I went and bought 3 $100 services. I was told I could save them until I wanted to use them, and now that I tried to the lady said that it’s no longer available! This is robbery, I always look at the agreements and the terms. But I was scammed. This is not okay I lost my money and it was just wrong. This business is greedy and not worth buying. I WOULD ADVICE YOU SPEND YOYR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Someone that doesn’t scam with not telling you anything about how they just “expire vouchers ”. The work isn’t Good and the customer service is even worse. DONT RISK IT.

Aztec Tan & Spa in San Diego is a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I felt instantly relaxed. The staff specifically Greta and Anahi were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail is perfect. I have had a couple of services, and it was the results I expected. The service professionals knew exactly how to address the issues, and I felt so comfortable afterward. The practitioners took the time to explain each step, tailored everything to my needs, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The atmosphere is clean and serene, adding to the overall calming vibe. Plus, their prices are reasonable for the quality of service you receive. Highly recommend Aztec Tan & Spa specifically Greta and Anahi if you’re looking for a little slice of self-care in San Diego!

My mother introduced this spa to me. She’s had many good things to say about it. I decided to come and check it out because I love her results now I love my results, I am 40 years old and have noticed my chin looked like a turkey neck. I was very self conscious about it. I’ve since received 4 double chin treatments, my chin looks thinner and I look younger. I also purchased the body sculpting since I am now seeing back fat and bra back fat. My results are stunning. I feel more confident wearing my tighter fitted dresses when I go out. I receive many compliments on my body figure as well. Thank you so much Aztec tan and spa. I will continue with your services as long as I live.

This beauty service is awesome, Greta helped me so much, she took her time to show me what areas I can improve on. I have done multiple sessions of bbl and my results are fanatic even though I still have 4 more sessions to go. I highly recommend this spa. I've been seeing Rebecca for almost a year now. Her fair pricing has ensured I can come for micro needling on a more regular basis. I like the location as it's a pretty easy on and off situation. The ambiance is soothing, spacious, organized and clean. Rebecca uses the best numbing cream I've ever used and have not felt any pain during my procedures. I've received better results at Aztec Tan and Spa due to Rebecca's ability to listen and trust what I want. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate my scheduling needs and the staff there is so nice!

I love the customer service at Aztec Spa. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Greta, Vanessa. I have been coming for years for different treatments and always happy with the results. Such a great experience I just had with Aztec Tan and Spa. I'd like to mention specially about the service that Greta provided. I end up getting a plan that she customized for my body type. I got great discounts for the packages they offer. Variety of very cool procedures that show good results. I did one session of bbl but I like other procedures. My body does not need BBL..I just wanted to try lifting it more...anyway..I truly recomend them. Thank you Greta, you are very knowledgeable and not gready. Till later. I will write more later afterwards the procedures.

Update: as of today June 12,2024. They finally, after 2 yrs, reached out via this post to discuss the review. Only to provide me with an email that does not work. 😡 my guess, they only want it to seem like they tried for, you the public, to see. Still unprofessional and not true to what they say. They take your money and mislead you with the word “guarantee”. I came in for the freeze fat treatments. I had put on some weight during the pandemic shutdown and starting menopause. When I came to try it out I was treated by the female owner, friendly and a fast talker, a sales person. She was trying to all me into more treatments before I even had the first one I wanted to try it out. While getting my first treatment she kept telling me everything was “guaranteed”, unlike other businesses that offer the same treatments. Then she proceeded to sell me on a “special price” for more treatments, but I had to purchase them before I left. Understand I was hesitant because I had not seen any results, or side effects, yet from this first appointment. But I fell for it, it was “guaranteed” after all. When I came in for my next treatment I heard the girl at the front desk quoting the same price to a person on the phone but let it go figuring if it worked it would be worth the lie and not make waves. I had purchased several treatments and they were not cheap. On my next appointments they kept having excuses why nothing was working, along with that you don’t usually see results for at least 3 months, but they also kept trying to get me to purchase more and different treatment saying I needed this and that. Finally I finished my purchased ones and waited, while yes working out at home. Still no Weightloss….at all! So I contacted them several months later about this and have heard nothing. So much for this “guarantee” they kept pushing. Don’t fall for it like i did. Don’t waste your money 🤬

My second tan session in standup bed and my experience has been wonderful. The girls are great and very knowledgeable about their products. Highly recommended this place for a great tanning experience.
