My husband surprised me with a Groupon couple messages for this location. We both called to make sure they had a spot for us to book. The receptionist doesn’t know what she doing, she changed our booking 4 times with lames excuses under 24 hours of speaking with her. This isn’t a trusted place to go if they can’t give you the service you pay for . The receptionist is unprofessional. DONT COME IN!!

I went with my husband for a couple’s massage and it was the best experience we’ve ever had. Both of us left there very relaxed. I highly recommend them.

I booked a 60 minute couples massage for my husband and I and normally when you book the receptionist if you prefer male or female therapist. Well when we got there the young lady tells us they only have a man and a woman. I said to her, "why didn't you mention that when I booked"? She said "we never disclose that information" I said but if I booked a COUPLES massage, why not mention that"? She proceeded to say "most people will tell you what they prefer " I told her "listen, we've gotten several massages and every time we booked we were asked what did we prefer" anyway we got the massage but my husband took the male but only let him massage his back and shoulders. The female was HORRIBLE! They both walked in the room speaking Spanish and I said no, English we don't understand Spanish. She had no clue what she was doing! Worst massage EVER! My husband was ok with his back massage. I would not be going back and I DON'T recommend anyone go!

Excellent customer service and massage therapists. My fiance and I got a couple massage, it was really good. You can tell the difference before and after. One of the massage therapists assigned to us couldn't come, and they quickly found a replacement, so we didn't have to reschedule. I highly recommend this spa 👌

Gifted a massage and body scrub by my daughter and truly enjoyed my visit at Bwell Spa. I had an amazing massage by Yanetsy, she has magic hands. I was treated with so much care from the moment I walked into the Spa. Maroly, at Reception was so so sweet when I arrived and made me feel so welcomed. Definitely will visit again. I just had the most amazing experience with a couples massage here with Yanetzi and Mario. They are very professional and make you feel extremely comfortable. You can tell they are very skilled and I would highly recommend this to anyone!! I did the 60 minute massage with hot stones (which are amazing and a must try) but I will definitely be back for the 90 minute one next time. This place is amazing !!

I just spoke with a lady on the phone made me not want to book here. When I spoke with her, I asked her about fulfilling the full time booked for my massage, as the reviews I seen here do not indicate that that is so. She became defensive & said there are no such reviews. I told her it was, that's why I asked, but I asked her to just let me know if my 60 minutes will be met. She ignored that & focused on the reviews that she said I was not telling the truth about. She said she is on Google now & doesn't see the reviews. I told her to click "Lowest". I have no reason to lie, just answer the question. She said well if it was two years ago then we have different owners from then. She continued to try to go back & forth with me about reviews instead of my reservation inquiry. I told her Nevermind on booking. Extremely unprofessional. First she said I lied about the reviews, then said the reviews are old from previous owners. Do not expect professionalism here

The disappointment is big. In good faith my husband gave them full payment plus tip up- front since before Christmas for treatments. I’ve yet to be given an appointment to receive treatment. The person who does the treatment has so many excuses for being out, I got the whole run around as to why they couldn’t find their own employee. Too complicated for trying to b well.

They stayed open late to get my hubby and I in for a couples massage on his bday before we left Miami at last minute. We had two amazing therapists with different techniques that were happy to trade back and forth so we could both experience their amazingness! Facility was extremely clean & relaxing. Everyone was very kind & they were very professional and aware of what questions to ask to make sure we benefited from our massages as much as possible! We will be back!

Excellent service and treatment variations! Staff is super personable and attentive. Spa very clean and pleasing. I have gone several times already for massages, RF therapy, facial and paraffin services. My skin is a bit sensitive and they worked with me to try to find the right treatments. I was in shock with how awesome the RF therapy left my core, back and legs. Hands down one of the best body massages and I have gotten plenty from other specialists in other places. I will continue to support this lovely establishment for their services, attention to detail, professionalism and staff.

First time doing a 90-min couples message and wow It was great! The staff is very professional and know what they are doing. The music was relaxing, they were very accommodating throughout the process checking in if I was doing fine, If anything hurt. Totally happy with the service!

We purchased a groupon for a couples 90 min massage and it was such a great experience. The place is clean, the front receptionist Adis was so welcoming, professional and nice. She really made an impression offering us hot tea and chocolate. The appointment before us started late so we could not start on time. She was very sorry and even offered us an additional free upgrade of hot stones which we both enjoyed more then we thought. Our time was not cut at all because of the tardiness from the previous appointment. Mario did an excellent job he really worked on the areas I requested. He definitely knew what he was doing and I felt relieve from the knots I had. The only thing was the sheets were a bit thin and I felt cold towards the end but I get cold easily. My husband didn't feel cold at all so it could just be me. Overall it was great and we will definitely be back.
