I recently visited AYA for Botox, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Kevin was absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to. He made sure to explain the process thoroughly and took the time to understand my goals, which made me feel completely at ease. The results? Perfection! Everything looks natural, and I already feel so much more confident. The location itself was clean, inviting, and relaxing, with a friendly staff that made the entire visit seamless. If you're considering Botox or any other treatment, I highly recommend booking with Kevin. He’s truly a gem, and I’ll definitely be back!

I came to AYA for the first time yesterday to see my favorite injector Kevin O’Neill 🤗 I found Kevin a few years ago at his former practice (Blue Med Spa) and I won’t see anyone else now! Kevin is an expert with Botox (and everything else) and he was the first injector to properly address the dent in my forehead and deep wrinkles that so many other injectors have failed to fix. Kevin is professional, friendly, and never makes you feel judged. I always feel comfortable selecting services with Kevin because he is there to make you feel beautiful, not upsell you unnecessary procedures.

I got a Diamond glow facial here. They have a new client offer for 100$ off the Diamond glow facial so I took advantage of the offer. I thought it was very nice and quick. The extractions performed was much less painful than my previous ones so that was nice! The machine is a bit loud the entire time but it did work well. My skin is a lot smoother after and I do think there’s nice immediate results. Overall would recommend, not sure if I would want to pay 225 though for it but good deal for new clients.

I recently visited AYA Spa in Colony Square, Atlanta, GA for injectables. I actually have been going to Blu Med Spa in midtown Atlanta for that just because of a talented young man Kevin O’Neil. I followed him in AYA Spa because he has gained my trust over the past two years I have used him for injectibles. Each time I went, I couldn't be happier with my experience! The AYA Spa staff was very friendly and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed in a beautifully serene environment. As always, Kevin was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, explaining each step of the process and ensuring I was comfortable along the way. I also appreciated the personalized tips he suggested and amount of time and attention given to me. I highly recommend Kevin O’Neil to anyone looking for a fantastic NP and even greater results. Kevin is phenomenal! He’s one of the few people I’d trust for Botox, and he customizes his solution to what works best for you. I’ve been going to him for at least a year now and several of my friends recommended him too. As much as I would love to gatekeep him, he’s honestly a great injector and I would recommend him a million times over!

Kevin is simply the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He made me feel completely at ease during my Botox appointment and delivered amazing results. This was my first Botox ever, and I was a bit nervous about the results, but Kevin put me at ease right away. He explained everything clearly, and I’m so happy with how NATURAL it looks! Came in for the Luminage Peel and I had some hesitations due to the price of it ($375) but since I was a first time customer, AYA offered me a $100 gift voucher knocking the price down! The peel was absolutely amazing for those with melanated skin who has issues with dark spots! After the peel was applied, you remove yourself in about 2 hours and my overall downtime/peeling process was about 10 days. & I had minimal peeling in the morning that a quick cleanser could get rid of. Keep in mind with the luminage peel you do receive a to-go kit that includes a cleanser, Vitamin C moisturizer, another moisturizer for daily use, sunscreen (left a white cast so I used my own) and finally a “topical cooling agent” to help with the inflammation/peeling. I wouldn’t tell a lie in this google review, but I truly did get numerous comments after the peel from coworkers and family saying how “bright” my skin looked and how my skin was clear as day. The peel truly did the job, it didn’t get rid of every dark spot but that’s when I was informed to do the luminage peel in multiple sessions for the best effect and yes it might be $375 but I really think it was worth it!

Just got the Moxi done with Nick at Colony Square and it was so great! I was a little nervous coming in for the procedure and he answered all of my questions and walked me through each of the steps. I also love the space - so pretty and clean!

I love AYA Medical Spa! I've been seeing Nick for laser hair removal for over a year now and he always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments, and I'm always surprised how quick and easy the process is! Nick is very smart and explains what he's doing throughout each step, and gives advice to keep the skin healthy after each laser session. I've recommended him and AYA to several friends and coworkers since I've started.
