The spa facilities themselves are very nice. The Front Desk staff, however, is unclear at best on their communication of prices and times. When I escalated my concerns to the manager on duty, Al, I was met with a condescending attitude and told I should’ve checked the website for times. In addition, he told us we should’ve checked our confirmation email for the closing time. We had checked it and it did not have the closing time. Al did offer and provide a discount, but it was not a discount equal to the time we had lost.

Spent 5 hours at Awana with 3 of my gal pals for a group birthday trip that we were in town for and we had the most incredible time. The best spa experience of my life and I will be back! A truly memorable experience. We were greeted by warm, welcoming staff at the front desk who confirmed all of our reservations and made sure everything was split appropriately since one of us had booked services for 4 people but we wanted to do separate payments. Christine was our spa hostess and could not have been more kind, helpful, and enthusiastic about showing us the space and checking in with us throughout our visit. Loved that we had waterproof bracelets that acted as our locker keys. Everything was impeccably clean and well stocked. It was a wonderful introduction to the spaces. We enjoyed the wonderful included amenities ahead of our massage services including the co-ed space with different temperature pools, the salt room, tropical and arctic showers, sauna, snack area. The women’s area pool, steam room and rain showers were also really great. I booked a 60 min Himalayan salt stone massage and it was beyond my expectations. Bronson was absolutely fantastic!!! I arrived with horribly tight shoulders/neck and so many knots - my entire body was just a wound up ball of stress and anxiety (thanks work and life in general). This was the BEST massage I’ve ever had in my life and I left feeling like an entirely different person! Days later I’m still feeling my shoulder FINALLY released after months. Bronson is truly an artist and magician for sure. Prior to our session, he put me at ease immediately, communicated clearly and professionally, explained what to expect, gathered my preferences, took his time addressing any of my concerns, went through aromatherapy options, etc. This was a much nicer personal touch and connection rather than filling out a piece of paper with preferences and such. Bronson also communicated throughout my treatment as needed and was so in tune with my body that I didn’t need to ask for any adjustments - that’s rare! At the end of our session he also gave great recommendations on future treatments and how I can better care for my body with regular massage. Thank you Bronson, you have been a lifesaver! My only notes for improvement would be for the lounge area - it was a lovely space with plush recliners and multiple tv screens. Maybe consider having a similar lounge space (or one side) without the screens and maybe just some light relaxing music for those of us who really want to unplug from screen time fully. They were out of some of the food options which was a bummer, but what we did have was great. Nice selection of fruit juices and healthy bites. The staff is top notch! Thank you Awana! My masseuse was amazing. Unfortunately, I paid $400 and they would not extend the complimentary day pass the next day for me because I booked without time to use the services. The lady at the front was really rude and inconsiderate.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the spa in Resorts World Las Vegas. I went in with high hopes, especially since it was the day after my wedding, and I was in a wonderful mood, excited to relax and unwind with my husband. However, I left feeling far worse than when I arrived—angry, irritated, and deeply dissatisfied. The overall service was extremely functional, cold, and unwelcoming. The staff was neither friendly nor warm, which completely ruined the atmosphere that a spa is supposed to provide. The massage itself was about a 5/10, but I must say that the therapist was the only positive aspect of the experience. She was friendly, empathetic, and professional—unlike the rest of the team. Now, for the most shocking and infuriating part. Toward the end of the session, as they were closing, I was drying my hair when I noticed my locker—with all my belongings, including jewelry worth tens of thousands of dollars—was wide open. At first, I thought maybe I had forgotten to lock it properly, so I closed it again and ensured it was secured. I returned to drying my hair, only to come back and find the locker open again. It was clear that the staff had opened it. This blatant invasion of privacy left me stunned, angry, and deeply unsettled. If you value your privacy and the safety of your belongings, I highly recommend avoiding this spa. What should have been a relaxing and joyful experience turned into a nightmare. Thank you for ruining what was meant to be a post-wedding celebration and turning it into one of the worst spa experiences of my life.

Phenomenal spot! My group and I got the day pass and it exceeded our expectations. Sauna, steam room, crystal salt room, jacuzzis, cold plunge, tropical shower, arctic shower and resting room. Lots of coed space for couples and groups. Customer service was fantastic. This was my first time at a spa because I visited Vegas with my wife this time and I am going to go back by myself in the future. Top notch!

