Made a last minute appointment with Kendra and she accommodated me when I made a mistake with the appointment length I needed. I'm so glad she was my stylist today. She was friendly, fast( but not in a rushed way, it just felt like she knew what she was doing) and did exactly what I wanted done with my hair. I will definitely be booking here again in the future!

I got my hair and makeup done here for my wedding, and everyone was very kind and welcoming. My makeup came out perfectly and lasted the entire day. My hair was beautiful to start but unfortunately it barely made it through the ceremony (after just a couple hours). I ended up having to carry Bobby pins with my the rest of the day to repin everything. Unfortunately some of my photos look awful because you can see my hair falling out. I was very clear that I needed it to be secure. Otherwise, everything was great and I recommend this salon for wedding services.

Nicole and Heather provided hair and makeup services for my wedding!! They were amazing and myself and wedding party looked so beautiful. They allowed a hair and makeup trial before the wedding which was nice to meet both of them beforehand. Highly recommend and felt beautiful that day!!

Having not treated myself to a pedicure in a long time, I thought I'd drop in this cute place. The reviews were super and they were warranted! The young lady who worked with me did a super job, made me feel relaxed, was VERY gentle on my formerly scraggly feet and I left with soft heels and pretty toes. Had I been in town longer, I'd have gone back for a few other pampering things. This place is also like a tardis - bigger on the inside! Enjoy! 🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fahliesha did a beautiful job. I got a French manicure and it is the nicest one I’ve ever seen. She took just such great care of my nails and provided education. I was thoroughly thrilled and pleased with the service.

Fahliesha takes her time to understand my wants and needs for my hair and keeps my hair looking amazing! She also does my nails, never disappoint me and goes above and beyond! Can’t recommend her enough.

I have 2 reviews for 2 different stylists. Jessica - I made an appointment for 1:40, we arrived at 1:37 & my son was seated in her chair the minute we walked through the door. She briefly asked me what we were wanting, I gave her a quick overview & she did it. Not only did she do it, she did it well. Fast, efficient & exactly what we wanted. My son is 5 and they conversed so effortlessly while in her care. We were in and out of the building in 11 minutes. I was so pleased with the appointment that I decided to make another for my younger son. When I got home that night, I told my boyfriend how enthused I was with the service & the salon itself. Our other son, who is an atypical 2.5 year old with autism also needs a haircut, desperately. I messaged the salon late at night on Facebook and asked if Jessica would be willing to attempt to cut my 2.5 year old boys hair, but because he is autistic and doesn’t like strangers, loud noises or new environments, I understood if she’d decline. By the time I woke up the next morning, I had a response telling me that all of their stylists have experience cutting autistic children’s hair and they’d love to try. Not only did they offer to cut it, they gave me the least busiest times to book to avoid stress for my son. I booked an appointment a few days later so we could mentally prepare ourselves for it. Against their judgment, we booked an afternoon appointment in the middle of the week. Erin - we were 3 minutes late for our 5pm appointment. She couldn’t have been less bothered by it. We explained to her that our son has autism and he doesn’t love being touched, the sound of clippers, new things, etc. She was quick to reassure us that we were in good hands. This experience for my 2.5 year olds haircut went so much smoother than expected. He sat with dad, while I walked around with the stylist in the distance like a helicopter mom. I kept telling her that this is the calmest we’ve ever seen him & we expected this visit to go much differently. She was a sweet, patient soul. She had many techniques up her sleeve to get his hair cut fast & efficiently. We will 100% be back. 100000000/10 stars. A++++ rating. The online booking feature is FABULOUS for someone who hates speaking on the phone. The salon was big, clean & welcoming. I think I’m going to start going here for myself. Erin & Jessica, thank you, from a mom who just needed reassurance that people like you exist. ❤️

I went to b•you Beauty bar with previously highlighted hair from another salon, and was worried Jess wouldn’t be able to fix it. Yet, Jess was patient, friendly, and overall professional. She went above and beyond what I thought was possible!! She got my hair to lighten so much, and was able to fix the mistakes from the previous salon!!! I walked out of b•you Beauty bar feeling confident and refreshed! My hair feels so soft and healthy! Jess, thank you so much for helping me feel confident again!

I came to b.You Beauty Bar with a group of girls for wedding hair & makeup and we had so much fun!! This was seriously a major highlight of the day. The ladies did such a phenomenal job on hair & makeup, and were all so kind and helpful. There was also a spread of pastries & beverages to welcome us which was so sweet! Can't say enough nice things about this crew.

Ok i have a long list of things to say. First off when I went in, i was going by referral, i saw the prices and thought they looked reasonable compared to Maggio, (whom is expensive). I paid the same price i wouldve paid there, and I know that for a fact because I had gotten quotes before I got my hair done because money is tight and I'm disabled. I got my hair dyed and cut. I asked how much she charged for extra colours she said i dont charge extra for colours, THEN WHAT MADE MY BILL SKYROCKET???? I got 2 colours. Her application process was awful, she definitely missed several spots, which now looks ridiculous. I showed my friend and she even pointed out spots of missing colour. I like the haircut, except she didnt part it in the right place like i showed her so now whenever i go to part it i have a strand that wont stay. OH and the same 7 Maroon5 songs on repeat for over an hr? Yeah i wanted to die.

Bambi, the owner, and her team are wonderful! I had a haircut and my eyebrows shaped. The salon is open and airy with a lot of space and a great view of downtown North Conway. My 4 year old daughter had a trim for her hair. The stylist was super friendly and great with her. Thank you!

I would love to give 5 stars based on cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, but unfortunately I can't. I recently had a leg wax, and the amount of missed spots on my legs was crazy. Missed spots are understandable as nobody is perfect and mistakes are inevitable, but there were several missed spots on my calves and giant sections left on my thighs. This has never been so big an issue any other time I've gotten my legs done at other salons, and I'm sadly disappointed. I also had major bumps after, but this could have been my fault or simply a reaction to the wax. I would recommend them for other services, however not at all for waxing.
