I cannot say enough good things about this place, the locker room is beautiful so relaxing and has everything you could need. Paul is a magician with his hands and such a sweet soul. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself now!

Loved every second and worth every penny! Checkin staff was friendly and offered water or detox juice. The women’s locker room was clean and private. Next time I will plan more time for the dry sauna. The massage was one of my top 3 best ever! And then after they offered prosecco. It was the ultimate relaxing morning and a great way to start my day!

Paul is the absolute best in the world! I just love him and his work. He is so attentive and passionate about what her does. He just speaks to your body. I promise if you get him you won’t be disappointed.

Upon arrival I booked a message at the spa for the next day. Unfortunately, my back went out and I ended up at urgent care prior to my message. I called to let the spa know I was having a medical issue and was advised by the physician to not have the message. The manager was completely unwilling to work with me to move it to a day in the future without charging me full price for the massage that day AND me having to pay 50% for the future massage. I understand having policies, but to treat customers with outstanding circumstances that way is a great way to lose them.

Lisa!! Had me feeling like a million bucks!!! I got the deep tissue massage, felt amazing. Did not want to get up. Steam showers, dry sauna, and the robes were my favorite. Definitely recommend Lisa.

My husband and I had a couples massage at Away last month and it was amazing! From the relaxing steam showers to the beautiful panoramic view on the wet deck, everything was exceptional. By far, the massage itself was the best part. They have a wide variety of techniques to choose from, and our therapists were absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Lisa. I felt all of my stress just melt away. If you are looking for a calming, relaxing day spa experience in Dallas, Away is a wonderful choice.

The place was dirty. Hair and dust everywhere. No towels available. The hot sauna and “wet” shower sauna was disappointing. They both felt small and claustrophobic. I don’t know when they deep clean the dry hot sauna, there was dirt in between the cracks and crevices and next to the coals. There are no other amenities to enjoy while you wait. The massage was mediocre. They forgot to give my friend her champagne. we had issues trying to check out because our reservations weren’t correct with a new person. It just wasn’t a good experience. Although the staff was very nice, me or my friends will not return.

I was gifted a Groupon for a facial and massage and my husband was there for a massage as well. We had the most amazing experience yesterday. From the minute we checked in, to the moment we checked out, the customer service was exceptional! For my facial I had Kara and she was amazing! My face has never felt so smooth. Kara provided impeccable service! For my massage, I had Jaime and his hands are truly "magic"! He had no problem adjusting pressure to my liking and by the time he was done I felt completely and utterly relaxed! When we were done with our services, we were able to enjoy a few drinks at the rooftop pool. This was a perfect "blissful" day!

Nice Spa but a little dated at least on mens side. Employees or very friendly and helpful. Like the dry sauna and steam room, but is missing a hot tub much like the hotel itself.

Ordered gift card for Christmas on the 15th. Never arrived. Just called them and it is scheduled to arrive on the 26th. Seems like 9 days is plenty of time to mail a gift card. Will choose a different place to buy a gift card in the future.

Unbelievable. My cousin and I got Groupons from our moms for our birthdays and the 4 of us were so looking forward to having a spa day together. 2 of us were going to get facials & nails and 2 wanted massage and nails. We scheduled a day off work and everything. I called almost 2 months in advance to book to make sure we could all get in at the same time. I was told that only 3 people are working that day. 1 for facials and 2 for massages..NOBODY for nails. She told me they only have nail techs there Thurs-Sat(maybe Sun, don't remember). Regardless... that is completely ridiculous that a place like this would not offer all services every day and even if there were only 2 of us we both wouldn't be able to get a facial at the same time. I am really appalled that they cannot accommodate more than one at a time during the week. The person I was speaking to then proceeded to recommend I go to a nail place down the street from there that also does facials and told me how good they are. Wow. I told her I would just get my money back from Groupon and never go there. I have always been hesitant of trying Bliss and this kind poor service from the get go solidifies my feeling. If this is how it is when trying to get in I can't imagine the actual service would be great. Very disappointing.

Absolutely love this place! Such accomodating staff. They absolutely went above and beyond to make Mother's Day special for my mother and sister. It is so relaxing and classy.

I was pretty underwhelmed by this spa. There was construction going on in the spa and I wish I would have known ahead of time. Also their speaker system was down but then came back on mid massage and was playing pop music which is odd for a spa. My massage was decent but the rest of the experience made me not want to come back. Pretty under whelming for the w hotels spa

This place has mediocre reviews and I feel though a lot is expected because this place is expensive and if you cancel in 24 hrs of the appointment, you will get charged. I got a groupon and headed that way and I can tell you that they delivered and my back and calves feel so much better. I will definitely be going back.
