I am beyond PISSED. I arrived at 12:09 pm and left at 2:34pm all for this mess. He is the short older man that did my nails. On top of that these are my natural nails and HE CUT THEM AFTER I ASKED HIM NOT TOO. My left hand is way shorter than my right hand. Then put bulging powder over them which if not the overlay service I asked for. When I told him you messed up my nails, they are uneven, and he kicked me out and told me never to come back again. Mind you I’ve been coming here for 2 years. Vee left and it has went downhill since!!! I really feel hurt because I love my natural nails. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. One star isn’t even deserved!

They are the worst nails salon in San Antonio converse they do not know what they are doing and have unlicensed workers doing people’s nails. When you tell them that you don’t like something they try to kick you out. Also they are racist to other minorities that are not white or Asian. They also ate unsanitary and disgusting the reuse stuff that should not be reused. They also use the tool on fungus infected people then turn around and use it on other people.

Never again they are so rude and every time I had a problem with my nails as in chipping, breaking etc I kept coming back to them I kept being patient with them so I kept coming back to them literally my last set I came back THREE TIMES!! So I come back for my new set and they told me they’re not doing my toes because they are TIRED to come back tomorrow then they said they’re not doing my nails anymore after I told them no I want my toes done… very unprofessional and very inpatient

Not very sanitary at all - no clean / dirty brushes and tools, just dirty/reused ones. Took an hour and 40 minutes to get a new set of acrylics and while the staff was very nice, my nails are not.

Today was my first visit to this shop. I was very impressed. My nails are BEAUTIFUL. I can't stop looking at them. I will be going back.

My girlfriend wanted to know the prices so we can get her nails done so we called, only to be hassled by a very rude guy. He was upset saying, "you always call for prices and you never come, everyday you call for pricess and never come". How do you expect to get customers to come to your establishment with that kind of rude attitude and customer service.

Took my daughter here for her sweet 16 birthday nails. She was so happy with the outcome Ken did an amazing job on her nails he is up to date with all the latest trends and styles I highly recommend him and they have reasonable prices will definitely be back

I have been to Awesome Nails several times! I have never been disappointed!! Their pedicures last 3-4 weeks!! Meticulous work. Alicia and all staff very professional and provide excellent service. Finding a place that wasn't too busy and does beautiful work is hard to find. They did exactly what she wanted. My daughter is very picky with everything so if she likes the work. I'm happy

I got acrylic nails at Awesome Nails and I couldn't be happier with the results. The technician was very skilled and took her time to make sure the nails were exactly what I wanted. The salon had a great selection of colors and designs, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for high-quality acrylic nails.

I was blown away with how perfect and fast the awesome ROCKY did my nails. I wish I could give 10 stars. Nails were 40, tipped 20. Definitely going back..UPDATE SO I WENT BACK WITH 2 PEOPLE TO GET PEDICURES AND THIS IS WHAT WE GOT FOR 75$ each.

I would never go here again. For some reason Asians always refuse black males with dreadlocks service, maybe i need a haircut. I usually never leave reviews but after a long day of work (U.S. mailman) my hands & feet could use a serious mani/pedi . Unfortunately i was treated like the most hated black man on the planet lol. She only had one customer in her salon. No greeting, no I’ll be right with you, just waited 5 mins then she said can you come tomorrow, huh?! i said i have to work all day tomorrow and she said she was closed for today, it was only 5:40 PM & the establishment closes at 7:30 PM. Then she got very quiet as Asians usually do when they do not want honestly address a situation. I said mam are you refusing the service it’s fine i just need to know that up front & she waited 30 seconds and said yes lol. All i wanted was a simple male manicure & pedicure but this is America what else is new.

This nail salon was amazing, staff was very nice and attentive. My technician Kem did an amazing job with my nails. He paid great attention to detail and made sure I liked everything thing he was doing. He also did an amazing set on my grandma for her birthday and she loved them!

100% RECOMMEND!!! SO PRETTY!!!!! The man doing my nails (please ask for Mr. Ken) was very pleasant and did a fantastic job on the shaping of the nails. The art itself was gorgeous! I got them done right before I moved across America, and it's been nearly 2 months and they still look fantastic! with all the things I've been doing lately these nails have been resilient!! I will DEFINITELY be coming back on my next visit to San Antonio.

Kathy did a wax on my eyebrows and they were perfect. Kevin did my nails and his recommendations didn't disappoint. I left with a better set of nails then I thought I was going to leave with, I will be back to see Kevin again, he went above and beyond with his quality of work which is hard to come by so I really appreciate that.

Nothing special really. My boyfriend and I had their free alcohol drinks that were the worst 😩 and undrinkable... SO water or soda is the way to go ... but the people who work there all seemed nice considering I showed up close to closing time... it's not a bad place nor is it a really great place it's just another nail place to me that I chose due to their hours being open later than others near by there...

Went today for a DELUXE mani and pedi. The lady did the bare minimum and didn’t even push my cuticles back, did way too many coats of gel polish because the application wasn’t even. Now, the mani, that was something hideous. My 6 year old could do a better job. The lady was making small talk during the service and when I asked to speak to a manager or get a discount because this isn’t worth paying full price, all of a sudden she didn’t understand English and kept pressuring me telling me to just sign the card swipe receipt. This is HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE!

one man has horrible service very rude and dismissive can’t do simple design gets upset when they have to fix it. how hard are french tips ? want to do they’re own thing and expect you to just sit there and take it. kept giving this place chances, will not return !
