I made an appointment here. After 45 minutes I still wasn't seen by the doctor. I've not experienced this type of thing at other med spas in the area. They called after noticing I'd walked out to apologize for the wait. Still, not somewhere I'd give my business.

He is extremely intelligent, innovative and highly skilled. It’s obvious how much he loves what he does through his attention to detail while seeing the big picture and beyond to possibilities that all focus on his patient’s outcomes. He is an excellent communicator because he listens to hear and speaks to explain.

I recently visited Azul and was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful office space and great first experience. They're not like some of these other medical spas around. Professional, knowledgeable and very friendly staff making you feel welcome and comfortable. I would give them 6 stars if I could! I will definitely be returning soon. My face loves Azul Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa! I visited Azul a month ago and I am so happy with my results! I have gotten so many comments from friends and family about how much younger I look and how glowing my skin is. My confidence has never been better. The new office is beautiful and welcoming. I was greeted by Blerta and right away I felt at home and comfortable. Nyssa guided me through the process of determining treatment areas and identifying the best solutions for me. She explained the procedure in detail beforehand and during the process, always checking that I was doing alright, which I was because Nyssa has the gentlest way of doing injections, her technique had me at ease the entire time. Nyssa did Xeomin on my forehead, around my eyes, and jawline, and used Juvederm + Restylane on my cheeks, chin and jawline. I had a long-term scar on my upper lip and with lip injections she made that ugly scar disappear, I was in tears with delight. During my visit with Nyssa we also discussed weight loss options, she made me feel heard and comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and thorough with her explanation of all the types of injections for weight loss. She personalized a plan for me that includes Tirzepatide and lifestyle enhancements, which we discuss weekly and adjust as needed. I have had amazing weight loss results and feel better than ever! Nyssa uses her extensive medical knowledge to create amazing results in her practice. I highly recommend her for all your beauty and weight loss needs! Thank you Azul, for a wonderful experience. They also carry the best products, after a month of use, I am seeing some great results.

This was my first time at Azul and to tell you I fell in love is not an understatement. First, the front ladies are so sweet. Second the office is relaxing and so clean. Third, and most importantly, Nyssa. She is a GEM and Azul is so lucky to have her. The customer service, the personality, the skills… it’s all *chefs kiss*. I had PRF undereye done annd she is so intricate with her detailing as well as knowledgeable. I 100% trust her with my face (I do not say that lightly lol) she was EXCEPTIONAL! I will def be back 💗

My experience with Nyssa was amazing, she was so professional, informative, and very understanding of my fear.
