I am unsure if the therapist who massaged me today is licensed and experienced. It was not worth it. This was my first and last visit to this place.

Was supposed to be deep tissue, however it was far from that. The lady did not really know what she was doing. She kept banging my muscles rather than massaging. She then had the cheek to ask for a tip! I also asked for another towel as was cold, and she point blank refused. Not what you expect when being pampered
