Sofia is absolutely amazing—she helped me book my consultation and follow-up appointments, explaining everything in such a clear and thoughtful way. They offer just about everything you can imagine, and I can’t wait to make this my go-to spot every month!

Aviva is the best med spa experience I’ve had to date! Sofia is extremely responsive and detail-oriented. She immediately made me feel comfortable. My injector, Daniela. is immensely talented and knowledgeable. I can tell she is highly skilled and has a lot of expertise in aesthetics. Sofia and Daniela were integral in me returning to Aviva on several occasions for various skincare treatments!

Aviva Spa is beautifully decorated and is white glove clean. I had an Organic Facial with Valeriya, which I loved. She recommended a few of the organic products for me that are sold in the Spa. Hilda the Sales Manager is so sweet. She is the one that told me about Aviva, so glad she did.

Service below my expectation 1 person working on you sends you to front desk cause she does sales when you ask are there needles involved what to watch out for before after 2 I got full package I said I won’t need full they told me I can exchange some areas I didn’t get service for with some of the monthly package services as I was on monthly package . After my laser I asked what is the other service then then said I can’t get those they will exchange facial I had with Venus and that’s for one time not for remaining membership term Shortly they trick you in then you get stuck Usually I promote where I go this place 2 out of 10 sorry I didn’t like stories being changed on me after I got half of the work done Get everything in writing from them

Had the best experience. After dealing with acne scars that left me so self conscious that’s to my Morpheus treatments I now can take pics without using filters. Thank you so much for giving me my confidence back. I’m a life time customer. Ask for Hilda she is so knowledgeable on all the treatments and knows how to customize packages.

Valeriya did such an incredible job on my facial today, my skin feels amazing! She is also so sweet & caring. Hilda, was so welcoming and truly made me feel at home. Aviva will definitely become my new go to spot for facials! I can’t wait to come back & very excited to try all of their services! The office is absolutely beautiful!

I got my facial laser with Valeriya, and it was beyond expectations. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and a smooth process. The salon looks very beautiful and clean. I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Definitely recommend Valeriya.

Laser hair removal with Val changed my life. She’s is very meticulous and thoughtful about her work. I’ve only done 4 sessions with great results. The spa is clean and the staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend.

I unfortunately, had the unpleasure of watching the front desk receptionist of this establishment, Viktoriya arguing with and belittling someone on social media via an Esthtician Support Group. Not only did she belittle other estheticians and the services they offer because “they’re lame” but she continued to talk about how she was the owner of this establishment & she was better than them & makes more money then them. Although, she’s only a front desk worker, she is a representation of this office & her belittling the same niche of people in which she works for is disgusting & shouldn’t be allowed. I will now tell everyone about this girl & will never recommend this place again. I will not support a business in which the employees belittle the very same people they work with. I have sent numerous people to this place because Val is amazing, but i unfortunately will never recommend them again. Please do better when hiring associates, they represent you as a whole. I am a client and I am choosing to remain unnamed as I will take a silent leaving over an argument with these girls any day.

I have been coming to Aviva for 6 months for Candela full body laser hair removal with Valeriya and it has always been a great experience. I was going somewhere else for laser before and you really just can’t beat the price for full body laser at Aviva. The service from the entire staff is great and the spa is beautiful, spacious, always clean and has the best snacks lol! I’m moving but I will keep coming back here for my laser checkups, this place is that great!!

I absolutely love this new spa!! Valeriya did my Morpheus8 treatment. She was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and confident! After only one week my skin already looks great. The front desk girl was super nice and helpful. I got to meet the new owner Ava. She was super kind as well. The whole spa has great energy with lovely & attentive people. Such a breath of fresh air for Miami! I’m excited to go back for my next Morpheus8 treatment in a few weeks!

Visiting Vita Body Club was an outstanding experience. From phone calls to front desk, the new management actually values customer service. Sofi at the front desk was easy to talk to, well-mannered, and super knowledgeable about all treatments they offer. I decided to get a facial with Valerie which made my whole day. It was the best facial I’ve received, & they even included a jelly mask which left my skin glowing!! Going back to try their Morpheus 8 tomorrow!!
