Horrible so the daughter does my brows charges $15 I used a gift card she never gives my card back but a receipt that expires in 30 days so I have to go back there some bs !!!!!! Do not go here

I finally don't have to get super scared/nervous/sad to cut my hair anymore!! I've tried many places and this is the FIRST time I got a haircut and didn't walk out depressed, I actually love my hair now which I didn't think was possible! Xally cut my hair and did an awesome job!!!

Norma waxed my girlfriend, she stated she was the best but she burnt her privates and was dipping to wax and used her own tweezers without sterilizing and did not use gloves.

This place is a nightmare. Avoid it if you can. I went in to get my hair colored by norma, and it turned out horrible. I went in to get it "fixed" and it still looks ridiculous. Sent her pictures and she stated that I needed to have it all down to look good. A haircolor should look good regardless if it's up, down, curled or straight. I asked for a manager or to get a refund or something and she refused to let me speak with one, nor did I get a refund. Go elsewhere I'd you want a hair color that's worth your money or at least request another stylist
