I had my hair cut by Nigel. Overall I will say the quality of the cut is good. However, it is shorter than I asked for. I wish he would have checked in before proceeding, especially with a new client. I also felt that the consult before the cut was rushed, like he was a bit rushed through it, saying yes yes, we'll keep the style the same, but didn't feel like he was listening as well as I'd like. I asked that my bangs be directed a certain way - he styled them the opposite way and at the end I had to ask if they could also be worn in the direction that I requested - "they should be" was the response. Reasonable price for a haircut but I would like someone to be more communicative and clear, especially with a new client that they are unfamiliar with. I did not feel great about the obligation to tip on a service I was not satisfied with.

So apparently a haircut I got took an hour and 40 minutes, and I was banned from the entire salon because of it? I wanted to experiment with a hairstyle but I figured if it was taking too long I'd have been told. I genuinely had no idea that it was taking too long, if I had I'd have paid more or cut my losses. At no point was I demanding or anything and honestly I don't remember it taking as long as Rachel Gowin accused me of, which was an hour and 40 minutes. I had gone on my lunch break so I definitely don't remember taking a 2+ hour lunch. And if it was an issue I would have paid extra for any extra time. But I literally had no idea. Babalouise was a recommendation from a coworker, who originally recommended Diane Halcome but because of her limited availability recommended Rachel. So it is INCREDIBLY embarrassing to have been banned from the entire salon for something that seems like a misunderstanding stemming from a lack of communication. And even moreso, that since it was a personal recommendation, why would I have knowingly done something to get banned? It just doesn't make sense and I'm very embarrassed by this entire situation. I'm really just confused because if there was a way for me to make it right either now or at the time of my haircut I would have, but no opportunity was ever given to me. Nothing like this has ever happened to me anywhere else in all my life, and this entire situation is more confusing than anything.

This was my first time in and it was great! Rachel did such a great job on my balayage and haircut and made sure the color was perfect before my wedding. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been seeing Rachel for over 3 years now, and she is a true artist!! I thoroughly enjoy my visits with her. I always leave feeling incredibly pleased, with a new boost of confidence thanks to her extraordinary talents. I also love seeing the salon mascot, Ollie!

Had a haircut by Diane and I am in love with it! I have thick, wavy hair which can be challenging but she did an excellent job and the results were more than I could have hoped for! She is also very sweet and communicative, which I really appreciate. Will definitely be back!

Came here after a recommendation from a friend. After further research I was really pleased with the reviews and have to say I am super happy with my experience. Crystal was amazing! She is super efficient, but thorough. She listened to exactly what I wanted and my hair looks wonderful. Cost is competitive within the area but well, well worth it. I will defiantly be coming back!

Pretty disappointed. I asked that she even out my hair. She asked if I wanted any layering, I said only a little. Between the shortest and longest hairs, there is a 4 inch difference (when the longest hair doesn't even go down to my shoulder). It looks horrible. Definitely not worth the price.

I came in for a trim and get it curled for an important work event. Walking through the door I got a look of horror from the boy schedule to help me out because of the length of my hair. He made sure to let me know. He trimmed it just fine but when styling it used WAY to much product making the front look greasy. His solution was to tell me I needed to go home and put a bow where he messed up. I was incredibly disappointed. If you go there request one of the ladies. But not the blond who openly laughed at the disaster her coworker did to my hair.