Vous pourrez vous y détendre dans des bains bouillants, glacés ou tempérés, profiter du sauna avec animation musicale et aromathérapie, du hammam, de la salle de détente, sans oublier les eaux detox, thés, et petites noix et/ou nougat pour grignoter. Précision très utile : deux entrées (une femme, l'autre homme) mais la majeure partie des installations sont mixtes, de sorte que vous pouvez passer la demi journée en couple dans ce havre de paix.

After coming here many years now this last experience was not good. I was told on the obo e if I would like to move my spa time to another day as long as it was 24 hr before I would bot be charged. Not only did they charge me but wouldn’t let me reschedule

Had an incredible massage experience with Donnell. From the moment we started, he took the time to ask about any specific issues or areas of concern, which immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for. Donnell truly tailored the session to meet my body’s needs, focusing on the areas that required extra attention while still providing a balanced, relaxing experience. I love the set up and the place was fabulous. The reason it gets a 3 is because of unexpected with add ons. My bill went from 290 to 440 all because of scent and face mask that was 55 dollars each. I didn’t know of price before adding while in the room and which clear price was given before I said yes. Otherwise pool fantastic Sergio was cool. Drinks were good.

Second time I’ve gone to this spa on one of my vacations and it’s wonderful. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. I had a massage with Daria and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Fantastic place to relax and treat your body well.

This Spa was so amazing..if I can give it 10stars I would. I had an issue with appointment but Al the manager handled it with grace & kindness he turned my first impression around immediately. He was so understanding & patient..Linda was my massage therapist she was so kind and positive. She made a huge impact to my experience. Everyone was so kind, the entire staff gave a luxury experience. Thank You so much Awana for giving me 10/10 treatment. it was much appreciated, I will be back.

Had a wonderful time relaxing at Awana Spa! I had an hour massage and enjoyed the amenities like the cold plunge pool, event sauna, and TV room. It wasn't crowded and some areas were co-ed which was cool. My massage therapist forgot my scalp massage, and there weren't many snacks. Other than that, it was a $250, well spent. Happy Travels! ✌️

A bit late from our service on August 27, but wanted to write in to say a special shout out to Lindsey and Joyce (Lindsey was for my Into the Redwoods and Joyce for my husbands Tokyo Escape) Both were extremely pleasant, went above and beyond with explanations of things they were doing, and Joyce even tracked my husband down in the cold pools to give him something to take home. Would recommend both treatments and hopefully you get the same ladies. The cold pools were fantastic and the little snack bar and ice water throughout were a nice addition. Some of the snacks had nuts, and as I had informed at booking my husband’s nut allergy, they were prepared and offered a solution for him! I agree about signage. There could be a lot more. The spa is tucked away on the second floor down a random hallway with lots of employee only doors. A few extra signs would be very helpful. All in all, I would highly recommend. Lots of space, and during the week it was not too crowded. Would love to take advantage of the foot treatments. Nice to leave something for next time I guess 😃

My wife and I booked the fountain of youth experience. We went on a Tuesday morning at 9 AM. We checked in with 1 other couple. Gradually more people showed up, but there were max 20 other people also using the spa. There are multiple areas to unwind and relax. There are co-ed and gender specific areas. Nothing was crowded. The other spa guests were not loud or obnoxious. Everything was very well organized and clean. I would definitely book the fountain of youth experience again.

Went here for my sister and I birthday! The place is beautiful, pleasant, peaceful and serene!! Loved my experience here! I had the best massage I’ve ever had and the amenities were a wonderful bonus. Saunas, pools, snacks, plenty of comfy seats and my favorite was this sort of recliner room filled will recliners and big screen tvs!!! I was sooo comfortable in there, I almost fell asleep a couple of times. And those robes are extremely comfy and cozy and I forgot to ask how much it would cost to keep it cause it was really that cozy! The staff was great and very accommodating! We all had such a wonderful time we did not want to leave! I will definitely be back!

most amazing day spa!!! beautiful, felt clean! The robes you have are glorious. There is a a little area split for each gender, and then a coed space. This was my first day spa experience and I’m not sure I need to go anywhere else. Hair dryers, straighteners, curling irons for the ladies. I suggest bringing your regular hair brush. Highly recommend!

