Called to inquire more information about the fluids that they give and the kind receptionist wasn’t able to answer my questions. I then asked to speak with the nurse on duty and I mentioned I didn’t mind being put on hold in the event that she was busy. The nurse then told the receptionist to tell me that, “she is too busy to answer.” I understand live patients come first and that’s why I expressed I didn’t mind being put on hold BUT even after that I was denied a simple 15s request of 2 quick questions I had. I am very disgruntled at how unprofessional this nurse was. Seems like the nurses there are only there for the title and not for helping our community. How sad.

Very poor experience for laser hair removal at Azul Medspa. My husband and I went through almost 12 sessions (per area) over the course of a year and it is almost like we did nothing at all. They promised to return our money back for a package we purchased and never used (over $1,200) and never ended up doing that claiming “the manager” ended up saying no. We were never able to reach that “manager”. Absolute rip off. Would not recommend.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Azul Medspa for years, but unfortunately, my experience has gone downhill. The prices have continuously gone up, and the customer service used to be great, but lately, it’s been disappointing – responses are slow, and they don’t seem as attentive or welcoming. On top of that, they charge a fee for last-minute cancellations or no-shows, which is understandable to a point, but even if you try to reschedule, they’ll push your appointment back between 30-40 days! That’s just not reasonable when you’re trying to maintain a routine or address a time-sensitive issue. Definitely won't be going back.

The service itself was wonderful; appointment punctuality, reminders, and staff were courteous. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was for the product provided since it didn't work for me. Tried 3 sessions of the VI Peel targeted for hyperpigmentation and I didn't see much results at all and I did follow all post care instructions. Paid $750 total.

The customer service is excellent, but Saturdays are consistently busy. It's unclear whether they might be overbooking or if customers are arriving late. The spa is quite diligent about reminding you of your appointment, typically calling about four times. Unfortunately, on two occasions, I experienced wait times of over 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment.

Got Botox here and left with more wrinkles than the one single wrinkle I was trying to work on. I don't know how that's possible but I paid hundreds of dollars just to look angry. I do not know how they have 4.7 stars on google and 3 on Yelp. Do not come here RUN elsewhere and pay someone that actually knows what they're doing. The disrespectful staff is really just the cherry on top.

I’ve been to this location twice. The last time was a few weeks ago, and I was very disappointed with the desk person. Full disclosure, part of this was my fault. I had forgotten my wallet and needed to use google pay. It took me a minute because I had a specific card I wanted to use (for points).during this minute, the two desk associates are talking and he’s saying things like “he’s trying to get a card to work.” Not the case, and implied I was struggling to pay. That in itself was pretty rude. The desk person did not know how to use the google pay setting on their POS, so he suggested I sign up for their 3rd party financing with “$0 fees and no hard credit check” and then I could use the card I wanted to use to pay the balance when I got home. Sounded easy enough, so I quickly signed up and was approved. As we went to process he says “your bill is $420 but our minimum is $500 so we will have to bill you the $500 and we’ll just keep a credit for you.” None of that was mentioned before we went this route. I said “absolutely not, I’m not accepting a charge larger than my balance.” He knew my balance before he suggested that service and still did without mentioning they’d be taking more than they were owed. It doesn’t matter to me if that’s a policy; it wasn’t disclosed. I used Apple Pay, paid my balance and left. I doubt I’ll go back.

Very pleased with the young ladies at the spa. Nurse Leslie took care of me on my consultation. I was initially booked for a free consultation but she guided me through my treatment journey with Botox and a bit of filler. She was very knowledgeable and she is the nurse that will take care of me through my treatment journey.

El tratamiento estuvo bien. El lugar el clima parecía un congelador, salí de ahí y a las dos horas me puse gravemente enferma me pegó un golpe de calor saliendo de un congelador. Deberían de controlar la temperatura para el cliente esta super Frío! No volveré a ir solo por que no me sentí cómoda.

I feel very discouraged from coming here. I had gotten a lip disolver treatment and was told by nurse I could come back to finish the treatment because she didn’t want to do it all once. My treatment was not completed!! The front office had even called me to make my appointment to get them disolved and told me I had till April 20th to finish what I had left. When I come to my appointment they told me that they had to charge me another $175 because the other nurse messed up with the information they gave me. If that was the case I would’ve used the full amount when I did it the first time. It’s not the patients fault that your nurse messed up. Extremely unprofessional, what kind of customer service is that. ( the girl that gave me the news was very nice though) Update per their response- as I mentioned, that was never explained to me, and I would’ve told her to finish the product instead of telling me to come back later! So the mistake was with your nurse, you guys should be the ones to fix it. Waste of money :)

I got my first ever lip fillers here by Leslie and it was such a good experience! 2/10 pain with the numbing cream. Love the results and loved the atmosphere of the office, will definitely be back!

I had my lips done, omg I love them! I had an NP (CRYSTAL) who did an amazing job! I was scared of the pain with this procedure, but Crystal numbed me up well; there was minimal pain! I'm planning to use more of their services for sure!! I also want to thank the front, and the back office, they are wonderful!!

I received laser hair removal services from Jana. She explained the procedures and answered all my concerning inquiries. She really helped put my mind at ease. At every session, her work space was always clean and presentable. She took time to communicate each step of my session. I highly recommend Jana.

Excellent place to get laser hair removal. I can’t speak to their other services, but I wouldn’t hesitate to branch out and try other offerings based on the great experience I’ve had with the laser removal. So far, I’ve only had 4 sessions in various body areas, and I have had amazing results.

Great experience with getting lip fillers! Staff was amazing and friendly. One thing that stuck out was I didn’t get called in till almost 20 minutes after my appointment time but other than that it was an amazing and professional place. I will definitely be back.

I like their service but you guys need to relax with the calls and texts. There is no reason why I should get multiple calls, voicemails, and texts!! Especially if I already confirmed. I haven’t canceled, I haven’t been late to any appointments there’s no reason to be getting multiple texts and voicemails.

Traveled here from New Mexico they took me back numbed me, just to tell me they can't inject my lips! They wanted to dissolve them and for me to start over!!!

Paid 500 for acne scar removal. They told me 3 treatments is recommended. I decided to do one treatment and my face has not changed in the slightest. Even got a little bit worse because it brought my dark spots back.

The staff was very friendly and answered every question about the sculpting. I was a bit nervous, but the staff made sure to make me feel welcome. I was told what to expect during and after treatment, as well as when to come back for round two. Also, having availability on Saturdays is what made me select Azul Medspa! Can't wait for round 2!
