On October 12th I made an appointment @2pm for my highlights and boyfriends haircut. As soon as we walked in there were a total of 3 workers, the two lazy old ladies and Raul who was attending to everyone. As soon as we walked in the 2 lazy individuals looked at each other and Lupe told my boyfriend she wouldn’t be cutting his hair because she could tell by looking at his hairstyle what type he wanted so Raul had to attend him. While Raul was doing my boyfriends hair, I asked the other lazy ass woman if she could cut my hair in layers but instead she grabbed the sizers and chopped off half of my hair *didn’t do the layers* then moved me to the other chair so I could wait for Raul to start on my hair. When Raul finally started on my hair the store got a phone call, Lupe was too busy doing her own hair that they had a customer answer it *VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.* by the time Raul was barley doing my half top of my hair the bottom was already burning and literally SIZZLING. I sat there in discomfort till he finally realized and moved me to the washing section, as we were walking the the washing all the hair dye started dripping on my skin which made it get super itchy and red. When he finally took everything off he asked me if I wanted an extra pop to my hair and I made the worst mistake by saying yes. I sat in more discomfort as the lazy lady’s were sitting down watching tv and talking about food while Raul was doing the last customers hair and had forgotten about me at that point. The lady with her daughter came back with their tacos and I was still in the chair waiting for it to be washed out. When Raul finally washed everything off, he moved me to the hair and asked me if I was still going to want my hair to be cut in layers and that it will still be extra after he BURNT my scalp and hair. I refused the service being as it was already 5pm by the time he got started drying and styling my hair. For a total of 3 hours that I was in this location and not once did I see them clean their tools after any customer. My hair is damaged and uneven. thanks to the lazy workers at this location. I think I would have been better off with box dye and cutting my own hair.

Dirty, doesn't know how to give a fade. Do not recommend. Likes to watch TV more than, he likes to pay attention to the hair cut. Totally unprofessional, doesn't clean blades, doesn't wash hands.

I’ve came here a few times now every time I come in to town and they never disappoint! I came in for layers and even left with my hair styled and curled. The lady even taught me how to curl my hair a different way now that I have layers. Thank you!

Poor customer servicr went there only once and never went back tbe guy was in such a rush for his grandkids party that he completely burned my scalp ansld hair instead of taking the the day off he wanted to make an easy 120$ with me and burn my hair scalp by hair drying it with two hair dryers and the heating cap insane guy you got some nerve Ruben plus be was rude just because i had long hair dude youre in the wrong business
