I started getting my hair done with Bethania at the end of last year and I am so impressed with the quality and pricing of her work. Having lived in the 336 area for over 10 years I have tried many salons and stylists and have yet to find someone like her! She truly cares about the health and goals you have for your hair and puts in the effort to show that. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to have an authentic salon experience.

I made an appointment to get my hair straightened and get a hair cut for a school event I’m attending soon, my appointment was made for 8:00 am so I woke up nice and early! I got a text at 7:17 telling me to come at 8:30 and I was happy to oblige, I arrived at 8:12 and the door was locked! I figured that was okay and maybe she wouldn’t open it until 8:30, so I waited and waited and waited but she never opened it, I even texted multiple times asking if I was in the right place! At about 8:45 another woman came for her appointment at 9:00 and we stood together until 9:10 when she left, so I continued my wait alone on the side of the busy street…outside a building I couldn’t get in! I was outside till 9:30 when I decided enough was enough and left. I have never been so disappointed and disrespected! I will not be booking again and I cannot recommend this to anyone!

At last! I found what I was looking for! Great service. Make sure you make your appointments to get your Dominican style no walking accepted. Update: still the best place, Betania is a professional hairdresser !

I have been going to Bethania for a little over 2 years and I love the way she does my hair. She is great with coloring and managing my hair. Bethania is very detailed and explains the products she uses in maintaining healthy hair. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been to this salon multiple times (around 4) and have had an amazing experience every time. The prices are low especially for the amazing results. I have gotten blowouts, olaplex treatments, deep conditioning, and my hair dyed. I have type 3B hair and have not experienced any damage if anything my hair has been healthier since I’ve started coming here 10/10 would recommend.

Came for a trim and protein hair treatment, 2nd visit since my last hair appt, late last year Love my 1st experience with Bethania so decided to come back before I headed to tropical Singapore to surprise my family with my 1st pregnancy Made an appointment for 2:15pm and man was she swamped when I got there in time. Thought my appointment would be honored and was willing to wait thinking she was about to finish up in 10-15mins? Wrong! When I first got there, her assistant who barely spoke English, just motioned for me to get my hair washed (which I assumed was what Beth told her to do as part of my package) ** I actually washed my hair previous night but wasn’t asked so thought it was part of the package ** Was put on protein treatment and had heat rollers to dry hair. That felt like forever so I had to Google translate saying I was pregnant and I felt uncomfortable so please stop machine. When it was all done, was seated nearer to Beth and I thought finally my turn to get hair trimmed—wrong, again! Girl she was working on was having her fro straightened/blown out and when she was done, suddenly asked to have her hair cut in layers too which Beth sadly obliged. Still thinking I was about to be next up for trim, another lady was seated and though Beth requested if she could do my hair first, that lady declined(probably waited too long herself!) I waited till 4:50pm till I had enough. I had elsewhere to be and had things to get done. I went up to counter to pay for services rendered after spending close to 2hr 45min What was the point in setting up an appointment then? Update : My hair texture looks and feels bad after this so called Protein treatment. My husband was shocked at the total cost ($45: 20 for pre wash & 25 for treatment) and MAINLY the result and frankly so was I that I actually cried in the car!! Very disappointed this time

Highly disappointed A Salon is no place for a child to hang out at all day everyday. For the second time I had water splashed on my face,tl the back of my shirt got soaking wet. Nobody ever asked me if I was okay? I had no way of communicating to let anybody know that my head was on fire while sitting under a dryer. Now I have way too must Red in my dark blonde hair!!!

I have been visiting Bethania almost 3 years . She saved my awfully grown hair with better cut . I have been getting keratin treatments in regular basis . My hair never Been so long& healthy . I receive so many compliments. I am Turkish most salons don’t know how to do textured , thick ethnic hair . I don’t have super curly hair however my hair is extremely thick . She does great when it comes to ethnic hair . Also I got sick once and she rescheduled without hesitation and told me get better . She is so thoughtful . I hope to never leave her as long as I live in Greensboro

I love how Beth does my hair. She is knowledgeable when it comes to making your hair healthy and uses good products. But when you come you definitely have to expect to wait even with an appointment. So you definitely don’t want to have somewhere important to be that day. She is the only main stylist. To another review that said “children shouldn’t be in a salon” you have to remember cultural differences. This is normal in Hispanic culture. So just get ya hair done and relax. Shop on Amazon or Temu while you wait.

Today was my first visit to B Beautiful Dominican Salon. The woman who washed and rolled my hair (sorry, I didn’t get her name) did a great job. Bethania did a great job of blow/flat iron/trim with my hair. I love the fact that she is an appointment only salon and has prices that are the same as the crowded walk in salons. The shop is very clean and quality hair products are used. These ladies were sweet and professional. I am definitely going to become a regular.

I love this salon! It was me and my daughter's first time there and Bethania, the owner and her assistant were so professional and so nice! My hair was knotted and tangled up really bad. I also had some serious breakage. I was worried I would have to get a really short hair cut but because of the care and knowledge from these ladies I walked out of there feeling like a new person! My hair was washed combed and straightened! so silky and healthy thank you ladies!!!

Not even the type to do this but I went here the other day, had an appointment set for 10:30. Got in , everything was smooth but I think they may have had too many clients booked that day? Because i had to wait about 20 minutes for another client just for them to blow dry HALF of my hair afterwards and AGAIN have me wait for them to finish somebody. They asked me if I had to be somewhere I said I did at 2 o clock.They were not finished until 2:30!! I missed my class that day but you know what that’s not even the main reason I’m mad. I am a very compassionate person and I understand things happen. My problem is that they didn’t even attempt to compensate me not even a little bit, just kept apologizing. I feel like I could’ve gotten just a little bit of a discount, the website said I would be done around 12:30 and I wasn’t done until two hours after. My hair looks great though!! Lol I’ll let you guys have that one but I was very dissatisfied in the way you guys handled the situation, but I’m to sweet of a person to have said something on that moment. I won’t be back but I hope you guys continue doing great hair, my hair was amazing! Thank you! To reply to the salon: I appreciate your 50% offer but I did indeed have an appointment lol maybe you got your clients confused but my appointment was for 1030 and that’s the time I showed up. If I was a walk in,I wouldn’t have even complained :) thank you.

I went to this hair salon last Wednesday for a Keratin treatment. My hair is usually very frizzy and curly, but now it has become so soft and smooth thanks to Betania and her assistant. This has had a great impact on my life. ¡Muchas gracias!
