I turn 40 this year and I’m to age gracefully (and to be honest, minimally, ha!) which lead to me to get a Moxi with Jade. I was very nervous but her demeanor was incredibly calming and she talked me through the entire thing. It was spicy but absolutely doable and made all the better by Jade’s extensive knowledge. Thank you, Aya and Jade!!

I have been going to AYA for several months now for laser hair removal and have had such a great experience! Holly is literally the BEST! She makes me feel so comfortable, is very knowledgeable on all things laser, and super nice! The front desk staff is also always great! The place is always clean. Couldn't recommend it more! You won't be disappointed!!

This is my preferred location! Met with great energy, a beautiful smile and friendliness by the lady tending the front desk (I believe named Ajolla). This never goes unnoticed when im buying into luxury services so... thank you!!! After explaining my problem areas to Alorna, she made an educated decision to place with with Holly WHO WAS AMAZING! Even with the minor pain I endured during extractions Holly was so accommodating and did everything to make me feel comfortable. I left with tight, clean, moisturized skin and a goodie bag! Honestly, I hope to see these same ladies when im back. They are a powerful trio and makes spending the money well worth it! Highly recommended.

AYA at the Works is fantastic. Holly has taken care of my age spots, wrinkles and skin care with BBL, Moxi and DiamondGlow treatments. She does a great job and customizes the treatments for your skin challenges. The location is easy to get to and the first two hours of parking are free. 5 stars!

AYA at the works is amazing!! I’ve been here a few times now to get Botox with Jessica! She is the absolute best! She’s so nice and is so knowledgeable! I asked a million questions the first time I came and she was great at making me feel comfortable about getting Botox. Highly suggest coming here and seeing her!

When I tell y’all I loveee the staff at Aya at the works I love them so much. They are always friendly when I come to my appointment staff is EXTREAMLY professional and always educating me on the best products to use for my skin type. I usually see Holly for all my facial needs! She has really gotten my skin together and I suffer from acne and it really has changed so much since I’ve been coming here. I have also been considering getting Botox next but just building up courage to not be afraid of the needle lol but Alorna is hands down the best here! I Have seen her work and she is amazing. Got a diamond glow facial and BBL with Holly who is amazing! The location is so convenient for me, just right off of 75. It’s inside the Works so it was a little confusing my first time but if you just go inside the entrance where it says Stellar Bodies you’ll see it as soon as you’re inside. The ladies at the front are super nice and the overall service is top notch! Highly recommend, will definitely be back.

Highly recommend! I've had a wonderful experience ever since the first call. I've never had anything cosmetic done, so was nervous at the beginning. I had my consultation with Nick, who was so patient with all my questions and made recommendations based on my skin type and concerns...microneedling and BBL for my acne scars and discoloration. Down time has only been a couple of days of sunburn-like skin and they offer products to help with the healing. I'm only halfway through my sessions but can already tell a huge difference. AND I was able to get most of my sessions during their fall discount week which saved me a ton of money (and I got a goodie bag with free full-size products and samples). Everyone at the practice is so helpful and knowledgeable, but Nick gets my highest recommendation for his expertise, patience, and overall amazing energy.

I booked an appointment with class pass for this location but I couldn’t find it so at 15 mins I called to get better directions and I was told my appointment was cancelled after 15 mins which is fine since I couldn’t find it and there aren’t any instructions to go inside The Works plaza to find them. This is a new facility so it’s a bit complicated. My issue is there may be a discrepancy with their schedule because I asked the receptionist could I just book for a later time today but she stated that they were booked all day but class pass says they have other availability today for me to book. So I was just going to book another time but I just declined since the receptionist told me I couldn’t even though there are available times on class pass. Actually wanted to try them out but decided not to due to conflicting scheduling.

I don’t know what it is about this location but I’ve tried to schedule a facial three times and all three times my appointments have been cancelled. I would rather drive the 30 min to the buckhead location, they have the nicest staff and service there is much better there. It’s a shame since I live right next to the works and I’ve generally have only had good experiences with the Aya at Phipps.

This is a beautiful new location on the Westside. Conveniently located at The Works. Easy arrival with 2 hrs of free parking. The staff is always so helpful and explanatory about services, products, and promotions.
