Estoy muy triste con este lugar el día de hoy me fui a realizar un retoque para mi cabello rubio y el Sr. Vicente me atendió, para empezar tuve una reacción alérgica al decolorante y mis ojos se comenzaron a hinchar, ( cabe recalcar que tengo más de 10 años decolorando mi cabello con diferentes decolorantes, de farmacia, con estilistas diferentes y jamás me avía pasado esto!), el solo me dio unas pastillas venadril y continuó aplicando el color, fue hay cuando comencé a tener un ardor con un fuerte dolor de cráneo y de inmediato le dejé saber que me dolía mucho y continuó aplicando el color y me dijo aguanta unos 15 minutos para que el color quede bien en eso el se mete a un cuarto a hablar por teléfono y me dejo alrededor de 24 min con el tinte en mi cabeza ese dolor era horrible. Pasado el tiempo viene y me lava el cabello . Cuando lo seco se dio cuenta que mi craneo estaba ampollado prácticamente quemado, y solo me puso aceite y me dice se te aliviará. Fui con una persona especialista en el cabello y me dijo que traía quemaduras de 3 nivel, que traía un trauma muy grande en el cuero cabelludo y eso me podría ocasionar que la quemadura dañara el folículo a grado que en esas áreas no vuelva a crecer más cabello.

Lo recomiendo sin dudar. Mi antigua estilista lamentablemente falleció. En axis salon afortunadamente pudieron retocar mi tinte e igualaron exactamente el color que ya traía de base. Gracias Yesenia por ser tan amable y sobretodo profesional

I went into this salon 5 minutes until close to get some products because I had stupidly gone to a non-Aveda salon for a highlight whole visiting ABQ and my hair felt like straw. Vicente took me in the back and put in a deep conditioner and pinned my hair up so I could get back to my hotel without looking crazy and Jesse helped me get some products to get my hair back in shape. I just can't thank them enough!!!💯💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟

The lady was super nice and they were welcoming. However hair styles they know is form the 80s or early 90s. If you are an older lady (40 or above) this is a good place. If you are younger please don’t go at all. Also I paid $70 for a hair cut that Doesn’t suit my age nor the time we live in. I am in my 20s and with this hair cut I look like I am in my late 30s early 40s (not even exaggerating).
