Does it sound weird to call a salon a safe space? Maybe so, but that’s what everyone at Bhive provides to their clients. Truly welcoming to all walks of life, styles, and needs. I love that my teenager can sit with Briana and talk about their ideas and her lifestyle, and create a plan together. We both walk out feeling heard and confident. Bhive is WELL WORTH the drive to Deep Creek. If they ever relocate, we’ll be following. If there was any downside it would be that I always spend extra money on fun stickers and gifts. 😉

I can't say enough about the people here!!!! Such care, such support, and love on our first visit. They went above and beyond, amazing communication and just a fantastic vibe with the whole team. Yall are heroes and amazing in your craft, hope to see you again soon!!!!

I came in for a deep wash and couple of hours of loc maintenance. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome! The energy of the salon is laid back and you feel comfortable among the decor and lovely personalities working there. I'll be back in a couple of days and look forward to it! I definitely found my place where I can maintain having the hair I love so much! Thank you Marianne for being so sweet and thorough!

B Hive Salon Specializes in unconventional loctation, as well as maintenance, difficult hair, red light therapy, and so much more. It’s definitely hidden but that is okay for us locals. I’ve been going to for many years on and off. It’s always a wonderful experience. There is an absolute warm, relaxed, and ambient feeling in the atmosphere when you walk in. Everyone was extremely nice. Brianna did a great job on my hair. She's easy to talk to and knew how to bring back my curls. I'll definitely go back again. I'm glad to have found out about this place.

Excellent service. Everyone is friendly. Wait time is hardly any time at all. I had a bad experience somewhere else. Here my daughter and I were treated like we've been going there all our lives. Best outcome we've ever had with our hair. Will never go anywhere else.

Marianne was down right PHENOMENAL!!! I am so grateful to have her cut my hair and style it EXACTLY how I wanted it and MORE. She has an expert eye and gave me micro bangs that I thought I could never ever pull off in a million years. She cut down the bulkier parts of my hair (my hair is short; it almost touched my shoulders) in the back which is really going to help me with maintenance, since my hair is somewhat curly but very prone to frizziness. She knows how to talk to people and has a very good sense of humor as well. I did give short notice and asked if I could come in that same day (which I know they don’t do all the time, most salons rarely accept same day walk-in) but Marianne was a sweetheart and went out of her way to take me in. Thank you so very much for giving a pleasant welcome. I will definitely be coming back as a regular. 🙏🏽💕🐝💕🙏🏽

You feel like you are receiving hugs when you walk in. Very inviting, I love the trees and the bees and the stylist are very attentive and knowledgeable. Marianne listened and did exactly what I was hoping for to my hair. A very lovely hidden gem with crystals and other cool things to buy. Go check them out!

All of the ladies here are excellent at what they do! The crystal selection is nice & the only one I’ve found in the area. I enjoy the atmosphere there & feel so comfortable & welcome when I walk-in. When I leave my locs always look amazing! My daughter gets her haircut there too. The only ones I trust!

Briana is hands down the best stylist I've ever had. I've lived on both coasts and centrally as well, and no one compares. Over the ten years I've been with her, she has taken me from platinum to dark dark auburn and back again. Rarely do you meet a stylist who consistently meets your expectations time and time again. The shop is cozy and diverse and it is always such a treat to stop in.

I cannot say enough good things about this salon and Marianne. I'm usually rushing in from work, overwhelmed, looking like a mess but every experience I have had has been great. Every time I leave feeling refreshed, excited about my haircut, and looking and feeling so much better.

Nice friendly inviting lil shop. Haven't been since new Management took it over. But I absolutely love the vibe of this place. And staff. Best place to tan! 30 day membership and I'm extemely satisfied with the overall experience.

The B Hive Salon is literally the Bees knees, it’s small family oriented and the ladies are the best. I followed my stylist Corvette aka Vette the Bet and Denise aka D-Nice (those are my names for them) from a not so friendly Salon. I’m always made to feel welcome, everyone knows me and my brood by name. I love that when you are in the ladies chair the focus is on you they’re not doing your hair and 5 other peoples. Now that’s not to say that overlap doesn’t happen cause you know LIFE and hair emergencies happen, but they do their level best not to inconvenience anyone and not have you waiting long. When I’m not getting my hair fried, died and laid to the side (that’s a cut, color, wash, and weave install) I’m in and out in less than 90 minutes. When I’m getting the works the focus is on my head and if the other stylist can they’ll help my stylist out by checking on me or rinsing out my hair if my stylist is on a bathroom break. Overall this salon is the best and where ever my ladies go my hair goes and me and my brood will be fly thanks to them keeping us cute and well quaffed.

Totally worth the drive from out of state! All of the staff are really cool people, very welcoming & friendly also. Marianne always does such a killer job, thank you so much! The little shop area at the front of the store has a bunch of unique heady trinkets also that is fun to check out. Highly recommend to anyone in need of some Dreadication TLC time.

I reached out to the owner and she set me up with Corvette. Corvette was very accommodating to my schedule. She was super chill and easy to chat with. She suggested healthy products for my hair and gave me tips on how to maintain the upkeep on my dreads. Honestly. I've never had a better experience at a Salon. And the decor is 🔥. All kinds of energy boosting accessories. Definitely my tribe🤘

Marianne did an excellent job cutting my girls’ hair. They both have thick adult like hair, she did sn excellent job with the cuts and really listened to what they wanted and made great suggestions for their hair type. Will definitely be back!

They in a matter of a few hours helped transform my preteen daughters confidence and overwhelming feelings of helplessness towards her hair, she left the salon that day with a beautiful haircut and style as well as so much information on taking care of her curls,as well as the option to call for curl support until her next appointment, she has received countless compliments on her hair ..
