I’ve been getting my Botox and filler with nurse Kalie. Not only is she very thorough but she also helps me with my fear of needles. Kalie has the most gentle hand and is very patient with me. Even though I have a fear of needles, I always come out laughing and leaving the office so relieved. When I first started getting fillers, I was scared to look unnatural. Kalie has kept me feeling youthful, rejuvenated and a better version of myself. Highly recommend.

Before starting, to be very clear the staff is wonderful. Very kind, very professional. Absolutely love them. As far as actual services though I'm super disappointed. I've had cherry angiomas (the little red freckles) lasered off in the past elsewhere and the laser has always been super small, super painless and immediately effective. The angioma turns grey and falls off in a week or two. I went to this location to have a few lasered off including a large one by my eye. The doctor recommended using the big laser (the one for tattoo removal) and I thought ok, it's a big angioma that makes sense even if it's a different laser than what I've had before. The tech also expressed how unusual that was. So they used the laser on 3 on my face which was legitimately one of the most painful experiences of my life and of course left second degree burns on my face which is to be expected. Well the burns have healed and the scabs have fallen off to reveal the same angiomas right where they were. I now have burn scars AND angiomas and paid $400 for the privilege. I'm sure there are services they're amazing at but I felt like for this one no one really knew what they were doing and I paid the price.

Please do not get a Miradry treatment here if you’re someone like me who has been dealing with hyperhidrosis since you were 12 years old and you pay $1200 for a treatment and it doesn’t even prevent 10% of sweating when they tell you a completely different Percentage , struggled with sweating since I was a preteen and I finally got a treatment. It only worked for about a month and I slowly started seeing sweating which I expected but it’s about 3 years after I got my treatment. And I am literally sweating close to the same that I was before they put me on the second highest level for the treatment, and when I went back to tell them that it wasn’t working about two years ago and they responded by saying we’re sorry the only thing we can do is give you another treatment for $1200 which is insane because they said my sweating wasn’t that bad after the sweat test and I probably wouldn’t need another treatment but I definitely wouldn’t recommend for my fellow sweaty people.

I am faaaar from being a Karen, but the east location is way better than the west location -- and I am a westsider myself. I went in to inquire about CoolSculpting at the west location and the service and pricing was very shady (Mari or Mary is the one that helped me. Horrible service by her...like she was trying to hurry me out the door and totally full of herself. Nothing personal against her, but she just needs some customer service training). I went to the east location and the service was way better. I went ahead and did the procedure at the east location and happily gave them my money.

I recently had a great experience with nurse injector Kaile, I went in to get lip filler, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in Kaile created a comfortable environment for me!! Her professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the whole process, She has a great hand, I felt confident under her care as she kept reassuring me!! what stood out for me the most is Kaile’s ability to make the whole experience so fun and quick for me. I have done work with her a couple times now and beyond her professionalism, she has a genuine concern for her clients and is committed to delivering exceptional results. I recommend her to anyone who is doing lip, filler, or any aesthetic treatments!!! I look forward to coming back.

I have gone several times to have lip filler and my nurse injector Summer is knowledgeable and very personable. She made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Walked in to get lip fillers instead they decided it was best to start over since I wasn't happy with my first ever set of fillers BEST DECISION EVER hurt like hell but way worth it went in 2 weeks later my lips were ready to get the proper treatment and now I'm OBSESSED summer did an AMAZING 💕 job had the procedures and feel in love highly recommend. She's patient listens and is so gentle. Well be returning soon for more work. Thank y'all for making me feel beautiful and sexy❤️ all over again.. Before and after.

Went here for laser spider vein removal. No results. I just had sclerotherapy for spider vein removal. The medical doctor who performed this procedure said lasers do not remove spider veins. He is shocked that these med spas provide false advertising with using lasers on spider veins!
