Aviva med spa has absolutely changed my life and the quality of my life more importantly for the better, I receive IV VITAMIN treatments from them every few months and they have drastically helped affect my mental health in a good way. I suffer from some severe anxiety and depression symptoms and when receiving the “Meyers” cocktail I feel so renewed and so refreshed for weeks to come. I would recommend aviva to anyone who would like to improve their mental health! Thank you to Nurse Julie and her staff for everything they do!

Was fighting through a cold during a busy week of work I could not miss. Went to see Julie during my lunch and she recommended getting The Works Vitamin IV. Before I was even done with the quick treatment I felt color and life return to my body. The staff is super inviting and does a great job of walking you through their recommendations and treatments. If you need to recover quick from feeling ill, definitely stop in!

Caring and compassionate services. Julie is the best! Helped me alot! Been suffering from depression, bipolar, suicide attempts for over 45 years since I was a child. Pills don’t help me - only hide it and not very well. Update: been a few years STILL feel so much better I have a new love of life and have seen the light and realize what life’s about. I don’t expect full cure from my ailments it is the heart of my creativity but when it messes up your (and others) life you need a treatment. This really worked the best for me. Am now ready for another session. I also recommend ELO in your music playlist.

After having COVID in December 2023, it ended up depleting me of many vitamins and minerals. After continuing to get worse over the course of many months with all normal tests, I asked my PCP to run a B12 serum since a lot of my symptoms had one thing in common, B12 deficiency. It came back in "normal range" according to western medicine standards. But I felt absolutely horrible, and the symptoms were becoming more frightening. I reached out to Julie at AVIVA, and she explained 'normal range' vs 'optimal' range are two different things. I was definitely not in the optimal range, and she offered a series of B12 injections. After a series of B12 injections, I improved!!! Julie helped me find affordable vitamins and minerals to continue to help me improve! I am so thankful for her. Julie didn't just hear me....she LISTENED to me and my symptoms. I had known Julie professionally and personally prior to her opening her own clinic. When I realized it was time to find someone outside of western medicine to help me, I knew she was the one to go to. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and patient safety as her priority, make her the amazing provider she is. I am so thankful for her knowledge and guidance during a very long and difficult year.

The team at avIVa is *absolutely the best*. They are knowledgeable, caring, and supportive, and made sure to answer all my questions. I highly, highly recommend seeking their support with any treatment/therapy you need. I have struggled with major depression and generalized anxiety disorder for the last 20+ years. I’ve tried nearly every medication and combination, and a few have helped me to be able to function but none really enabled me to feel good. I have been in talk therapy twice a month+ for the last 5 years with the same counselor (I feel comfortable with her and she challenges me to help me grow). My significant other suggested I look into ketamine treatment. I was hesitant/anxious about trying it, but I also knew I was at an especially low point (in a five month span my dad died and I had to put my best buddy 16-year-old dog down because of neurological issues, pain, and distress). I reached out to avIVa and they were immediately responsive, set me up for a phone consultation, and talked me through all the details, while being sensitive to what I wanted to know. I was able to schedule my loading dose appointments very soon after the consultation. I was anxious about choosing music to listen to during treatment, but they helped me with recommendations and the strategy behind it. Finally the day came to start treatment and I was anxious and not doing a great job hiding it. The team immediately came to my side, helping me to feel safe so I could relax. The treatment rooms are comfortable and cozy and exactly right for a positive experience, with a camera so they could see me during treatment. Julie talked me through the rest of my questions while I got comfortable in the recliner. I was hooked up to the vitals monitor (heart rate, etc.) and a blood pressure cuff was put on my left arm. The IV for the ketamine was put into my right arm. The experience was unlike anything I’ve had, and the main feeling I was left with was hope. I didn’t realize how hopeless I had been feeling for so long until ketamine treatment enabled me to feel hopeful again. The floor on my depression was raised significantly after the first treatment and bolstered by the loading dose series. At my last loading dose appointment, Julie made a point to tell me that she noticed my face was more animated, my voice wasn’t just monotone, and that I was actually chatting and sharing about myself. I am still working through getting to a steady point for maintenance. I have full confidence in the team at avIVa that they want me to be my favorite version of myself and are helping me get there.

I came to AVIVA in Green Bay for medical weight loss. I was overweight and couldn’t find the motivation to workout and make changes to my eating habits. Thanks to the lab work that AVIVA does, and after a trip to my PCP, it was discovered that I had non alcoholic fatty liver. It was definitely a wake up call and helped me to commit to making a change. My weight loss has been slow and steady and I’m grateful for the support that I receive throughout this process. Most importantly, my fatty liver has resolved thanks to their medical weight loss program!!

