I had the Rhonda Allison 5-step with microdermabrasion here yesterday. Angela was a fabulous esthetician and took great care of me! She checked in frequently to make sure I was okay and that none of the products/steps were causing discomfort. I always knew what was happening, and she was fun to talk to. The products smell so good and are not too harsh, plus I see/feel a noticeable difference in my skin! This was my first time at the South location. Considering how many students/clients were in the room, it wasn't noisy or hectic, but the North location might be better option if you want a quieter, more peaceful service.

I know this is a school so I wasn’t expecting perfection but my hair is so bad… the girl who did my hair was clearly needed a teacher the whole time and no one was around except at the beginning intake. and even then she told to cut off more than what I asked. I literally asked for a trim and she took off 3inchs!! with no shape up or anything. I asked for a rachel green cut and it’s just straight across the bottom. definitely left crying

I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience today with my friend Kimberly! She gave me a facial with microdermabrasion and a chemical peel, and I feel absolutely amazing. Kimberly is so professional, talented, and attentive—it’s clear she truly cares about her clients and their skin. Audrey was fantastic!! The haircut and experience were top-notch! I felt completely heard and at ease throughout the whole process. It's rare to find a hairdresser who genuinely listens, but Audrey styled my hair exactly the way I wanted. She also gave me an amazing blow-dry—honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had! It’s so refreshing when a hairdresser takes real pride in their work, and Audrey definitely does. I can’t recommend her enough and will absolutely be coming back. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Students are very welcoming from the moment you walk in. Clean facility. Emily Daniel was constantly checking to make sure I was doing ok. She was very meticulously and made sure I understood what the next steps coming up were. Suggestions to the institute would be; making sure that there is enough adequate lighting available for the number of students, when performing various types of services that they are learning. When students have to use the flashlight on their phones to be able to see what they are doing I feel takes away from them being able to use both hands. Also would have like to have seen more of a presence from instructors while students are performing services on clients, offering suggestions and recommendations, as this is a teaching institution.

You get what you pay for here, at least hair grows back. The worst part is the instructor who will ignore and gaslight you. I did not want layers (gives layers) "you said you wanted layers" ... I gave them 2 more chances because the student who cut my hair the first two times did a decent job; but when I say I am growing out my bangs, just leave them alone, don't give me crazy, uneven, chopped layers on the top/middle of my head that bring them from ear length to mid-forehead and then have the audacity to say "see how I left the length". Its a shame because $18 for a haircut is a bargain, but I have had better results cutting my own hair, so sadly I am going back to DIY.
