned salon and you can get an appointment, I’d say give them a try. I’ll definitely try again based off the phone customer service & pricing alone!!