Awana Spa is possibly the BEST “hidden treasure” spa in Las Vegas. (Located at Resorts World) As a local, we generally do not go down to the strip, but this was a special occasion. I I recently booked my Enzyme Renewal 60 Minutes facial. And I couldn’t wait to be pampered. From the moment I walked into the spa, I was graciously greeted by Karla & Zoza. It was such a relaxing and peaceful feeling. Both Karla & Zoza were extremely professional and approachable. My spa attendant, Liz, was happy, friendly, very knowledgeable and full of energy. She showed me around this huge and incredible spa with grace and ambition. I couldn’t believe all the wonderful amenities Awana Spa had to offer. From the fountain of youth pool, heated chairs, sauna and steam rooms, co-ed lounging area, cool mist showers, fruits infused water area and so much more. And I couldn’t wait to use them all. Liz then assigned me my own personal locker with a robe, slides and a waterproof wrist band to lock/unlock my locker. Then it was time for my facial with Aja. All I can say is WOW! Aja was absolutely incredible. She was very gentle on my skin, made me feel so comfortable and with her over 24 year experience and knowledge, she was exactly what I needed. Aja gave me great tips on how to continue to keep my skin/face healthy, especially in our dry climate. I can’t thank her enough for her professionalism and dedication of making me feel so comfortable, relaxed and invigorated. It was well needed and deserved. Thank you to the entire Awana Spa staff. This experience was platinum level, which I have already shared with my friends and family. See you again in the near future.

I have been to a lot of wonderful spas in my life, but this is hands-down the best spa I've EVER been to! I stayed at the Fontainebleau but made the trip to Resorts World just for this spa, after comparing reviews and prices for several spas on the Strip. I booked a 60 minute Prenatal Massage and a 60 minute Enzyme Renewal Facial on 10/1/24, and was given full access to the spa facilities before and after my services. I cannot overstate how impeccably clean and beautifully designed this spa is! It is shockingly spacious, with high ceilings and rooms that flow elegantly into one another, and it is chock full of thoughtful touches and amenities. I especially liked how the lockers lock and unlock with the simple touch of a bracelet, rather than require fussing with a door code. The spa attendants and front desk staff were very professional and knowledgeable, and made sure I was situated and comfortable before leaving me to my own devices. I was EXTREMELY fortunate to have Bronson as my massage therapist and Hisako as my esthetician! They were both incredibly warm, personable, and professional, and they treated me with remarkable care every step of the way. This was my first prenatal massage, and Bronson did a fabulous job of communicating what to expect and ensuring that I was getting everything I needed out of the service. I have never felt so relaxed and pampered during a massage, ever. Likewise, Hisako tailored the service to my precise needs, ensuring that the products she used were all pregnancy-safe. She helped me navigate the changes that my skin has undergone since the start of my pregnancy (and the typical dryness associated with visiting Las Vegas, of course), and by the end of the treatment, my skin was literally GLOWING. It actually looked like I was wearing makeup, it was unreal. My advice to you, aside from just booking Bronson and/or Hisako ASAP, is to plan your visit so you have ample time to enjoy the spa facilities before and after your services, because once you leave you are not permitted reentry. There are complimentary snacks available in the lounge area, and you can apparently order meals at an extra cost. Had I realized I could spend the whole day at the spa, I probably would have done so, and persuaded my husband to join me (the large central pool/salt room/sauna area is co-ed). Maybe next time! 10/10

Spa was beautiful. Steam room wasn't working. Knowledge of staff wasn't the greatest and I wish the relaxation room had tea available vs ordering it. I absolutely loved the salt therapy room, the hot jacuzzi, tropical walk thru shower, and sauna was amazing. Those ice cold towels really helped. My treatment was the Himalayan salt rock massage. It was incredible. I felt amazing afterwards and for days after. I only wish the use of the outdoor pool was included for people visiting just for the spa and amenities

I had the great experience at Awana Spa! When I got to Las Vegas, I had been suffering from horrible lower back pain for two weeks. I could hardly walk or pick things up. I got a Thai stretch massage with Tevin and I have full mobility again! I give my experience 5+ stars. Tevin is a great asset to Awana Spa and truly healed me! My whole family sees the difference! Thank you!

The entire establishment is top notch! We had the Bali couples massage and enjoyed the Fountain of Youth as well. Amazing experience!