I was in a blackhole of treatment resistant depression with no light to look to. Thanks to the Ketamine treatments, I have my life back. I have complex ptsd, major depression, high anxiety, loads of trauma, and medication that werent working, numerous types of traditional therapies that werent enough, and struggling everyday for the strength to fight for just one more day wasnt the life anyone should have to live. I called and talked to Amanda and Julie about the Ketamine therapy treatment, and got scheduled right away, it was so simple, just a few quick forms, and a submission of my formal diagnosis. They talk you through everything, answer all the questions, and help you really understand what its all about. It was so reassuring and i felt safe and trusted them instantly. I had been considering IV ketamine treatments for my severe anxiety and moderate depression for well over a year, maybe even two years. After completing my series of 6 loading doses, my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. After my very first treatment I could already feel a change within myself and one of my most pressing concerns regarding anxiety around eating had immediately disappeared and has yet to return. I have struggled during every single meal for over a year resulting in weight loss, lack of energy, inability to exercise and irritability and I am not kidding when I say I have not had one problem since my first treatment. This has been a HUGE weight lifted off of my shoulders. After my second treatment, the heavy feeling in my chest, the feeling of someone standing on top of me, unable to take a full breath in, was gone. I have had that feeling come and go a few times during my loading doses, but I feel like that was circumstantial and not the constant feeling that I had from the moment I woke up to the moment I fell asleep for years. By the end of my third treatment I felt like a totally different person. A night and day difference. I still cant believe it. I have now completed all 6 loading doses and I feel 90% better than I have in over 5 years. I am patient, calm under stress, and most importantly, I feel PASSIONATE about my life again. I am truly happy, not just less anxious and depressed. I am more present at home, I'm excited to see my friends and my family. I am no longer going through the motions of my day feeling like everything I do is just a chore I need to check off my list. To say that these last two weeks have been life changing feels like a major understatement. I've lived with chronic facial/neck pain for 10 years now and have been fortunate to have had access to medications and pain clinics. Not happy with my quality of life, a year ago I decided to try ketamine infusions and am so happy that I found Aviva. Julie and her team have been a Godsend and their chronic pain infusion protocol has done wonders not only my quality of life but that of my family's. I wish I could give a higher recommendation than 5/5 for Aviva. It took me years to seek a better treatment for PTSD and depression associated with it. Ketamine therapy has given me a new lease on life. Julie is a conscientious provider of Ketamine treatment, not a fly by night clinic. Patient safety comes first. The whole staff is professional and kind. Now and again I have IV infusions for overall wellness and rejuvenating too!

I felt like Aviva was my last hope to ever see a measurable improvement in my mental health and I was right. For over 30 years I have been treated for my depression and anxiety with medication and therapy. For only a year I have been coming to Aviva for ketamine treatments. I have struggled with anxiety/depression/ptsd for 20+ years and medications take the edge off for a while and then it returns with a vengeance. I recently had a car accident and fall the broken my shoulder that exacerbated things, I was out of control again…I met Julie CRNA, DNP when I taught a medical class years ago. I was lucky enough to win the Mother's day give away for botox and an iv infusion! As someone who recieved botox before, I was not very nervous but the iv part I was extremely anxious for. I had previously gone elsewhere and was poked multiple times with no luck so, going into it I was very nervous and shaky. Julie did an amazing job and helped me to stay calm while she got my IV set up. During the process Amanda was also very helpful at keeping me distracted from the process of getting it started. I walked out feeling so much better and will be continuing to chose Aviva for my treatments!

Julie earned my trust from the moment she and I first spoke on the phone. It is clear that it is important to her that what services she provides achieve results, that is refreshing in this world. My wife has had two sessions at Aviva with Julie. My wife isn't good at leaving reviews so, it falls to me. She has had injections at other clinics. Aviva being the best by far. Being nervous with a new clinic, she ask me to come to the appt. I was allowed to go into the injection room with her. Desired effects were conveyed. How, and if realistically that could be achieved was explained. We both were allowed to ask questions AND got them answered. Injections were almost painless. My wife wanted the injections to be done in two appts. That was absolutely ok. She has said, she will never go to a different clinic. Cost is also fantastic!! Julie also has a really great sense of humor and bed side manner. That is important.
